They do a good job but are way overpriced. There’s no price menu posted in the salon and no prices posted online, so it’s easy to get overcharged here. Basic pedicure with regular polish is $35 and gel polish (over natural nails-no acrylic) is $40. Make sure you inquire about price before booking!Update: 1 week later, nails are all chipped. I’ve never had a gel manicure that chipped after 1 week. Nail polish is really thin so I suspect they actually used regular polish instead.

I went to get my nails done for a trip, they didn’t even last 2 weeks, and they had told me it was my fault, that I didn’t know how to take care of them, I’ve gotten my nails done w my nail tech and this have never happen to me, I went to get my refund and they didn’t want too, I don’t recommend u to come to this place !

I was able to walk in and get my nails done, even while they were super busy! I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It was laid back and the people that work there went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. I will definitely be going back here. Next time, I will be making an appointment. I highly recommend this place!!

I love this place I walk whenever I need my nails done I do have to say you get what you pay for the people are lovely and kid to you except one girl who seems to be a bit rude but all time but other than that they are good with most nail art but newer styles they can’t do so well but my nails I got done always last forever!! And they are great quality they take their time and do it right if you need a nail salon to go to I suggest going here ! Love Love LOve.

They are always polite, friendly, you can tell the other customers in attendance are also normal people, they know everyones name. I always get compliments on my nails. Highly recommend!!

My daughter and I just went to Angelic Nails Salon for Mothers Day (yes, theyre open on Sundays.) Everyone was wearing masks and they put plastic liners in the spa tubs (I dont remember if that was normal before covid?🤔) and they sprayed the chairs down after they finished up with a client. They have hard plastic barriers up between the client and the manicurist at the tables. It was super packed though on that day, but towards the later afternoon it was slowing down. We went at 2, got started at 2:20 and was out of there by 3:30. I got nail extensions which is why it took so long and my little one wanted rhinestones which took a few more minutes as well. So they set me up in an open spa chair and let me enjoy a nice chair message while she got her nails done. So nice! We very much enjoyed our day! We will definitely go back.

Update:I went back, and the lady who did my toes (owner) took extra time to redo my finger nails. She assured that it was the light that caused the issue. Nonetheless, she made it right. And I am much happier. I will only see her from now on. Shes a very nice lady who wants her shops standards kept.Btw... Clean and the chairs for pedicures are some of the nicer ones in Salem. Again, hands down great pedicure.Earlier post:The pedicures are really nice they use hot stones. But another girl did my hands. And whatever the color was that the person put on my nails either didnt stick correctly or the nail tech didnt do it correct because after I got home I came immediately back as they look like they are peeling. I was excited to find the open on a Sunday. I was able to get right in. I started with one lady and then chose my made it clear I wanted a simple manicure and chose a pale pink polish. This lady got called away so another lady came and started first she started putting some base on? Then another one and I had to put my hand under a light? Well she pulled out the nail polish i thought I had chosen and it appeared a fluorescent pink! I guess I said something and the first lady came back only to say she was trying putting a gel polish!!! So she came and finished with a normal polish and told me to wait a 15 minutes. When it was time to pay. I was told 25.00 and 2.00 foe the files and reminded her I brought my ownSo she just said 25.00. The nail polish didnt last a day before it started to chip. After four days I had to remove the nail polish and have found now that those base coats were gel and cant be taken off with polish remover. I am frustrated because now I will have to pay to have this removedA

Angelic Nails is an amazing place to go get your nails done! Me and my mom went to get them done today and the staff were so welcoming and the service was amazing! They take there time perfecting the nails so they come out with great quality and leave you satisfied with it! I got mines done by Vanessa and she did fabulous so I recommend requesting her but they are all great at their job! Definitely coming back! 😆

Came to get my acrylics removed and then get a manicure and somehow my cuticles look worse coming out than they did going in. Terrible manicure process too. No lotion, no pushing back cuticles. I could have done all this myself at home and had better results. NOT worth $37. Not ever coming back.

All in all, absolutely loved this place. first time going and the lady worked so hard to get what i showed in the photo and im actually very impressed with how they came out. im not sure why they were $77 when i was told acrylics on the phone were $45 🥴 but im not even mad! i will be back!

The staff listens to you, give you what you ask for. They take their time with you, they are nice, very pleasant people to talk too. The shop is always clean and have a welcoming atmosphere.

So my husband wanted me to have a nice girls day out with my niece so we decided to get our nails done, came here and right from the start I should’ve went with my gut instinct first she didn’t want to do what I was asking for picked some colors from her book because she was insisting the powders on the wall were the exact same thing so I picked from the book she painted my nails the color was not the color I picked she made me switch with another nail tech who was being really rude everything I asked for was an additional 5 dollars so for a simple set of nails that should’ve cost no more than $50 dollars came up to almost $100.00 my nails are awful and my niece had to pick from 3 different pinks because their nail polish was bad long story short they are HORRIBLE and don’t go there .

10 out of 10, Very first time there and all three of us loved every minute of it, Vanessa our nail tech was amazing and they offer just about all you could want!! Within the first few minutes of being there you are helped. Affordable prices, variety of services and packages I was impressed and pampered the entire time. Most of the workers are bilingual, friendly and unlike other places they don’t mind correcting or perfecting what you do not like or want changed or re done they truly enjoy seeing you walk out with a smile on your face and will do the best to achieve that.

I absolutely love this place. I had acrylics put one and then had a pedicure. My acrylic nails are incredibly durable and I dont know what kind of polish the manicurist uses but my nail polish hasnt chipped at all. I get compliments on them constantly too. I liked the experience so much that Im taking my granddaughters (9 and 5 years old ) there for their first pedicure.

Scheduled an appointment when they opened for noon and I told them it’s important that it only could take around an hour or Id wait another day. When I arrived there was a big group of people being helped and they told me a few minutes to wait. I waited 25 minutes before walking out..very disappointing cause thats the only reason I came to salem when I live out of town.

I made an appointment to get a full set. Waited, they told mr I was next then and then called me up and asked me what kind of nails i wanted (simple French) then told me to wash my hands so I did and then they asked me to move over to another seat and sat a white lady and started doing her nails instead of mine!

My daughter got her first mani pedi for her 3rd birthday and they treated her like a little princess. Very friendly and good massage!

When we sat down to get full acrylic sets the desks were not cleaned off and we could feel the powders that spilt. My friend and I showed them reference photos and they literally laughed at us and said they couldn’t do them. it was simple patterns. Since they laughed and told the other techs about what we wanted we decided to stick with just plain nails. I picked a super light blue with a similar design to my photo if they could and I wanted my nails almond shaped, I got an almost teal color with super thick white lines drawn on, they also used dip powder on me which is not what i asked for. My nail shape is also uneven and all my nails are different lengths. My friend got a purple but her nails don’t match her nail width so the actual plastic nail looks weird. I do not recommend going here

My acrylic nails all were poorly put on, so they began to crack in a straight line where the fake nail was glued on. I bought these nails for Vegas, but the next morning one was broken, the next day another one, and then another. So sad. And expensive! The shape was good but the quality was horrid

Got my nails done here and let’s just say after they started growing out you can see how bad they look at my cuticle and the bottom of them have clumps of acrylic left not worth the 77$ they charged.

Highly recommend.My acrylics are matte black with heart beats which meant a lot for me for them to do due to recent mental health issues.

Friendly service. Atmosphere is very clean and pleasant. Lin is an artist and does beautiful work. I am so pleased with how my nails and cuticles look. When I left the last salon I went to, I had nicks and cuts in my cuticles and they were sore for days. I am so glad I found Happy Nails!
