I have been going to this nail salon for many years and rarely are there any complaints if there is a complaint they quickly correct it. My favorite nail stylist’s are Julie and Lilly.

Went with my best friend who loves this place because of one polish color, so I decided to give it a go. Won’t make that mistake and I’m dragging her to my favorite place because this did NOT make the cut. They basically slapped on polish and that’s it, no filing no trimming, just color. My finger nail lengths are all over the place and I had to ask more than once to make them all the same length even if that meant they’d be short I wanted them looking nice and even. They don’t. And not to mention the bottoms are coming up and starting to peel off, it’s been less than a week, what happens when you don’t file them nicely. I called and asked if they could tell me what my friends favorite polish was, a mood changing polish from sparkly red to purple and they couldn’t even do that for me, she said “just come on down and I’ll do for you” and it’s like no, listen I JUST want the name of the polish, and she’s like “oh no we busy” and hung up. Seriously!? I would understand if it was like a generic color on the rack but there is literally 10 polishes that change color and you can’t take just a moment for me to tell me what the brand is? If anyone happens to go will you do me a favor and comment what the brand and name of that polish is?

Rush you through. Not friendly. You come here to relax not rush rush rush. I got an older lady who cut skin around my big toe and it stung the rest of the day. Next day its all red and sore. Wouldnt recommend or go back.

Was at the mall and decided to get a pedicure and try a new place. Went in and instantly was treated like I was a “freak” for wanting to get a pedicure. During my pedicure I witnessed employees using the same tools on other customers without even cleaning them! One employee flipped her gloves inside out when she switched to a new customer. The lady performing my pedicure kept getting up and texting on her phone. It’s been several days and I now have a skin infection from their practices. Do not recommend.

Managed to get my sister and I in within an hour without an appointment scheduled ahead of time. Made sure we got what we wanted before they started. My lady wasnt very talkative but I am not either so I was ok with that because she paid very close attention to what she was doing and my nails came out great. I very much would go back.

I adore this shop! ❤ my nails always come out fabulous, and they last so long I dont get a fill..I also like to change my style each time Im in so I do a complete new style with my fill. Show them a picture they can do it..plus they have hundreds of colors and styles to choose from!

Very nice staff but the WORST nails I have ever had done... I went in on January 1st because my normal place wasnt open and had a dip set done (my 4th in the last 4 months). I was pleased with the look and shaping and all of it UNTIL the very next morning when the gel top coat he added for the shine was already peeling off. I thought maybe I would just paint my own clear coat on but then my thumb nail chipped off! So I went in on the 4th of January and the kind lady fixed my thumb nail and re-did the top coat (with another gel coat even though I told her I didnt think it was a good idea) and I was on my way and thought I would have a nice set of dip to last me another month as is usual with this sort of manicure, especially after paying $46. Wellllll two more days go by and they peel AGAIN!!! This time I for sure was just going to do my own top coat and call it a loss and never come back... but then... TWO MORE NAILS CHIPPED TODA!?!?!?!?!?!!?!? I called AT Nails to ask for either a refund or a new set and she said No, it is time for a fill... WHAT???? It has literally not even been a full 14 days and I paid FORTY SIX DOLLARS!!!

My shellac/gel nails chipped less than 12 hours after getting them done. The staff was not exact with the UV lighting. I paid for/wanted a full manicure but only got a polish change (and a bad one at that!). My pedicure was fine but I’ve received much more thorough service for the same price or less.

Had my eyebrows done here today never will not have them waxed here ever again. She left them thin and gaps in my eyebrows. Never again I had to run and buy an eyebrow pencil to fill them in.

I would most certainly return here, the facility is cleans and the tools are sanitary. They pay attention to what they are doing and they do good work at a decent price. The ladies were very nice and the chairs were comfortable.

I dont know where these negative reviews are from but I came for my first time today and my preeteen got gel tips and nails for the first time while I got a pedicure. They both turned out incredibly and the women are all happy to chat IF you engage them in conversation Otherwise Im Sure they assume you are there for a service and to relax in peace(which is some Individuals preference. My delux pedi was 40 but soooooo worth it. My feet feel brand new and my daughter was walked through her options and what she prefered and her nails came out Incredible! My lady was LOaN and she was SO detail oriented and funny. Didnt give me a hard time about my rough heels or leg stubble(lol moms out there, you know, no time for myself!, surprised I got to do THIS!) Anyways yeah 5 really big stars!!!

My friend and I went there to get pedicures. The guy came and started working on my feet, he wasn’t very friendly. As he was corking on my feet, he scraped my toe and I yelped! He didn’t do anything but get working then I look down and I was bleeding! He just took a towel and wrapped my toe in it and continued working on my feet. I wanted a different person. A lady finished it up but I was not happy with the service at all!

I came in without an appointment and was greeted and sat down to start my new set within 10 minutes. The lady who did my nails was so efficient and kind. My set was very long and shaped which is what I wanted. She truly did an amazing job. I am so happy. I wish I lived closer so I could come back to her. This is the best nail set I have had for years. They are perfect in every way. Highly recommend. I wish I could post a picture !

Best nail salon I have ever been too.

Went to get a fill on my acrylic. Asked her the price before I sat down. She said 25 for basic. I said I just want a regular fill with fench tips. Get back to the table hands her my nail kit. I bring my own tools as Ive had infections before. She starts doing my nails while on her phone talking. Once she hung up she talks to me for a few minutes before talking to the other workers. She then proceeds to tell me that I need a gel manicure for French tips. I asked how much. She said 30. I agree. Once all is done she said 35. I said no you said 30. Unfortunately for me I only had 20s. She all of sudden doesnt understand me. I walk to the front waiting for my change (no tip from me). Still waiting for 10 minutes. Another person come up and says the sign hasnt been updated yet. Never again will I go back.

They rushed and did not do a proper pedicure or manicure and was just there on Wednesday and my Shellac nails are already chipped.Will never go back .

First time coming here, I have no complaints about my actual nails they are pretty. But the price was more than Im used too . I got coffin acrylics but just medium length they charged me an extra 5 for the coffin and than the lady talked me into solar nails saying the other polish will chip off in like 3 days in total the nails were 50 bucks. I also got a normal pedicure that was another 30 bucks which is to much I think, but was relaxing. But i had to buy a nail kit for 2 dollars and i noticed right away the pack they brought out was all unwrapped. Which okay maybe they opened in the back. But the lady put my scrubber in the cart than the other lady grabbed mine and used it on the client next to me. I had to make sure it was mine. When I got up I immediately looked in the cart and there was only one blue scrubber, meaning they used mine on someone else without even cleaning it or anything. GROSS . I told the lady right there you used mine on her. And she said I forgot. I told the lady they used it on right away they had used mine on her. Again the lady said she forgot. And gave me a new kit. As a licensed professional esthetician Im not impressed. In total for nails and pedicure it was 80 bucks

I dont like to write bad reviews, this is my first ever. So I will say this they did fit me into their schedule as fast as they could but the nails came out lumpy on a few and not even four days later two of my nails broke off. I called in and a man answered told me they wouldnt try and make time for me today and so here I am left with terrible looking nails that I paid fifty plus dollars for them and now I will have to go pay another shop to correct their mistake. So no I wont recommend wasting your money on a business that doesnt have the skills or the integrity. Oh also a concern was the woman who did my nails didnt use a new kit which shocked me and then their prices they have posted are not the same they quoted off the top of their heads. I cant say good things about a place that doesnt do good work maybe if they wouldve been kind and offered to fix them in a timely manner but the man had no manners which if youre running a business and want to keep ppl coming back at the least start with your manners.

I used to go here all the time for an eyebrow wax and my acrylics, staff is typically very rude and charges more than their listed prices, but whatever I was still used to my favorite salon in my old state. But after being told to come back the next day for a fill 2 hours before closing when techs were pretty obviously not busy and being burned from the wax I dont think Ill be coming here again.

Such a great place! I went there last night because I was in search of a last minute nail salon for a funeral Im attending on Saturday and they took me in with no wait and no appointment! The gentleman was very gentle and quick! No bubbles, no lifts and they are gorgeous! I had never been there before but I will definitely be going back as my new nail place! Great service!

Ive never really had a problem with this salon, except for the usual having other ladies not working on my nails come and hover over my hands and speak in a foreign language to my nail tech as if something were wrong. My nails are always alright I guess although I never get what I ask and pay for. However the other day I went in and was unfortunately my last time. As I was getting my nails done, I seen a fat cockroach behind my nail tech. My nail tech was very rude and did not give me what I asked for and I still tipped her out of common courtesy. Just hope they can make some major changes and get an inspection.

Ive tried other salons but this place is the only one I go to and have for 4 years. The people are all very nice and make sure you always get what you want. Im always completely satisfied with the level of service these folks provide. If there is ever is a problem, they strive to make it right. They provide very good customer service and take pride in their work. Highly recommended ammend A.T. Nails!

Got a Manicure for the first time here yesterday, was kind of uncomfortable at first but gradually felt welcomed into the environment. The older woman who performed the manicure for me, was very careful with the cuts I had on my hands and helped release tension in my wrist that I’ve been striving to release for months now. Me and my father left feeling very satisfied and received multiple compliments about how our hands and nails looked afterwords. I plan on taking my girlfriend here to have another great experience very soon.

If I could leave a negative review, I would. Gel powder applied has bubbles on all, nails uneven, she burned me several times during process with dremel tool and cut my cuticles pretty bad. It bled. Process took 1.5 hrs. She left old polish on from previous gel powder nails which you can see still.. Now I have to spend another 2 hrs including wait to get the poor quality taken off. Rediculous. Nails are really domed and lumpy. I called them at 345, they said come in right away. Its 5:05 now, they still havent gotten to me to remove old.

I always used to go only here to get my nails done, and I recently went back to start again. They didnt do what I asked for (example: filing them down shorter once they got super long etc) this last time had to be the worst! As I went in for a fill he half assed it and made them super thin. So two days later I had to get my thumb repaired because it had broke where they glue the tips on, not even two -three days after that another broke the same way. I went back in yesterday to fix it and explain to see if they would just fix them all and she got a super bad attitude saying it was me.. Got really ruff while fixing because I told her I spend way to much money here for this to be happening. Especially when I do nothing ruff with my nails and they are just popping off, but all she could say was to wait for the next fill! So I can pay them more to fix the mistakes!? THEN I wake up this morning and another was broke! Just from me sleeping! Definitely never going back and spending money where they give you attitude when fixing their mistakes and cant do their job right!!

My daughter and I went in for pedicures. We felt rushed in picking out a nail color. Our nails turned out nice, but a couple of mine got infected the following week. Not sure if it was how they were cut, or a result of bacteria. Will choose another place next time.

Worst experience ever. I have gotten acrylic nails done before and have gotten fills. Recently started doing shellac nails and I know that costs more. Asked to get a fill done today and lady verbally upped price to 35 even though the price posted was 20. I asked how much it would be without nail polish and she said 25. I pointed out that the price posted was 20 and she still fought and said it was 25. So I asked to have them removed. Lady said come back tomorrow, sat down, started playing on her phone and refused to make eye contact. Don’t go here.

Was greeted nicely and got seated within 10 minutes even they were busy. My nails came out perfectly and totally recommend this place.

I have been coming to this place to have my nails done for 6 years. I love the people and the service. They treat me well with friendly service. I highly recommend it.

Got my daughter that is 11yrs old a manicure and pedicure with normal polish and three hours later she took a bath and her polish literally rubbed off. Went back today to see if they would redo her polish and they said normal polish only last a few days and wouldnt repaint them. Didnt know regular polish would only last a few hours! Im sorry I used to get regular polish manicures and would last more than a few hours and days! They kept saying shellac lasts longer. The service was awful and we got pedicures too that only lasted 30 mins. If you want a quick nail job and not very good one then go there!

I loveeeee this place!! I get my eyelash extensions done by Mai and I love them! She does such an amazing job and I can just trust her, and she is very kind and welcoming! Plus, I also get my nails done here and I am highly satisfied, everyone is very nice in this salon and I definitely recommend it.

If I could give no stars I would! I called on a Saturday to make an appointment for Sunday and received a 5pm appointment from the gentleman that answered the phone. When I arrived they wouldn’t take me, said they were busy and they couldn’t repair the nail I had already called about the previous day. Why would you make me an appointment and agree to fix my nail if you can’t follow through. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!! I highly DO NOT recommend this place.

Been going there for more than 10 yrs and ever since the owners aren’t there all the time their employees are very picky on what us clients ask for and charge more than ever charged before for something so simple. Guess a business is never ran the same without the owners there to do their business 😩

Pretty bad. I was a walk in on Memorial Day and I didn’t realize that the mall was closing early. They took me for a fill. My nails are no longer almond shape like they were when I came in. I asked for them to be a little shorter (because they had grown out) and she took about two seconds filing each nail and when I asked for more than that and showed a picture she repeated the very short filing process. I tried making conversation and got only one word answers. At the end, my nails looked awful and were different lengths. They also charged me much more than I was originally quoted and did gel nails without giving me any other option.I went back the next day to ask them to fix my nail shape and the gel that had begun to peel. I was told they didn’t have time and that I should come back. Ok. Fine. I asked for someone else to fix my nails since the woman wasn’t very nice and didn’t do a good job. She said that was fine.Today I come back to get them fixed, they sit me with the same lady (that I had asked to not be with). To be fair, she seemed like she was in a better mood today, laughing and joking with the other nail techs. She even had one of them come over to see how awful the flower she had painted on was. They laughed and said that’s awful. I again explained that my nails were uneven, not shaped and peeling. She proceeded to file for two seconds each nail and then redo the flower. She also added an extra layer of top coat to each nail.tl;dr I appreciate them being willing to try to fix the problem but they didn’t fix it and I won’t be going back.

I have been coming here for the past 3 years to get my nails done. Its true that you do have to wait if you dont make an appointment. I like to call ahead of time & make sure they arent busy. Sometimes, Ive made an appointment & Ive still had to wait. Although they do a good job, customer service is lacking, but I havent been able to find a place that can do a decent job for a reasonable price. There is only 1 person that I like here & that is why I come here, otherwise I would go elsewhere. The only reason I gave this place a good is because of her.

I called around Salem trying to find someone to get me in that same day for an sns (powder dip) manicure, but everyone was booked. I called AT nails and they said they could get me in in 15 minutes. When I arrived every station was filled with customers but they were still able to get me in with just another 10 min wait. I think I was there for a total of just about an hour. She did an excellent job and was very quick. The SNS manicure looked beautiful when she was done, but I’ve waited til now to leave my review to see if it would last. It’s been almost 3 weeks and it still looks great and no chips!! This is extra amazing because my work is very tough on my nails, I work with scrap metal and also where gloves almost everyday (making welded metal sculptures). The ONLY reason I didn’t given 5 stars is I didn’t get a little hand message, which is always my fav part. :) I will definitely be back.

They were nice but the lady Loan cut my cuticles pretty bad with the dremmer. My pointer finger nail is pulling away from the base already. Some of the nails dont even cover the whole nail. I wont be going back and Im going somewhere else to get them fixed.

My daughter liked her experience. Her person doing her nails talked with her and asked her how she wanted her nails completed every step of the way like the length and shape. I received the very opposite treatment. At the beginning when I said I wanted acrylic nails, she tried to talk me out of it and insisted on only gel polish. I was polite and said that I would prefer acrylic nails. After that she didnt say absingle word to me. She cut my the fake nails before asking me what shape I wanted them in and or how long I wanted them so I had to get what I didnt want to accommodate the shortness. Then she was really rough more than what I have ever felt before, and acted like I was inconvienacing her by coming into her business and asking for services. To tip it off, she left me under the light to cure my nails for way longer than needed to be. I will never go back.

I am male and i go get my pedicures here. I have been to a couple places before. I find A. T NAILs is a good place to go get your pedicure. All the girls take good care of there customers. I feel alot better after i get tor nail done.

Such wonderful service! I felt relaxed and my mani/pedi looks great. They practically have a wall full of different polishes so I was able to find the colors I wanted. I will definitely come back!!

Took my girlfriend to get her nails done for her birthday at this place and she wantes the pointy nails not box and the guy didnt do it at all how she wanted and then still told her he couldnt fix them.... Im very disappointed. This day was suppose to be great and instead she got a horrible job.... The nails arent placed straight or even cut right.... Never will be going back here

I got my nails on 9/27 and by 10/1 one nail fell and all but my ponki nails lifted. Yes they were very nice and redid my nails at no charge but my nails look bad! My two thumb nails have air bubbles and the nail that fell she redid and its so thick and ugly Im going to fix it my self. I told the guy which i believe is the manager and he was such in a hurry that he told me je is busy and kept walking...so disappointed, I will not be going again.

Not very good. Treated very poorly because I just wanted polish removed. I actually wanted a manicure and no new polish. Took off the old and practically kicked me out.

When I arrived they asked what I wanted and I said acrylic full set. Then they told me to pick a color from the basket. When I first sat down I noticed the station was not clean - nail powder all over the surface of the table from the previous client and the lady used the same files. The lady that did my nails said two words to me, oily hands and she was so rough her nail file gave me two deep paper cuts. The second time I screeched and a drop of blood filled the back of the nail. She put some liquid on it and kept working away. A couple minutes later she was taking the drummel to that nail where the cut and dry blood was, and I pulled away (because it hurt!) and said that cut is there. She goes, I know, I know. Its right there. I know. and kept filing with the pointed drummel. Then she states that it will be $45. I said, I thought it was $30? She goes, No thats for those polishes and points to a wall of nail polishes. Then says Gel much better. This one gel and points to what I already chose. Well how convenient that they had me choose a gel polish. Even though they have a sign that states Oregon law requires every client receive their own nail kit (file and buffer) I never received one and she used the same files from the previous client on my nails. I am worried my two cuts are going to get infected. Ugh I will never go back there.

Really disappointing with a solar fill my sister & I both actually had appts at the same time. Both of us experienced uneven nails, deformed shape of nails and pretty sloppy work. Only gave the one star for how little amount of time before they could get us on the schedule. Otherwise lack of customer service, demeanor of the techbtechns and no desire to fix either set to make us, the customers right!

This place is great at telling you they have appts available but when you come expect to wait 20-30mins for someone to become available. Last time Im coming here !

My sister and I had our nails done July 4th. The next day both of us had infected toes with green stuff coming out. I thought it was odd that the lady who worked on our feet used the same metal utensils on both of us but put them in some barbiside in a coffee cup for only seconds before she went from my sisters toes to mine. Utensils need to be in barbiside for at least 10 min (per EPA) to kill bacteria. I have used this salon in the past for every pedicure. I will not be going back. The state needs to be doing more thorough investigations on this salon.

I came in with my sister, she got a full set i got a manicure. The lady who did my manicure was good although she filed them down way too much and now i have short nails which i hate. And also my hand massage lasted ip to 2 minutes. My sisters nail technician was bad. He continuesly kept being on his phone and watching tv. She asked for matt nails and when he said he was done i saw her nails and they were definitely not matt. So i asked and he did a coat of matt. He charged her 50 for just shellac nails. I have never paid for than 45. This was our first and also last time coming here.

Very rough with hands and nails, and poor job. All ten of my cuticles were bleeding afterwards. The guy doing my nails seemed to be rushing the whole time, almost all of my nails are bumpy/misshapen, and had very different amounts or glitter on the top coat + I asked for a pink color to cover the CLEAR acrylics, but they instead slopped on a clear coat with a very light pink tint(Meaning I can see my real nails underneath) Very unsatisfied, now Im stuck with these painful and ugly nails. Would give 0 stars.

If i could give then no stars i would. i went here once. to get my Acrylic nails taken off. cause i was at the mall. and it was cheep they did a horrible job of taking my nails off. it hurt. and cut into my nail and made it bleed. and to fix what they did they put nail glue on it. and painted over it. not only that but the polish they put on only lasted me a day. they also sat there and trash talked about me and my friends who came with me. they were very rude. i will never go there again. and i recommend you dont go as well.

I wouldnt even give this place 1 star!! The manager Kevin is absolutely ridiculous and I dont see how he can even be the manager when he made 5 of my solar nails crooked, he used someone elses file kit on me twice and did not give me my own, he insulted me by saying that the way I wanted my nails was for old people and he cut my thumb! When I went back to get my nails fixed he was a total jerk, did not want to listen to anything I said, he made me cry in front of everyone and made a big scene and I was treated with such disrespect that I will never go there again and I will be calling the Better Business Bureau to complain about him. Also, their wait time there is insane! I had an appointment and I didnt get seen till a half an hour past my scheduled time and then the girl rushed through to get me done and did not do as good a job as she should have. There are MUCH BETTER places than here. DO NOT go here no matter what!

I like to go there I wish that they would get better with time management and scheduling but if I do go I suggest going to two or three particular people everyone else just isnt very good

Tried to use an old, used nail file and buffer on me. And used the wrong polish on me. It also looks sloppy and uneven.

My sister and i went in for her bday and got a set of acrlyic nails 5 days ago the lady that did my sisters messed the polish up amd didnt even fix it and the lady that did mine didnt do a good job either because my nails are already lifting and have chipped and broke Not to mention the polsh looks horrible

My friend and i came in with pictures and ideas. And we left unsatisfied, my friends nails were lopsided, and her ombre was splotchy. My nails are lopsided and uneven. Every time I go there my nails hurt for days, I always have to fix them, and Im paying way to much to be unsatisfied.

Lady was rude, nails were uneven in length and crooked. Its been two days since my 45 dollar manicure and 4 nails have broken.
