I usually have NO problems and love the outcome of my nails when I get them done but today I decided i wanted (the first picture) and he said he couldn’t do the design so he said he’ll do the one he knows and I told him that it would be better if he just painted the whole nail and he told me “no I’m not done “ and kept doing it his way. It took him a total of 35 min to do my nails and was in such a rush and skipped multiple steps, (I’m in cos school) I’m just so unhappy, I usually have no problems (second pic is what he gave me) I know it’s hard doing nails but what the heck :(

Ive been to Polish nail a few times in the past, like my nails for my wedding and multiple pedicures. Staff has always been friendly and thorough. After my last visit I will definitely be a customer for life! It was hands down the best pedicure ever! I loved the paraffin wax treatment!

Daughters were treated very well. We did have to wait but it was a good experience for them, prices I felt were good. Do recommend, staff were nice. My daughters will definitely return.

I came in had a full set done on me 2 days later my middle nail broke off so I called and I was nicely told me to come in and they would fix my broken nail. So I came in the day after, the new nail was a completely different shape so I told my nail tech and then tried to file all of my other nails to shape almond when all of my other nails were coffin i wasn’t happy at all my $70 long nails now looked horrible I was told he wasn’t replacing the paint he just filed off Lee told me to come back and she would personally fix them. I go back 1 week later first off $32 for a set of nails that they messed up to begin with, I’m an aspiring nail technician in school right now, things were not sanitized properly and she used a ripped up buffer on my nails (which should be thrown away after every client) my nails were aching after because they can’t properly use their electric file. The nails she did were horrible bumpy thin and air bubbles in my polish...overall experience was horrible I will never be back to this nail salon and pay for unprofessional work.

I waited almost a hr I had a appointment they charged me 75$ for ombré nails that were not shaped correctly dude was on his phone and screamed at me so unprofessional

They are never on time and their prices are not posted they change every time you get your nails done not bad on the nail tech but could be better they do not do anything special

They have been in business for 7 years now. I’ve been going to them for about 3. They are great! I’m always satisfied with my nails. I definitely recommend them. The owner Ly (Lee) does a fantastic job! They stay open late as well. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My last 3 experiences here have not been good. Each of those times I had to wait at least a hour or told to come back later when I had appointments. The prices are never the same each time. I had a guy do my nails that didnt take in what I was explaining to him. I had to o back and get that set filled. The last time yesterday I had an appointment at 645 and when I went I was told to come back later. I I give decent tips. 😔

My technician is Jack. Ive stayed his customer thru different shops where he has worked.As a diabetic, I need careful removal of calluses from my feet. Hack is very thorough but still thoughtful. He says the quality products available at Polished Nails helps him do an outstanding job!

I have never had my nails done and they fall off in four days with my natural nail and when i bumped them on anything it caused me agonizing pain so I bought stuff to soak them off to see that my nails are infected I will never be coming here again my nails look disgusting and they are sore I went here twice never again and they change the prices each time you go

I have been getting my nails done for 20+ years at many different salons. This is by far the best my nails have ever looked. They take the time to do them perfect every time.

I have not stopped coming here for soon to be 3 years. I love the people and now that they have updated I will continue coming for the next 10+ years. Tiger does the best pedicure for me and Lee does the best acrylic nails ( my opinion ). They recently added new pedi chairs and new everything basically. If I could rate more then 5 stars I would!I own a local small business and even when I visit other cities like Cleveland or Cincinnati I will not go anywhere accept this place. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I am not from Salem and could not find a place that could fit me in on short notice. Polished nails got me in within an hour of calling. Great place. Clean, COVID compliant. Very impressed.

I get acrylic nails with gel polish. They do a great job and the nails last quite awhile. Im exceptionally happy with their work.

Made a appointment and they took me right back. They update the place and it looks awesome. My nails look great and the price is right.

Made an appointment ahead of time and still waited 1 hour to get into the chair. They were rough on my natural nail. 2 of my nails were not straight and they couldnt do the design me or my friend wanted. I paid 5 extra dollars for gems and they didnt use glue to secure them, only a layer of top coat.

Just got my nails and toes done for my wedding tomorrow. They did a great job and took me last minute! Just love it.

Love my nails! Great service, would of gave them 5 stars but asks for matted and gems on nails and did not do so. Asked many times but I still love them.

When I got my nails done they did a perfect job thwy did them exactly 5h3 way I wanted

So I actually got back a few hours ago and the guy that did my nails he was horrible he kept on getting on his phone and stood up and looked around multiple times . I told him to put glitter on all my nails and he only did the ring fingers and he was rough with my hands he also cut me with the file and did a horrible pant job on my nails

They reuse everything nail files and all. They also charge you the higher price for gel nails when you get acrylic and the price is different everytime you go for a fill or anything! I do not recommend them at all!

Very dirty! Flys and gnats were everywhere, toenail and fingernail clippings on the floor and counters, containers on the nail stations had CRUST on them. That takes time to build up! I was horrified and will never go back.

Wont go back. Was not given my choice of color. So i have this awful gray polish.bad experience
