I went in to get my acrylic nails removed and I was extremely bothered by the things that I heard during the time that I was there. I am Vietnamese and I was able to understand what the workers were saying about the other customers and myself.They were rudely commenting on one of the customer toes, and the one lady told the person who was working on my nails to try to convince me to get new nails done. The worst thing I heard was one of the staff members telling another staff member to not discuss the price with two new customers until they sit down and agree to get there nails done. They then giggled about this. Rude!I have been to many nails salons and I have never experienced anything like this before. If you decide to come here for the services, you probably should be aware of what is being said and make sure to ask for the price before agreeing to anything.Personally, I will never go back! It was a very uncomfortable experience!

Absolutely amazing! She was so gentle and thorough the entire time I was there. I was nervous because of my prior experience with a different nail salon and this experience cancelled any nerves I was feeling right away. My nails are beautiful and perfect ❤️ I believe her name is Dung Vo or at least thats what her venmo said. I would 💯 percent recommend regal nails. Ill be back most definitely

Ive been to EIGHT different nail salons in Salem and I have never had service as amazing as here. I was skeptical of coming here at first because I had found one place that I did thoroughly enjoy but was pricey which held me back from going often. After about an hour of deliberation with a friend we decided we would try this place. I called and scheduled appointments with Christy, and Whitney. We arrived about 5 minutes early and were immediately taken to our seats and asked what we would like. Christy was very polite, professional, and friendly. She made an effort to talk to me and not just her coworkers. I showed her what I would like and she immediately told me Okay that will be $45. And made sure I was okay with the price. I was extremely satisfied with her work and I wish I had been able to leave a bigger tip. I will definitely be returning in the future for fills.

Went out in tears and STILL had to pay. Did not even let her finish to paint them. Worst place Ive ever been paid $55. Went another salon to have them fix them for $75

Christy is my nail tech and she is not only detailed but so talented and will always make sure I leave happy with my nails. They have done my nails for my wedding and other important events, I trust Christy and I have never been anywhere else since meeting her. Awesome service ALWAYS! ❤️

I tried them a couple months ago and it was subpar. I figured maybe it was just a bad day, so I went back. First of all I notice I now have a wart on my toe which I didn’t have before. And then, I noticed that the nail file they use on my toe, they then put back in the bucket! Also, like nobody was wearing their masks correctly, and they pressure you so hard to do gel. You have to tell them know like six times. So unsanitary, I will never go back!

My original nail salon was closed so in dire need I came here needing no appointment. They did a awesome job but no body could speak any english not even a little. The owners and employees were very nice and careing but the place is very small for the amount of buisness they have everypne was squeezeing by to get to there chair or bathroom. I was very happy with my pedicure and would definitly go back if needed.

I love Tammy! She is so friendly! She convinced me to try dip powder for the first time and it lasted almost a month and I work retail.

This place sucks! It was my first time here and wont never come back. My nail tech shaped my nails funky and looks so bad! I paid for 55 dollars for my nails and 5 dollars for kit. Also make sure who does your nails have license, the one who did mine doesnt. I didnt see her license on the wall. She had the second table the last time I went. The young pregnant lady. I wont never come back. Dont waste your money and time here

NEVER GO HERE! I wanted a French ombré and wasn’t too concerned with what the cost would be, but when I asked for coffin shape she told me that she can only do coffin on long nails and I HAVE to do square which I know isn’t true. The nails aren’t what I wanted and she painted the gel polish on poorly and didn’t even push my cuticle back. The best thing is that after 4 days all my nails had lifted but when I went back to have them fixed, they told me it was just the gel ( I could lift my nail up from my nail bed) and that I should get solar nails if I didn’t want them to lift. The lady was rude about it and long story short I won’t be coming here again.

Tiffany and Tammy do a wonderful job scheduling appointments and making sure that my nails look gorgeous.. i used to go to another salon, but after several times of waiting for over an hour for an already scheduled appt, I moved to Regal Nails and Im so happy that I did!

Brought my momma in here after another nail salon was mean to her. They were so sweet to her and her nails were awesome. The women there were friendly and happy upbeat people. Ill be coming back for sure!

This place is TERRIBLE. A Big Zero. I broughtmy granddaughter here. What a big mistake. They were Extremely rude, pushy, she cut my granddaughters thumb, with no apologies. Her nails were rough and uneven. Dont waste your time or money here.

The shop itself is small (its in Wal-Mart) and they were in the process of doing some sprucing up...putting some nice pictures on the walls. If youre looking for a swanky place, this isnt it. But...if youre just looking for a nice job done on your nails, you should try Regal Nails. I brought my 92 year old mother here for a mani-pedi. After reading the reviews, I asked for Tammy & Tiffany (it was our first time there). They live up to their reviews. Tammy took my mom and was very thorough and yet gentle with her. It took awhile as my mom hadnt had anything done for about 6 months, but her toes and nails turned out great. She will ask for her again. I had Tiffany. If youre pressed for time, Tiffany is your girl. She was quick, but thorough and my nails look great. Im very pleased. The price was good too! (And you can get your shopping done at the same time...win-win!)

I have gotten my nails done three times at this location with hopes that the service would improve. Unfortunately the service was horrible. I got a full set of acrylic nails. They came out crooked and are already lifting and it has only been a week. My real issue though is how rude the staff is, especially when you turn down whatever they are up-selling. The prices are different every time and they will over charge you if you arent paying attention to the prices yourself. I will never go back or recommend this salon to anyone!

I would totally reccomend this nail salon. Professional, Friendly Service and stayed past close to give us the pedicure. They did not rush just so they could go home. Great Job - I will be returning!

I assist people that are physically disabled. Today my client made an appointment to have her nails painted. Upon arrival for her appointment she was told that she would need to wait an hour and a half. When she was communicated to come back, she was given multiple excuses as to why they would not provide services to her, due to her handicap and being in a wheel chair. I am appalled by their blatant discrimination towards my client and complete disregard of her time being there. I highly suggest if you are contemplating going to Regal Nails for their services to go elsewhere.

I am incredibly impressed with this place. Because I am awful at planning ahead when I called my regular nail gal I was told she was booked thru Thursday (it was only Sunday!) so I started searching for someone that could get me in the same day and I found Regal Nails was conveniently located in WalMart (my favorite store) and when I called at 2:55 they told me they close at 3:00 but go ahead and come in because they still have customers and will stay open late. I got there at 3:15 and they immediately got me in a chair. They did a perfect job on my nails and even kept a sense of humor when I messed up the polish before she finished painting them. I would highly recommend them. They did an excellent job and did it so fast I didnt have time to get bored. I definitely have a new nail place! Thank you Regal Nails!

Sometimes know one knows whos doing what and they come off as being rude. Specifically if you just walk in and have no appointment. I paid the same price for my 10 year old niece as I did for myself and she wasnt given the same pedi as myself. It was much shorter in time. They should have a student price!

I need to let people know how TRASH this place. My family (me, my mom, my daughter in law, my grand kids...) have been here at least 5 years. We always feel sick they are extremely rude and begruningly to customer whenever you dont give them tips. Specially called Tiffany lady. It is SUPER CLEARL to see !!!!!! She get mad all the time if last customer doesnt tip her.Anyway, last weekend I came in to get my pedicure done, Tammy does my pedicure over 6 years. And we were talking about Dipping powder which is organic powder put on your nails . My daughter in law went to Lancaster Walmart and they did a good job. Thats why I wanted to know here does dipping or not. Tiffany told me she does, so I tried it. It was my first time to try the dipping powder, so I dont know how it does...... however when they done. IT WAS ACRYLIC full set not a dipping dower, they dont even dip my nails !!!!!!!!! They have been done my nails and pedicure at least 5 years with the same person, how they can lie customer like that ??? I paid $80 for total, AND WONT NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. If you want to get in, please pay an acttation what they re doing, DONT TRUSE what they says specially Tiffany !!!!!!!! She always asks my daughter to do a full set whenever she just needs a fill. Dont wash your money at this place.

Unimpressed. I got a shellac manicure and not only was it way over priced, but my nails chipped with in a few DAYS. I wasnt doing anything that was hard on my nails either. Customer service was average, but not work the expensive cost and less than satisfactory quality.

Me and my 2 sisters called in for acrylic and all got a full set, not only were they rough with all three of our hands but they rushed and did a horrible painting job. We are not happy that we three spent 25$ for a full set of crap I do not recommend going here.

None of my nails look the, the lady way over filed my nails,my daughter was forced to get super long nails and the lady who did hers also over filed and cut her finger wide open, my mother in laws nails were cut way shorter than she asked and we were all over chargered! This is bottom of the barrel nail salon 👎👎👎 never will I ever go here again!!
