Some of my friends and I went to get mani-pedis. When we arrived the salon was full so they told us to come back in an hour. However after waiting for an hour and a half, they let other people come in, but still told us we needed to wait longer. I will not be returning here.

Clean friendly salon. Manicure and pedicure was professional. I have been using Top Nail for over 6 years.

Do not go. Was charged full price for the signature pedicure when they performed the basic service. Had to ask 4 times to confirm that I was getting the signature pedicure, which they were like oops..we missed the mask, scrub, massage, etc. The woman was very flustered that I knew I was talking about and didnt accept the basic service as signature. Sadly the owner of the salon completely ignored the situation when I know she heard me inquire.End of story, still have the same dry skin on my feet as when I entered it.

They gave me one of their seasoned veterans and she put on two fake nails because I had broke mine and the rest are natural. Well she put those fakes on with powder and a day and a half later they broke off. So much for my 35 dollar manicure right?! I didnt know that I should of demanded acrylic. I wont be back.

Made an appointment 45. min in advance, and they took me right in. My nails have NEVER looked as clean. Got gel for the first time, and these ladies were EXPERTS! Looking forward to going back.UPDATE: So, probably not their fault, but I broke out in a crazy case of hives as a result of the gel nails I got here. I dont know the specifics, but I believe it was the formaldehyde in the polish. Obviously it doesnt happen to everyone, just be warned.
