Okay but not great. It all depends on who you get. The younger woman is the best. The man is the worst. I got a pedicure and 3 days later the polish was off of 3 nails. I also got a manicure with gel polish (in the pictures). Two nails had the polish peel off in less than a week. Gel usually last 3 weeks. This was by the man. A month ago I got the same thing from the younger woman and it was great. Thats why I went back.

I was in there for about two hours getting a manicure and pedicure. The time and price just don’t match up with the quality I would expect. I got cut twice and a few of my nails really hurt. Besides that the toes look okay. The fingers are a different story. The shape is really bad and they are super thick. I want to take them off or go somewhere else but with $100 down the drain, I will just have to wait a few weeks to fix them.

Kayla is the best.. Very picky and glad I finally found one person to go to every time! I am very specific and when I told her a couple things I wanted different she did it without hesitation and was still nice after! She does what the customer wants... Exactly how it should be!

Went in for a full set, the main lady was rushing me and was getting mad if I told her anything regarding my nails. She left them all lumpy and deformed. Never going back again.

I have gotten my pedis, manis & waxing done here. Ive noticed they have increased in customer flow. Despite them being busier they have upgraded their services, they still are prompt & courteous. I work with 40+ women & I have spread the word about this salon. Many of them are impressed & now go to this salon.

Linh did an awesome job with my mani/pedi. Will definitely go back to her for my next pampering.

Just moved a 2 minute walk from this nail salon and my fabulous new neighbors recommended I visit for the best darn pedicure of my life. Im happy to announce that they were totally right! Kathy at Princess Nails is an excellent manicurist. She is gentle, thorough, and very professional. The salon itself is very clean and the nail techs did clean their stations between every client. The massage chairs were relaxing and the overall experience was a perfect 5 stars.

Kathy is amazing. She was so friendly and did an amazing job on my nails. Ive never been here before but I will definitely return. Good atmosphere and friendly staff.

This is my favorite nail place so far. I love how these guys are able to make you feel at home. Passed by the shop the other day and my experience was nothing short of amazing. I will definitely be coming back here soon.

I have been going to Princess Nails bi-weekly for over a year now and wouldnt go anywhere else. The nail technicians are all amazing - Quyen and Kathy are my absolutely favorites! Their work is impeccable and fast which is hard to find. The salon itself is clean and they have a wide array of colors and brands to choose from. I highly recommend Princess Nails!

I love this place! Was a little nervous because everywhere I go I don’t really love my nails when I walk out but Linh was awesome!! My favorite set yet. Even repainted one nail without complaint when I messed it up right when I was leaving. Super nice and no wait at all when I went!

Ive tried a lot of nail salons in Salinas and this is by far the best. I usually only come here for pedicures but they last such a long time, offer different prices if you might be on a budget, and they are so long and relaxing!Ive never had a better pedicure anywhere else.

Horrible customer service! I went with my kindergartener to get a manicure for myself and her nails painted. I was hoping for her to be able to sit in a regular chair and get hair nails painted like me but instead they had her sit on a little stool while a lady held her hand painting over her nails only once so they didn’t even look good. My manicure was rushed for no reason at all, there was only one other customer there at the time and 2 ladies were helping her. The man that painted my nails didn’t do a good job either, he put a mini fan a little to close to my nails to dry them and 2 of my fingers bumped it so she was pretty upset when he had to “fix” but all he did was put more nail polish on top which did nothing to fix it; he also didn’t even paint the edges of my nails so they did not look good. To top it all off, I was charged $35 for the terrible job they did! I will not be going back!

I went in for a fill on my nails and had some questions and I think it was the owner that got very defensive with me. The guy that did my nails was extremely rude and very rough. It hurt!! But I must say he did a good job but there is no way I’m going back😬

I came in and showed the lady at the front desk a photo of the nails i wanted and asked if they could do my nails exactly like that. Same color, same design, same everything and they said yes. Once they started doing my nails they began pulling out diffrent colors and and was trying to do things without my permission and was trying to tell me it was going to be more then the original price they gave me. So i decided to get nothing done and they still charged me 30$ instead of the 25$ for basic nails.

Called ahead of time to schedule a full set. When I got there they made me wait half an hour and then rushed it. she stood while painting my nails uneven, creating bubbles and there were clearly little fuzzies in the polish. ON TOP OF THAT, theyre super thick and she over charged me. The price said 25, she charged me 45. When I asked why, she told me because of the length and coffin shape, normally places charge an extra 5 for coffin and an extra 5 for length NOT 20!! PLUS when she did the length, she started it extremely long and I even asked her to cut them down so I shouldve never been charged for it!! never going back!

I went to visit my family in this area and my family took me here to do a pedi and mani. Their services was awesome. The workers were sweet and welcoming!!! I would totally recommend this place to relax !!!

The owner over charges (up-charges) without telling you what the price is going to be...until you pay. Then she talks real fast and tries to justify the gouged over charge all while smirking at you. I went to this place for over five years, love the staff, but the owner is VERY unethical. Example- I got a pedicure, and chose the #2 off of the menu, which was stated as $27. When I checked out, she charged me $42. She told me it costed $15 more because I chose gel polish (while she talked aggressive and fast with a smirk). I understand maybe $3 or $4 more tops, even $5? I have the money, it was just the smug unethical attitude that was too much for me. GREAT staff, HORRIBLE owner. It made me sad to write this review, so it is completely unbiased.

Quyen is the best! I decided it was time to get acrylics but I was a little bit hesitant of going to a nail salon. Looking through yelp I found Princess Nails and decided to book my first appointment. Best decision I could have made. Quyen was really nice and explained her techniques on doing nails. I fell in love with the end product. So many people have complimented me on them, they even said they look like my real nails. I have already booked my next appointment and will continue going with her!

The staff is friendly and fast. Prices are pretty good for a peti. One thing that impresses me is how clean the facility is. This place is very clean.

The owner is horrible, Ive never been so unhappy with a service i received at a nail shop. The lady who did my nails rushed and painted over my skin and because there was another customer. when i addressed her for doing so she tried to justify herself and say she didnt have time for me and she had other customers, while i am a paying customer as well. i felt very under valued as a customer. i would not recommend this place to anyone.

Quyen gives the absolute best pedi I have ever had! Shes a pleasure to be around and very friendly! Massage was fantastic and callous removal was exceptional. My polish lasted almost a month.

The lady seemed nice, but was distracted and was hurting me.I asked her for long acrylic nails they came out too wide, it was bumpy. Two of the nails ended up crooked,but over all the nails were okay( not good but not bad)

I got charged $40 for really short basic nails when the another lady was saying its $30. My nails were so bumpy and un even didnt match my nail plate they were too wide .Very bad experience I wouldnt recommend this place to no one.

If I could do 4 1/2 stars, I would. I’m genuinely impressed by everything about this place. If cleanliness is a big worry of yours, then don’t worry this place is beautiful !! Not spectacular but still clean. I didn’t get AMAZING nails, they were cute, but not AMAZING. some are slightly misshaped but from far away they are cute. One of the better places in Salinas. kayla did my nails and she was SO nice and if I go again I will go to her. There are a lot of iffy places in Salinas that aren’t spectacular but this place meets my standards ! If you can’t decide where to go, go here. Walkins are excepted but I would make an appt. they are super nice and the service is great. The only reason I docked it a star was just bc some nails are weird but nobody is perfect and I’m definitely coming back :)UPDATEAlright y’all. I went again ! This time I got a full set with Quin (idk how you spell it) and if you are going to get your nails done ASK FOR HER ! she did amazing on my nails and I’m going to get them filled soon and I’m going to ask for he because she did EXACTLY what I wanted !

Nails were bumpy and badly shaped . One hand was longer then the other hand. Still asked for tip after being charged highly expensive.
