I had been looking for a new place since February and hadnt had a cut or color since then. I reviewed lots of salon websites and when I read Omaggios, I knew I had found my place. The welcoming message of warmth and the strong sense of family it communicates really resonated with me, so I made an appointment. I could not be happier with my experience. The salon is warm and elegant, the team kind and friendly and my stylist, Danielle, in amazing. Talented and so client focused, she listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and did an incredible job on hair that was almost 8 months overdue for a cut & color. Omaggio did my hair and several other girls for my wedding day. From the day I reached out to book them their shining customer service and personalities made me know I chose the right salon for my big day. I got married on a Sunday, when they are not open, but they made the trip with three stylists anyway to make sure me and my bridal party were ready to go. Quinn and the stylists are all fun and wonderful to work with. Every girl looked gorgeous with their amazing hair styles. Im so glad they were there to help me get down the aisle in style!

I had my hair colored and cut by Tammy! It was probably the fastest I had ever had any service done. She is super sweet and outgoing, and for my first visit with her she nailed it. The staff is also great, which you can’t always find elsewhere. The color came out beautifully and exactly what I had hoped for! Booked a polish change with Jessica, after an awful manicure yesterday at another salon. When I arrived she was finishing up with another client and asked me to wait in the lobby while she cleaned and sanitized her station. Once I got in the back, she suggested doing a gel manicure instead of regular, as it would last longer, I picked a gel color and it was amazing. I felt like Ive known Jessica for so long, shes just amazing and outgoing, super easy to talk to. Ive lived in Salem for a few years and never realized where the Salon was located, now Im happy to say, you have a new client. So happy with the service provided and everyone that I came in contact with, was so friendly.

My hair stylist is Tammy and she is great! She knows exactly what you want. Every time I leave I get compliments from friends and even complete strangers. She is awesome with hair colors too. I had hi/low lights done and it looks fabulous!

This salon is incredible! I got a full foil on my head of dark hair; before once I tried to go lighter it would always turn orange or just not go light enough. My stylist, Alison, explained to me it’s because hair dressers tend to use chunkier highlights. She took hours to do careful highlights all around my head, while it was a long process- it was so worth it, and it turned out amazing and light! 10/10!

I tried omagio for the first time based on 5 stars google reviews for a gel manicure. The staff was very friendly and it was nice to be able to have a conversation. However, the manicure itself was painful. Because of the roughness and slight inattentiveness, one of my cuticles started bleeding and another one was very painful. I wanted to like this place based on the reviews but was somewhat disappointed. I do believe the staff tries to provide excellent service but I would probably not be returning for another service.

I had my first lash lift and tint at Omaggio salon and spa. Jessica was extremely personable and professional. Great conversation and even better service. I am so happy with the results. There were so many services to choose from, and at a very reasonable prices!! I will be back for sure.

I was looking for a salon that would do a bridal up-do near my house without having to also go through all the trials that brides normally do. Since it was an intimate elopement I was looking for something less intense. I am so glad I decided to book my appointment here! Booking was easy to do online and all my questions and concerns were quickly addressed via email. My appointment was right on time and I immediately felt at ease with Danielle. She worked quickly to style my dry, damaged hair into a beautiful low knotted bun that was exactly what I had envisioned for my big day. I was so impressed and loved the atmosphere so much that I will definitely be returning for a cut and maybe other services! Thank you Omaggio for making me look and feel so beautiful!

I went in for a perm and cut with Tammy. She is amazing! Very nice and personable I enjoyed her services. She is very talented and experienced! I am booked with her for my partial foil and trims going forward and very excited to be in such great hands. Next speaking of hands I also received a prenatal massage from Alycia. She has hands of an angel! I left there so relaxed and felt like a new woman which is amazing being 29 weeks pregnant. I love the story of this locally owned business being a tribute to his mother. If you need any service I highly recommend this welcoming, cleanly, relaxing, professional environment. You wont be disappointed and 5 stars just doesnt do them justice!

Hannah is a wonderful gal and also knows her way around waxing.I got tired of shaving and plucking my ladystach and wisdom hairs on my upper lip chin and neck so I decided to try waxing for the first time at age 67!!Im so glad I did.What a difference a professional waxing makes!Hannah got every little hair which I could never accomplish by myself.Ill never go back to self plucking again!And....the cost is very fair and so worth itThe hairs dont grow back for weeks!♥️👍🤗

I found Omaggio and my stylist Kristen during the early days of the pandemic last year, I was in desperate need of a new hair approach as it wasnt looking its best. Ive been working with Kristen for more than a year and she is a wonderful colorist and stylist. She has transformed my hair and I get many compliments on it now. I enjoy going to the salon, its clean and they use products that do not affect my scalp. Previously I had reactions and itchy scalp for weeks after a treatment, I have not had that experience since working with Kristen. If you are looking for a new place, definitely give the Omaggio team a try.

Not only was a greeted by the lovely young lady behind the desk with some genuine conversation, she offered me coffee on the owners dime! He was heading out to purchase coffee for everyone present. He then offered to me as well . Then Tammy who was doing my hair came out to get me. Thinking I was her first appointment at 9am I learned when a woman who was just leaving - Tammy had come in special for her! Which was making her day a 14 hour day. The other stylists there was redoing extentions due to manufacturers error for one of her long time clients on her day off! Then would not accept gratuity! These people are the real deal.

I had just moved to the NH area and desperately needed a color and cut. My experience was amazing from the minute I called the salon. The gentleman at the front desk made sure I was set up with a hairstylist that would be the perfect suite for me and that he did! I was paired with Tammy and she did a fantastic job. She not only made me feel comfortable but we had wonderful conversation and my hair turned out fantastic. She deserves a praise, a raise, and everything in between!

Where to begin?! Jacqui was incredible! From the moment I walked through the door she treated me like a friend. She was so down to earth and honest, that I trusted her and mixed up my normal style. Her coloring skills are incredible. I have never had such a natural, subtle color done on my hair before. She was willing to listen to my concerns and wants and she gave me a fresh cut I never would have tried before. The owner Quinn was down to earth and super friendly. He has built an incredible business with client needs at the forefront of everything. I don’t normally go to salons because everyone usually seems stuffy, but not here. Even Tammy, the stylist at the station next to mine treated me like I was her client, keeping me entertained. DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING! This place is amazing. I will absolutely be back!

I go to Omaggio to get my hair cut and colored and I love it. I see Jacqui, who does an absolutely phenomenal job while also being fun to talk to. The salon is comfortable and clean. Its laid out in a series of small rooms which actually enhances the sense of being set away from the world, providing quiet and calm. Each main service takes place in a different section of the salon. Their products are high quality and smell great. Highly recommend. If you decide to go, definitely ask for Jacqui!

My daughter came in for pink highlights. Was told it was a commitment to keep coming in and have it redone to keep it pink which was much appreciated and something she couldnt afford. So it was suggested to add blonde highlights. After her appointment she felt it looked the same. After calling the owner and explaining our situation he told us to come back and he would make her happy. She couldnt be happier with the outcome and we will always recommend Omaggio. I recently moved from Florida had went to a near by salon told her what I wanted I showed her a picture of my beautiful blonde highlights and asked her if she could do my roots and touch up she was very assuring that she could give me what I was asking for needless to say three hours later I walked out of there with mouse brown hair and crying! I researched around to see where I could go to have my hair corrected and that’s when I found Omaggio salon that had wonderful reviews So I called in for an appointment and Explain to the young man who answered the phone Chaz who is absolutely amazing and assured me he could help me so I made an appointment and it was the best thing I ever did I was greeted by Ashley who was full of energy and so wonderful and assured me that she could get me back to where I was When she was done I was in tears because I was so happy to have my hair back I don’t know how she did it but it’s is I unbelievable now I had my confidence back and nothing feels better than I hope this helps for some of you that have the same experience I’ve had! Decided to get a deep tissue massage here after a recommendation from a friend, so glad I did! I’ve actually never got a massage from spa and the entire experience was very relaxing. The salon is beautiful and everyone was very kind. My massage therapist was Elizabeth, she was incredible. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable during the entire experience and worked out most of the knots which were causing me a great deal of pain, but she was also so gentle! Best massage I’ve ever had! Would highly recommend Elizabeth, I loved my entire experience here!

I have been having my nails done by Melissa since his salon opened. She is almost always on time. She pays close attention to detail and does an excellent job. I have never had any problems with my nails breaking due to poor workmanship. They always look perfect and professional.

My first time here. Stylist was friendly but rushed.Multiple times during brushing and blow drying my hair/head was yanked abruptly. At one point I was physically pulled to the side of the chair when the brush was caught in my hair. I’m a larger woman so getting my whole body yanked meant my hair was pulled pretty hard. Note, detangler Was put in my hair before the combing/brushing started.The stylist combing and blow dry method was WAY to aggressive for my liking and left me counting the minutes until the session was over.Will likely not return for a second visit.Salon was clean and staff were friendly but not impressed with stylist.
