I had a pedicure in the past and thought it was very good. However, when I tried to schedule a new appointment post-pandemic, the scheduling web site was disabled (with a message saying please bare with us--I think they meant bear with us, or at least I hope so). So I decided to phone. First, good luck finding their number on the web--it is deeply buried. I finally found it, called during business hours, and got a voicemail response. The voicemail said, Our scheduling web site is disabled because we are hoping not to schedule new clients at this time.I am not a new client and I still cant get through, whether by phone or by web. I also find it odd for a business to be publicly announcing that they do not wish to have any new clients.This is not professional behavior and I will find a new salon. Its a shame because they do really nice work here--if you can persuade them to let you in the door.

Incredible service and amazing atmosphere! All of the techs are so talented and kind. The salon is beyond clean and yes it takes a little longer to get into compared to all the local nail salons but that is because of the quality this salon offers. I would give a million starts!

Havent gotten my nails done in so long and decided to treat myself. This place not only had great reviews but doesnt do acrylic. I hate that nasty chemical smell and didnt want to endure getting my nails done for that.Jennifer did a great job! I have a newfound love for shellac 😍 Ill 100% be going back!

One of the most amazing nail places I’ve ever been to by far! I was a student at WOU, so it was a nice quick drive every time. Every nail tech there does a great job as I’ve tried them all! They were always on time with my appt. with great reasonable prices, clean atmosphere, good music, and friendly service. I would always get shellac done and it would last for weeks. They also do a wonderful job of painting and cleaning up around the nail so there’s no lifting or peeling of the polish from getting on the skin. 110% recommend this place.

Best nail salon in Salem! Very clean and professional, they focus on the client in their chair and don’t pass you off to multiple techs in your service. They don’t have a receptionist so you need to leave a voicemail at times when trying to call and book but I appreciate the uninterrupted treatments and they always get back to you if you leave a message! Online booking option is great too!

The best nail salon I have been to ever. I have had a 100 pedicures and nails done. This is the first to not chip or peel. Clean, professional, and an amazing job! Shout out to Lacee, and the owners for providing a good product. 💅🏼

Very professional, staff is friendly, prices are great and CLEAN! Will be going back very soon. Extremely happy with my nails. I am not a get your nails done kind of person, but I am very impressed with the shellac. My nails dont do well with normal nail polish and break easy. This gives them the perfect durability without having fake nails glued on.

This place is amazing! The atmosphere is welcoming and so are the people! All the pedicures chairs are massage chairs, what? They ask you on multiple occasions if you need anything adjusted or if it’s uncomfortable or painful. I highly recommend this salon. It’s also pretty affordable for the quality of work done. A+ guys!

I had never had a manicure before and I wanted to try it out. I got my nails done by Estevan Ramierez. He did a great job on my nails and they look beautiful but unfortunately I felt extremely uncomfortable during my appointment. Estevan acted very bored and annoyed during it. I tried to start friendly conversations with him and he kind of just laughed awkwardly. I understand he needs to concentrate but the way he acted towards me made me stressed. He also kept looking at his watch during my session as if I was a burden and he wanted to get me done as soon as possible... To top it off when I was done another customer came in and he was suddenly a chatterbox with her while my nails were drying. It Made me feel self conscious like he didnt want to talk to me personally and I was just a waste of time, I felt like he wanted me gone as soon as possible. Probably wont go back.

This place was fantastic!! Shoutout to Lacey, Jennifer and Estevan (“Pedro”) for putting up with three ladies with stories! The massage was amazing, the products were soothing and my feet look soft and polished perfectly! Thanks again!

If I could give them no stars I would. I went in Oasis as a first time customer. I called ahead and they told me it was $20 for a shellac manicure and $23 if you previously had shellac on and they needed to remove it. I booked an appointment. Once I got there, I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted (plain nails with one nail having a basic black feather). She then said oh yeah that will be so cute!She painted all my nail and once she got to the feather she said oh Im bad at nail art I dont think I can draw a feather, but Ill try she drew it and it looked TERRIBLE. She then asked other co workers if they could draw one, they replied you cant do that with shellac ...I always get one mail with a design everywhere else I go. Then she looked at me and said well I dont know I cant draw the feather so I said okay can you saw a flower? She did. And you cant even see the flower on my nail because it wasnt white like I asked, she painted it opaque. As she was painting the flower, her co worker was with a client and said to his client and thats why I dont do nail art. His client responded why, because its hard? He said no, because its a waste of my time, its too much and too time consuming I felt so awkward and disrespected as a paying customer! Then my nail lady said I should really start to learn how to do nail art, and feathers, Im sure girls will want it for the summer ...well I showed you the photo of the feather I wanted when I walked in. Why didnt you tell me that you couldnt do it? Instead you told me yeah that will be so cute!The woman then told me she wouldnt charge me for the flower since you couldnt see it. But my total was $35. She then gave me her card and laughed and said heres my card if you ever want to come back I graciously tipped her $5 and left. I will NEVER return to this place again. If you want cute nails DO NOT GO HERE.Update: its been 7 days and my shellac is already peeling off.

It was my first visit with them and they were so extremely nice, made you feel like family! My nails looked fantastic and have lasted for over 4 weeks now...........mainly due to the color and having French tips.Highly recommend this Salon and prices are good!

Ive seen this place a lot, but never really went it until today. I absolutely loved it! Estevan did an amazing job on my nails, kept up a lovely conversation, the place itself was extremely clean, professional, and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place, and I am definitely coming back.
