I been a customer since they first opened ! I called in and they told me i can make my appt @ 4pm then i get here then say to come back @ 5 they never can attend you at the excat time they tell you they should be more professional and consitant with their timing and respect when they have their appt time with their customers gotta say since Tee Is Not Their nomore theve gotten so Slow !!! And poor quality on customer service !

I have been to a lot of Nail shops here in salinas that wasnt cutting it either my nails was horrible or the service was just plain rude.. I saw a lot reviews on Google and yelp took a chance and went here glad I did. They many colors to choose from and my nails came out great coming here from now on and very affordable! The ladies were really nice

I got my cuticles cleaned and a full set that turned out perfect literally the guy took his time and made sure there weren’t any imperfections😊 this place was a great value and awesome work compared to some salons I’ve been too

Got my nails done here today 06/05/19 and they’re amazing!! The guy in station 2 did them. He was kind gentle and talked to me throughout the experience. Non of the nails are placed wrong and the polish looks amazing!! 3000% recommend!! I even went to the nearest ATM for cash to give him a tip

This place is the best they take there time the place is clean and organize I have got my nails from them 10 times and I love them so much bathroom is not the best but not bad And they are so nice to people they ask you what linked You want them And that is why I give this place a 5 out of 5.❤️💅🏻

I got a pedicure and it wasnt as good as I expected. Once i was finished the lady completely forgot about me and moved on to the next person, she didnt even tell me i was finished or tell me thank you or anything. I Dont plan on coming back again.

Don’t get eyelash extensions here all my lashes fell and now I’m bald on my lashes please i regret this soo much 😭😭😭 my natural lashes were okay now I have none

My friend and I made an appt at 11:30 and we left at 12 pm ignored by everyone and they took a walk in right away with no appt. don’t go 🤷🏽‍♀️
