My daughter and I just had our hair done by Sharleen and we are both so happy with the outcome. My daughter loved her cut and I’m thrilled about my color correction. She took what was an over processed disaster and worked her magic to fix it! Highly recommend.
I am new to the area and was so happy when I found Sharleen! She is a great hair dresser and I always leave pleased with the results. She cares about quality and not destroying your hair. She has good flexibility in days and times and has great communication when Ive reached out about color ideas. She is professional, talented, and I highly recommend!
Sharleen does an AMAZING job!! She listens to your needs / wants and makes it happen! She has an amazing personality as well which is an added bonus!
I have had Sharleen cut my hair for years and she does a great job and very polite to talk to. I highly recommend her for hair cuts.
We had an excellent experience at Bien Soigne this evening. The spa is clean and beautiful, the rock salt room was relaxing and facials by Miranda were excellent. The receptionist ( sorry I didnt get a name)was friendly, informative, and welcoming.
Always had a very relaxing, positive experience everytime I was there. I go for the salt cave.
Salt Cave experience was wonderful however the staff wasnt very welcoming to minorities. Very dry attitude and we were asked to prepay which is never something Ive experienced when going to a spa or salon
Joanne is great for facials and brow tinting . My husband and I use this salon for massages as well . Always a good experience.
I hadnt been to Bien Soignee in over 20 years. Matter of fact the last time I went was at the old location. Was so happy to see they are still in business. Best experience ever.Massage was just what the body needed. The massage therapist also provided information about stretching. These people are very knowledgeable, very helpful, very friendly. They treat you like family.Love the new location, easily accessible, they already know Ill be going back. Excellent place for relaxation, meditation, whatever you need to bring the body, mind, and soul back together.UPDATE August 2021Im just an average normal guy living an average normal life. However I feel like a VIP when I step through the doors of Bien Soigne.Bien Soigne is one of three places where Ive received a massage therapy, and now its the only place I go. Beginning at the front door with the a smile and the most genuine greeting my journey to relaxation begins.Bien Soigne has one of the most punctual schedules. It is certainly nothing like a dentist or doctor, sometimes theyre ready a little bit earlier. As long as you have an appointment, theres always no lines and no waiting.I understand they offer other services but Ive not taken advantage of anything other than massage therapy. I understand they have something called salt caves which Im not sure of what it is, and I believe they offer yoga, pedicures, things of that sort. You can get a gift certificate for a friend... or pamper yourself because you deserve it.
Absolutely lovely and relaxing experience with my mom 💗 Its incredibly calming and you just slip into a meditative state while in the Salt Cave. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and explained everything about the salt cave and its benefits. Definitely recommend this place if you want to treat yourself or a loved one 😉
Kelly, was extremely helpful and nice. I appreciate you helping me find a booking and because of your kindness I will definitely book for any service this salon services. I look forward to future visits with this salon.
Excellent staff beautiful place great massage what more can a girl ask for... remember to request a room in the Salt Cave or the salt wall
Went today not only do I appreciate them they did a wonderful job!! I see reviews about them being rude so far from truth. Front desk was very friendly and Charlene was great live in MA but will come back anytime great salon and awesome people !!
Just had the body glow massage with Ariel, so sorry if I spelled your name wrong, she was fantastic, what a great experience, I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about her or my time there, will definitely be back to see her again
So relaxing. Awesome woman at the front desk. I forgot her name...
I was able to book a last minute facial appointment online with ease. I’m so glad I did. I had the Acne Facial with Joanne and it was fantastic. She was great, I was so relaxed and my face felt amazing by the end. I’m already booked in for my next facial next month. Looking forward to it.
Staff is super friendly. The cave is so relaxing. The pedicures feel amazing. Definitely want to come back!! I Love how they have blocks and chunks of Himalayan salt for sale.
The 5 stars is not for the rude owner but for the masseuse. The owner is probably one of the most unprofessional people I have met. There was an error in our appointments that we had schedule over a month before and drove an hour to get to. All we were told is that whoever scheduled it, made a mistake. Mistakes happen, I get it, but absolutely nothing was done or offered to make up for it. We were told we had two options, reschedule or get our money back. Not the best customer service at all! We rescheduled and I am so glad we did! Gary gave by far the best massage I’ve ever had. He was so thorough and attentive. If you can deal with a rude and unapologetic owner, see Gary, I promise he is worth it! My sister had a massage as well with Kristen and loved her as well.
Ive been going to the Salt Cave for about three years and I have had no sinus infection at all. I also have an issue with inflammation do to Rheumatoid Arthritis and it also seems better when I go for a session. I highly recommend this place.
Enjoyed the Salt Cave. Relaxing and quiet. Havent had any benefits from it yet since Ive only gone once, but I definitely would go again. Staff were friendly and informative
Awesome, my first visit, had waxing service done about as perfect A 💯 percent is. Pleasant friendly staff. Right off 28 near Walmart,,salt spa,, message hair and nails they got it all. Will go again soon.
I am honestly not comfortable giving this salon one star but I need to click on a star to post this review. I had been to this salon a few times in the past for manicures & things went well. So, I recommended my daughter try them for a hair color. I went with my daughter to this appointment & it was the worst customer service experience of my life. I have never been so upset as a customer in my life. I have never actually posted a negative review before but did not feel like I could walk away from this experience without sharing. The poor treatment extended from the hair dresser to the receptionist & finally to the owner. The horrible customer service ranged from an unpleasant stylist to lights turned off while they worked on my daughters hair, to charging my card while I was struggling to find the ladies room in a dark hallway to complaints about being there late & having a half hour drive home to interrogating my daughter like she was a criminal to not giving the owner a message to call me the next day. It continued with no one ever calling me so I then needed to reach out - to my daughter being blamed - to not taking any ownership of the situation - to hanging up on me. I could write out more details but it would take too long. I am willing to share with anyone if they want to reach out. I would never recommend this salon & I would actually discourage anyone from ever going again.
This was fun and unique and worth the price we payed, but not exactly sure if we could afford to go there on a regular basis. You basically sit in zero gravity lounge chairs, with blankets provided and you just sit and relax, breathing in salt air. This is supposed to help promote a cleansing of your airway, a health benefit. Im not sure, not a doctor. Also, you do have to make reservations in advance and you maybe sharing the room with other people. Everyone is wearing clothing. My wife and I just happened to luck out and had the room too ourselves, which was very peaceful.
I have never been more upset. I was given a gift certificate for a 1 hour massage for two people in the salt cave. The gift certificate was purchased in December 2017 and the gift giver paid $180.00. The gift certificate did not have a dollar amount listed on the it, it stated what the service was I.e. 1 hr. Massage for 2 in the salt cave. I was unable to redeem the gift certificate until today. After the massage (which was wonderful by the way), the owner proceeded to tell me I owed her an additional $30.00 as their prices had increased..... seriously. The gift certificate referenced a service - not a price... regardless, after paying her - regrettably, once home, I checked the website and the price is still listed as $180.00 for 2 for 1 hr massage in the salt cave. She is a con artist. I asked her where on her website did it say that after 1 year of no use, they would not honor the amount paid and charge you more for a price increase. She could not...... that’s because it is not listed anywhere on her site... beware.
Ask for Joanne. Great job and very professional
Made a sincere mistake by forgetting to call and cancel my reservation ( im a mom so my memory isnt that great) The front desk clerk called me to see if my friends and I were on our way. While I humbly apologized for forgetting to call and cancel she still yelled at me over the phone very rudely and to make a point that I needed to call and cancel because she could have booked other people for that spot and went on and on complaining how inconsiderate and wrong I was for such a simple and sincere mistake. I understand that it may have been money lost but her behavior toward a client is bad for the business. Wont ever look that way again.
Very professional quite atmosphere
I havent had work here. I enjoy the salt cave. Good for your health. Total relaxing. Its beautiful. Hymalayan salt cave.
Thank you very much to the receptionist who gave me an appointment for a couples massage. Then told me she would call me back to get mor information. It dawned on my on Wednesday that I hadn’t heard so I called back. She gave the appointment away and basically laughed about it. The management should call me back to make this right but doubt that will happen. She told me she lost me number so I said “in 2020 you do t have caller id?” She responded that they get “so many calls she’s never know”. She took my name and number and I told her I wanted to appointment. Nice job.
Got a massage with David today, he did a wonderful job. Every time I come here its a fantastic experience. I have come for haircuts, facials and massages. The ambience is very soothing, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
Very disappointed in my manicure. I went for a manicure and pedicure yesterday and did not even get to pick my color. I was ushered to get started on my feet soaking before realizing I was not given the opportunity to pick a preferred color. The girl doing my nails asked me what color I was thinking and ran back and forth with a bottle at a time. Overall, not the color I wanted, but my feet were still wet from my pedicure so I was not in the position to be walking around to go look. My manicure lasted maybe 5 minutes before she began painting my nails. My nails were filed and my DRY cuticles were somewhat tended to. That was it! No water, she did not smooth out my rough nails, I did not wash my hands. She painted right over the filings from the shaping/filing. Then, when I went to pay and ask for change in order to tip the girl, they said no, they didnt have change and that I could go somewhere else to get some. Overall I would not recommend getting your nails done there if you expect a job well done. My nails look as though I had an afternoon free and did them myself.
This place was very warming and inviting upon arrival. When we checked in early, the woman at the desk told us we should use the rest room before they bring us down to the cave. There were three of us. So we went. Afterward we sat in the lobby and waited. Ten minutes past our appointment time and my aunt finally went and asked the woman st the desk how much longer. She was confused. Apparently they already took everyone down and started without us. So we missed the first ten minutes and the instructions. They wanted us to wait an hour but we couldn’t.We were able to go in late. It was awkward walking into a session that already started. Without any instruction other than no talking she let us into a dark quiet room. We found chairs (not together because others already claimed their spots) we sat and looked around. My chair wouldn’t recline and every time I tried to adjust it it made too much noise and everyone sat up and looked at me. Actually the screw on the right tore my pants and I was too embarrassed to even say anything. So I just sat in the upright position. My aunt was sitting directly under a light. She had to cover her face the whole time. We didn’t know we had blankets because two of us didn’t have one. I noticed other people had them. My niece didn’t have one either but she got up and walked over to another spot and took one. She also got one for me. When the machine shut off no one came in, everyone just sort of looked around and one by one snuck out quietly. It was definitely a lack of communication. I can definitely see it has potential to be relaxing if the staff explained things and we weren’t sent in late. I personally wouldn’t go again, and the other two woman who came with me also said they would not.Don’t let my review stop you, I say everyone should try it if they are interested. You might have a better experience than we did.
I love this place! I always request gift cards from family on holidays and occasions. I enjoy hair cuts, pedicures, facials, and time in the salt cave. Super friendly and professional staff! Beautiful Decor and ambience.
I must admit, I was not the easiest bride to work with when it comes to hair and makeup. I had 3 hair trials and 2 makeup trials, but the ladies at Bien Soigne never batted an eye. They made me, my bridesmaids, mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother look absolutely beautiful on my wedding day and were incredibly accommodating along the way. A special shout out to Sara Beth (hair), Abby (makeup), and Candy (highlights). I loved them so much I will start going to them for my regular hair appointments (even though I live in Mass.!)
It was an amazing experience. Highly trained professional, the young lady engaged for Spa.Awesome feeling, would love to visit again.Colonel Nikki Yadav
The room is beautiful and relaxing. The zero gravity reclining chairs were comfortable and each chair had a blanket in case we got chilly. I honestly felt relaxed, refreshed and in a little less pain. I also felt like i could breathe deeper. I would definitely go again. The woman who did a little tour guide speach was very knowledgeable. They only have 1 salt cave with 12 chairs so you need to make reservations. I wish they sold more in a mid to low range Himalayan Salt Rock items.
Havent used the spa treatments but the salt cave is outta this world. Been to other salt caves but Bien Soigne is my fave.
It was a very calming atmosphere.Staff was very nice.
Today, I went there for the first time and took my 14 yr. old niece and sister. The Experience we recieved today was amazing. Very friendly, professional, and treated us like like we had always been customers. We treated ourselves to facials and shellac manicures and of course the Salt cave session. It was so relaxing. We will definitely be back for another session and the other services they offer.
Went there yesterday with my daughter. I’m in love, will go again! Leaned so much! I have been stuffy from sinus infection and when I left it was clear for hours! My daughter wanted a nap after that so to me it relaxed her, so I believe it worked for us both. We bought the sole drink waiting to try it! Both for different reasons exciting! Met three funny ladies also! Win win!
I got a color a couple of months ago with Tiffany. She did a good job on the root and partial highlight so I thought I would book a haircut. She didnt show me the back of my hair after the cut and when I got home I was shocked. There was a section of my hair in the back that looked literally hacked with a knife. I had noticed at the salon that she cut off a lot more hair than I wanted which I wasnt that happy about but the section in the back of my head looked like I had to get gum cut out of my hair. I was so embarrassed to walk around looking like this that I had to go to someone else to fix it. Now my hair is about 6 inches shorter than I wanted. It will take many months to get my hair back to my original length. I just want to warn others so they wont have to go through what I went through.
I have debated several weeks about posting this review but feel it necessary to do so. Booked a visit to salt cave for myself and two friends for a girls day, took day off and drove the hour there. Unfortunately it was a just okay day at the spa.. There was confusion right away for what we were there for, the receptionist was not at all friendly or welcoming and made us feel as though we were troubling her from the beginning. Asking for a glass of water became a regular part of the day as we had to ask after every service and you would have though we were asking for solid gold in a cup! Actually getting a dixie cup of water at one point. The salt cave/room was very relaxing and we did enjoy that time. However from there it went down hill. The massages seemed to be from the B team with little experience and a just okay massage, completely skipping feet, and hands. My pedicure was good and the woman providing it was very professional but my friends got a new girl and she was awful! One of them had to get her nails redone after the massage as they were a mess and paint already coming off. The 2nd one of my friends got her pedicure from the same girl while I was having mine done and I was amazed to see she didnt even wipe the lotion off the toes before she painted them. When we left my friend still had lotion in the corner of her toes and lotion painted over them. It has been two weeks and my toes look good, the other two have completely clear toenails as the paint came off in days. Very disappointing for a $65.00 pedicure! Then a week later I receive a call from said receptionist that we have appointments the next day and need to come early as we have never been before??? Appointments we didnt make. So $165.00 for an okay visit to a spa seems to be wasted. I would not recommend this business to my friends.
Excellent place. Will be going back.!! Got every service. All day adventure and loved every second of it.
Had an amazing one hour massage by Gary in the salt cave,he has amazing hands it was exactly what I needed. The salt cave room was very relaxing.
So I made an appointment on line day of for the salt cave and got a confirmation email, I arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment and come to find out they were unable to provide the salt cave therapy due to staffing issues. Need I say NO PHONE CALL to let me know I just found out when I arrived after I booked babysitting for it. Just a sorry bud I think we sent you an email regarding this.I have got my wife numerous massages from the salt cave before and she thinks they do a great job. This was my first experience here and needless to say I will not be back or reccommend it to anyone else.
I redeemed a Groupon deal for the salt cave. Excellent price of $19 to try it out for first time. I booked my appointment online as there is a specific drop-down menu to redeem groupon appointment . Entered all my info picked day and time done. Got a confirmation for next day at 3 pm for my appointment. Confirm type C text on my phone . So far pretty easy. Until the next day of my appointment.. I had two unexpected appointments the same day and one would definitely make me late. So I called as soon as they opened . The receptionist was a sweetheart. She said not a problem . I was able to book my appointment at 9am ( yes the door is open)the next day. I was greeted by two friendly staff members (sorry not good on names) I was walked down to the salt cave by one of the girls and she explained everything about the use of Himalayan salt, the benefits, things it helps and even better I had the room to my self. It was a very relaxing and cleansing experience. After my session I went to desk to find prices of other services and I was informed that if I booked my appointment next time for salt cave (which I most definitely will) online the owner set up a great deal. Each session will be $20 . Which is half price of normal visit. The Groupon is a one time use . But who cares . Book an appointment online $20 I am there . Highly recommend....
Supposed to be a meditation event in their salt cave. Was okay until haligenerator comes on which over powers the meditation music. Still okay until someone started snoring. After 25 minutes of that, they were drowned out by the person who started coughing non stop for the remainder of the time.If you want to go for the salt value, its okay. If youre going for a meditation experience, not so much.
The staff are all so friendly and their new location is gorgeous! Sandy and Sara Beth are awesome hair stylist, they really do work wonders for my hard to manage hair. Cant wait to try out the new salt cave!
Went there for the first time the other day to have my hair colored. My hairstylist that I have been going to the past 5 years just wasn’t really listening to what I was saying when I kept telling her I needed a new style! I always walked out with the same style.Anyway, I am SO SO HAPPY I went to bien soigne ! I got Renee and that girl is such an ARTIST! My hair has never looked so great. She was so friendly and Professional, greeted me with a big smile, took her time consulting with me as to what i was looking for with my color and cut and I left there looking like a million bucks! I love my color and my new blonde hilights ! And as for my haircut ... totally new, totally different and exactly what I wanted ! Thank you so much Renee. You have a client for life !
I bought two Groupons, one for me and one for a friend. I tried to make reservations but when prompted to give my friends full name, and full address - I opted out. I will not give out my friends information whose gift this was. I was not able to make reservations and just showed up. We were told there was not room and not for the next hour either. The lady was very brief, like she didnt want our business, not making other time/date suggestions, which made us unwanted.
The best experience in the salt cave. Completely amazing!
The salt cave was very relaxing and comforting. Although we had a great experience, the front desk had messed up our booking time, so they made it feel like it was our fault. It was adjusted to a later time. After driving all the way up here, we didnt want to have to come back another day after driving so far. Its a bit pricy; $40 for 45 minutes of sitting in a dark room. It did help my congestion so I give them credit, and would like to come back again at a later date. Hopefully they can manage to put me in the correct time slot.
The salt cave experience was the most relaxed I have been in months. Most of the staff was nice, one young woman was a bit rude about pricing. The place seems to be in the middle of updating, so it leaves a feeling of being unkempt.
Loved my experience with the salt cave meditation. Place is lovely and clean. I will definitely be returning.
Called to make an appointment for the Salt Cave and a woman named Kay answered and was extremely short and rude with me; I’ll not be patronizing this business. Really need to work on their customer service skills.
Love Tiffany. She is always on point with my hair. Awesome hair stylist.
Salt was a different experience but will definitely do it again...
Very nice place. Relaxing and quiet
The salt cave was incredible my breathing is awesome and my body appreciate all of it
Had a session in the salt cave. So relaxing!!!! Id go often if I lived closer. Highly recommended!!!! Give it a try!
Had a great massage.
A staff that cares about quality. The hair and nail professionals are up date to date and professional. The Salt Cave is a relaxing and has an almost mystical feel. Strongly recommend
OMG. So great and accommodating.
Never buy a groupon through them! My mother got 4 groupons from them. First visit my sister printed up groupon, they gave her a hard time about it, even with the code on it. Then we went in for sessions 2 and 3, and booked the 4th session with my sister. When my sister went in for the 4th session, the receptionist told her they needed to see the groupon, yet it was already paid for and placed in the system because we booked it. Receptionist told us we would have no problem, apparently we did!
The front desk assistant was extremely rude to myself and two other clients while I was there. She quite possibly has the potential to completely bankrupt the business. It was like she doesn’t want the business at all. I also had to call the place three times and leave a message to schedule an appointment in the salt cave. No one called me back until the last time I called. When I was there she potentially could have scheduled all 4 clients inquiring about an appointment, but because of her rudeness, aloof attitude and lack of customer service/sales skills, she scheduled none of us and we were all very interested in an appointment. Too bad! Owner should fire her or she will have no business to go back to soon! Even though I have a paid groupon, I will take my business elsewhere!
Love the salt cave, its so relaxing.
Salt cave was great! And very relaxing.
Do not go here for your nails. This place charges $50 to get tips and it takes an hour and a half! Which is not ever over Exaggerating. The polish came off within a week and one fell off. Terrible quality and will not be going back.
Hello. My name is Holly. I was in for a cut and color. I was unhappy with the color. I wanted a blonde color but the crown of my head came out a reddish color. I went back last Saturday to get it correct. Its still not right at all. I spent $165.00 which is a lot for me right now because Im only working part- time due to my recent back surgery. I dont want to go back to your salon Ive lost confindence in the establiment. Ive never had a problem with hair color and Ive never complained about my hair. This is a first. If the stylist is shown several pictures of the color you want and does not think its possible they should tell you. I know there are several variables with hair color but thats why you go see a professional and not take your chances with stuff you can buy at cvs. I went for s consult today at another salon. They can fix it but have to do a color correction. I dont have the money and I think Ill have to live with it for now. Again, I did not want reddish hair. Just thought you should know. I feel bad for complaining but Im really not happy with my hair. Thank you.
Always very polite and great service!
Salt cave experience is nice!
Great pedicure with Sue today!
Very relaxing visit.
I have been going to Bien for over 10 years. They do everything from massages, nails, waxing, to hair cuts, color, and up dos.
Calming atmosphere...
Very relaxing.
Went to the salt cave. I wish I had one at home.
Place is a joke and a RIP off
Amazing experience
Great experience
Great experience!!!
RIP off and a joke
Owner seemed rather arrogant for a mediocre place.
Ahhhhh.
I work at Well cared
