Sue is an Extremely talented nail artist! She is always able to paint complicated designs on each of my toes including the little toe!

Love this place! My daughters recommended it to me its clean, Susan and John are meticulous. If you ever chip a nail they will fix it right away, but I find myManicures(fills) last 2 weeks at least and the pedicures the same, being a realEstate broker nails have to look goodHighly recommend them!

Susan Nails is the best salon around! They are always accommodating for walk ins and have a great selection of colors! Everyone at the salon treats the customers with respect and it is a very professional environment! I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants a well done mani or pedi. I had a very bad experience, They didnt use new Tools when cutting my nails or what they thought was cutting my cuticles they rushed the whole thing. I left and I had the gel literally chipping off because it was hanging over the side of my actual nails. Was charged 2x even though she said I wasnt. They also arent very clean they kept the same water in the pedicure bowl for myself and someone else. DO NOT GO HERE!

2.5 if I could. I’ve given Susan’s three chances with gel manis. My first experience was very good, though they could give a bit of a hand massage with their mani. My second time was mediocre- I felt like the shellac removing process was unnecessarily rushed and that my nail was being damaged by more scraping than giving the soak like 30 more seconds. This last time was horrendous. I was passed through two people (I was the only customer for half the time, and 1 of 2 the rest of the time) the overscraping was even worse this time and in the end, I had to point out two lumps of the base gel still left from the last time. It also isn’t a very neat job, with polish left over my nail bed I noticed after the fact. I also think the curing process was rushed compared to other times- the timer didn’t even go all the way through on each coat. To top things off, she wasn’t going to buff my nail with alcohol at the end to get rid of the residue. When I asked, she did a halfway job and Insisted that it wasn’t sticky at all (it was). I just spent another ten Minutes at home buffing my gel mani to a nice shine instead of a matted mess. Time to find a new salon in Salem.

They always are efficient and enjoyable to go to. If there is no one else there both employees will do both hands at the same time.

Absolutely horrible. Went to get a dip manicure and the person tried to chip off my existing dip using the cuticle nipper! It was so bad I didn’t end up staying for the manicure. It was also very dirty. They did not even wipe down their stations in between clients.

My shellac got off less than in a week after.

I apologize for my previous 1 star rating, it was by accident, Susan nails salon is my favorite nail salon because they are so family oriented and very friendly nice people, my experience was very pleasant and I reccomend going here if you want that environment and your nails done correctly and beautifully!
