My wife got her nails and feet done here and the lady doing her feet went and got shoes from the bottom of the trash and tried to put them on her feet!! I guess she didn’t think we was watching her!!! But make sure anything they give you, you watch were they get it from because it sure this is not the first time they have done this!!

Very bad service. Idk if it was because she was mad or something but I went in for a change of color and I showed her a picture and she agreed. While she was drilling she moved my hands harshly when I wasn’t even moving and did nothing but ignore the picture that I showed her and you can see the drill marks on my nails! Asked for me to go there again. Never will. Was $20 which is too much just for a color change.

I have gone couple of times but this last time they didnt do what Id asked I wanted. Didnt do gels on my daughter and she had asked for BTS and they did zebra instead. Maybe cause they where busy not sure but I guess Ill give them one last try.

Kim is the best.. so is saphire.. my nails were horrible from ultimate nails. Kim filed her arms off trying to fix their mess. And she did just that my new spot.. they do designs, eyebrows, great pedi.. amazing price.

We were on the 3rd day of a month long RV road trip. I decided to get my dip powder nails redone before going too much further into our trip. The dip powder once lasted me over a 3 week cruise, so I figured it should last until we were at the very end and on our way home.Nope, it’s been 4 days since this salon did my dip powder and it’s separating from the nail already. Plus, it look like it’s wearing off on the tips. It didn’t even last a week! Very poor job!As soon as I sat in the chair I was continuously asked personal questions “Are you off work today? Where do you work? Do you live close by? What does your husband do?” I can tell their demeanor changed when they learned that I’m retired, and traveling through for just one day in an RV. They knew I was not going to be a repeat customer, so they hurried up and did the least they had to do to get me done and out of there.At my hometown salon they always do 2 coatings of the dip powder. At Number One Nails they just did one coat. I could tell it was a rushed and sloppy job. The pedicure was done by a man. The massage was just him running the hands up and down the sides of my legs really fast. In fact, it was irritating, not relaxing at all. The polish on my toenails has already chipped (day 4).I gave the place 2 stars only because the removal of the existing dip powder went so easily. I was expecting a lot of drilling and chipping away. It came right off. Easy. If it weren’t for that I would rate 1 star for sloppy, rushed work, plus the fishing questions they ask trying to get information out of you to see if they are going to give you good service or rush you out. I do not recommend this salon if you are looking for quality work.

Hannah is the BEST!! She always ensures customer leaves happy. Expect long wait times even with appointment (not her fault), workers are very overbooked by owner. Its also very pricey, so ask in advance how much ull be paying.

Went here for a pedi for both me and my mom. People are very nice. Good sanitation. Great customer service. And very high quality work. I would reccomend it. They give you a good deal for great reasonable prices

If you are a truck driver hauling food please dont go there even if you have an appointment when you get there they will refuse to serve you

I dont really recommend this place. They have bad service there. I went to get my nails done in this place and I made an appointment, once I arrived there they made me wait for about 30min. Once They called me up to do my nails the lady that I got was VERY distracted. People would pass by the store And she kept looking out and around the store and not paying attention to the nails. The lady kept talking to others in their language and looked at me making me feel uncomfortable and it made me wonder what they were saying. She took forever to finish doing my nails; she literly told me to wait for about 20min in the middle of my manicure to go to another person. I asked for short nails but the lady didnt listen and made them long. I even asked for a flower on my nails and she put diamonds. At the end they looked nice but not how I wanted it. They also just lasted for 2weeks because thr nail polish they used kept chipping off.

Very disappointed when you make an appointment you might as well be a walk in on three occasions still have to wait a lengthy time.They ask you to come back in an hour,there next appointment is there now.WHAT? Why don’t you have them wait.Im done won’t. Be back.Also try to bully you into getting what color/ design they want.Super greedy always trying to up the bill

Fast service, left some wax on my face though and was rough getting it off, thank goodness I looked in the mirror and was able to get the rest of the wax off before meeting friends for lunch. Clean inexpensive

They’re cool until u go back cuz their cheap nail polish keeps chipping. I don’t like how they talk about ppl in their language with no shame.

This was the worst service I ever had...they yelled and cursed at me because they want me to do a design I didn’t want. I showed them a picture and my nail look nothing like that horrible service. It took 4 hours for them to start my hand after doing my feet. Bugs everywhere, ant on the tables, spiders in the bathroom, fly everywhere very And very overpriced for the service.

NEVER I repeat NEVER get your toenails done here they are so disgusting I’m embarrassed to show them.

Very unprofessional the lady does not know how to cut hair or dye.... DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY HERE! Only got a star because I had to.

They were doing such a poor job that I actually stood up and left in the middle of the manicure. But they still insisted on charging me full price. Very poor business.
