Loved my nails! The lady took her time and in between she would ask me if I was liking them. She was very nice and let my friend sit next to me so we could keep talking. My friend’s nails came out really pretty with her. I’ll definitely come back to this nail salon again.

I came to get a specific design in mind, a matte base with a trio swirl effect design. Once getting seated I felt very rushed, they did not take their time, the guy insisted my nail color options were bad and brought in different colors. I had missing nail polish on multiple nails and on some nails the nail polish would go all the way up to my cuticle. Overall, I would suggest to not come here at all the establishment is not clean, they rush you, and their service is rude!

Please be careful they do not followstateboard sanitationprocedures .Employees would touchpeople feet and then go back to anotherclient touching the client hand with outwashing their hands and use the samedisposable nail files on multiple clients.This is extremely unsanitary because itcan lead to someone getting an infectionand having to loose a nail or antibiotics.Hopefully they can take this intoconsideration to prevent spread of nailinfections

Always my go to for Pedicures for my daughter and I....always efficient.....My daughter also gets her brows waxes from Kelly at this place and she is awesome

I was in the area and decided to give this place a try. End result, I was disappointed. Needed my nails done for my baby shower and I chose a simple color. Final result was bumpy, uneven color. During the process the nail guy kept hurting me. He kept digging his nail on the side of my finger. I would pull away but it kept happening. The only thing that I was satisfied with was the color itself. But the service was one of the worst I have had. Not worth my money.

Great space and location. However, service sucks! They rush through the jobs and quality of service is poor! It all comes down to the technician... as far as the one I got, she sucked! I kept having to tell her to correct things and she kept saying yeah... Sure, whatever! Never again!!! 😑

I just came here last week to get my nails done for an upcoming date later that day and my nails came out great! I highly recommend David for acrylic nails as he does a very nice job with shaping them. Also got my eyebrows waxed too and they came out very clean and even. My nails are still intact and the paint job is as clean as ever. Got a new regular client!

Ive only had my acrylic nail set for a WEEK! when the sides started to lift to the point where it was so loose, one, then another started popping off for $35. So I took them off.

Friendly, clean place. Received a pedicure which was done perfectly, comfortably. Only knock is the price as it was $40, where as it would be $25/30 in San Jose for a comparable level of pedicure. I definitely will go back here for my foot care.

I got my nails done the Sunday and all my nails kept coming off so I dont recommend this place and the lady who did my nails was being rude

Could be cleaner especially depilatory area. Art work is best in town by Dave. Very popular, mostly takes clients til 7pm. Wish they would hand prep nails, would pay more. Tons of color choices. Needs to close 1 day and scrub deep. Add new carpet.

Not impressed. If you like not having eye contact and not being sure the tools are sterile, then you might not mind this place. I prefer a cleaner, fresh-looking place, with a friendly atmosphere. I do like the tropical mural on the wall. I have come here twice, and Im going back to my other nail salon on Davis. As far as the service I received, my nails looked great with one manicurist, but most recent one left my nails a bit uneven and a couple of lumps and an air double in the gel polish.

Ive been here a few times and its always a wonderful experience. The ladies are so nice.Ling is something special! She makes you feel so comfortable. She has an awesome personality. And I LOVE the quality of work she did on my nails.

Ive been coming here for a few years now. What started as a birthday gift has now become tradition. I get the whole nine yards each time. They take their time with the pedicures and manicures. They even took the time to do a special request for the holiday. Always a pleasure!

I love them!!!! I have been going to them since we moved into our home 10 years ago and will continue to be a faithful customer. When my nails grew to fast in two days and started to chip between the nail; and my cuticle. They fixed it right away at no charge. David & Kelly they owners and all the other nail techs are excellent workers and very nice.Nichole ;)

Ive known the owners for over 10 years David and his wife. Honest people. They have a very clean shop, and a variety of services for everyone. I go with Elaine and I love how she pays attention. To my needs and takes her time. She does amazing pedicures and manicures. Highly recommended.

I love the decor of the place, looks like a tropical island, so cute :). The ladies here are very attentive and professional. My last visit I went for a Deluxe Spa Pedicure for $40 and boy, worth every penny. I brought a picture of what I want and they did it exactly the same on my nails. I am very pleased. Highly recommend!

Really loved this nail salon for their great customer services. Today i brought my mom here with me to have Deluxe Spa Pedicure for $40 and we really loved the final results. We got taken care of by very friendly and nice staffs who always kept up the conversation with us and made us feel very comfortable. They were all professional and took their time on us. The price was just reasonable for high quality products they used on us. This place had a very relaxing atmosphere and clean environment. I cant wait to go back again.

I went in for eyelash extensions and didn’t like the results, I expected something else. Clean and professional yes.

I love coming here... Ive had great experiences but I had to take away a star. I had came in on New Years Eve for a fill and lady was so sure my nails were not straight so she spent over an hour on my fill now all my nails are pointed outward and no longer straight. I dont know what she was thinking. Waste of time and money. I suggest you wait for David to do your nails.

I like going here the only issues you just never know how long you might wait even if they are not busy. I have always been happy with the quality of service though.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!’I wish I could put no star at all. Worst experience ever. When I asked them if they could do what I wanted they said no, ok fine. BUT then I asked for something else and again no, I ended up asking 3 times!Once the man got started he was rough and did a very poor job; Lumps on my nails (in the finished product)As he was working he kept doing other things and he suddenly told me to go wash my hands to start painting but he didnt even shape my nails again!! I had to ask him several times to fix certain nails and it seemed he got madAnd when I showed him what color I Wanted he didnt even bother helping me find a color similar to it. I dont know why I even payed them....

Went in for aa full set they were quick which I liked but one of my nails completely popped off and it had just been a week and now 3 other ones are already half way off for what I paid it wasnt worth it manicures and pedicures theyre awesome at but nails dont last long

Absolutely awesome quality relative to price.This salon is fantastic! The ladies are fun and personable when engaged or, if you are the quiet type who likes to zone out during pedi time, they just let you chill. I actually fell asleep in the chair after a very relaxing foot & leg massage and the tech was kind enough to let me sleep and when I woke up, she was done with my beautiful pedicure.Love it SOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!

I just paid $45 for a fill and a color change on my toes.. they said its more for a fill for my nails then my friend because my nails are longer but dont they use the same amount of acrylic since I wasnt getting a new set? And $11 for a color change is ridiculous. Im never going here again!!! Oh and the color change was with regular polish not gel its $19 for gel

Called Nails unlimited to check on the wait time, was told they were available at moment. When I got there, the lady tried to convince me on a gel manicure and pedicure after I told her my nails would hurt with gel, furthermore she sarcastically made a comment saying, Never heard that before why would I lie?! She proceeds to help a girl who got there after me because she was going a full set and tell me, I have to wait 10- 15 min. If I could give this place 0 stars I would! The service is ridiculous and a joke. Plus they have no toilet seat covers!

If youre too lazy or cant reach your toenails and/or need them to be taken care of professionally, this is the place to go! They are so detailed with the cleaning and the basic pedicure was only $23! The girls are super nice here and dont talk smack about you like Magic Nails in monterey. Only place im going for a pedicure is here😊

Been going there for years. They grossly underestimate their wait times. I tell them no wax, thread my eyebrows and the next thing I know they apply wax. There is only 1 who does waxing/threading but she will take walk in pedi/manis that come in after you saying she is just getting started. They often say 10 minutes and after 30 you are still waiting.

First time visitor, and I must say wasnt impressed. I wasnt acknowledged until I sat down. I was then asked what services. I go into a room and she was on the phone on speaker the whole time. I might give them another chance.?

I have never had a bad experience here! My nails always come out perfect and they are always so accommodating!I brought my 5 year old neice to get a mani and pedi today and the staff was so good with her. She couldnt stop smiling!I absolutly reccomonded this place to everyone I know!

Awful job on the eyelash extensions it was done so poorly that it was pulling on the skin on my eyes. They glued it to my skin. I took them off as soon as I got home. And the lady who did my cuticles didnt even trim them properly. If your going to get any work done go to Nail it in Monterey.

They had me waiting for a long time, they would move me around and still make me wait even more, also the lady doing my nails was rushing to finish my nails one nail even came off before leaving I was really disappointed with the lack of customer service dont recommend this place.
