Dr. Gordon was so amazing! Very sweet and to the point. She took her time out to listen and made me extremely comfortable. If I could give her more stars I would! I would recommend anyone to this office, Thank you Dr. Gordon!!

Dr. Reddy and the assistance Somers were amazing. The receptionist that took my call this morning and scheduled the emergency appointment was the best and she provided a great experience as well. She was kind and helpful. The best dental experience/ oral surgery ever! They are skilled and knowledgeable, professional and kind. They were very helpful! They are exceptional and quick. The procedure started at about 11:58 a.m. and they were done at about 12:07. There was no pain at all during that procedure. They were very thorough with walking me through the aftercare instructions and were patient with me the entire time during this visit and even through all of the questions that I asked. They are amazing. ❤

I was disappointed in the personal approach in the practice. Taylor, the technician, was pleasant and efficient. Mohammed, the hygienist, said hello while he was at my back and never came to face me to introduce himself. As a RN, I think the oral cancer screening he performed was perfunctory at best. Dr Reddy also remained to my back and side; he did not approach me face to face.I think the staff needs to review their patient encounters and become more personable.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!My fiance has been to this location several times in the past couple of months. He had a crown fall off and needed a replacement. He received two temporary crowns because they kept falling off. He got his permanent crown last week and now that has fallen off. We are getting married in less than two weeks and now he wont have a front tooth for our wedding.When they installed the permanent crown, it was way too thick, so they decided to shave down one of his PERMANENT teeth on a weird angle so it is no longer straight across the top.They have absolutely no idea what they are doing.NEVER GO TO CHAINS!!!

Staff change again since last visit six months ago but they seem to be trying. I don’t think anyone can compete with Birchtree Dental’s reputation but I’ll give them a chance. Unlike a lot of places, at least they are there working. Will update review after another visit.

Terrible StaffThe hygienist didnt explain anything and told me I need a deep cleaning and I should talk to the front.The front yelled at me about my treatment.Take your teeth somewhere else

Wait was null- I had cleaning done- fast, efficient. In/out in no time - hackberry next appointment scheduled too for 6 months.

I have been a patient there for over 30 years. A few years ago, this was Birchtree Dental Center. Now that a chain bought it, the original staff is all gone (read: my dentist, dental assistants, and hygienists) It has an HMO-like atmosphere because the attrition has been so high (i.e., impersonal). I believe the quality has gone down as well. It is not as clean as it was in the past. I noticed dirt on the trays and the equipment by the chair.

Went in for a teeth whitening and was told the pain is normal. I tried to tolerate it for as long as i could and had to cut the 2nd of 3 sessions because the lady accidentally got the cleaner on my lip . Couldnt eat for a week without tearing up from the blister.Whatever about that, mistakes happen. But i was told i could come back and get the 3rd session whenever I wanted, just to call and schedule it. When i called back to schedule, they left no record of what im saying and told me there was nothing they could do to remedy my experience or situation.To me, this shows lack of experience in the chair and lack of integrity from a managerial perspective.

Nothing but a positive experience so far. I went in for my exam/cleaning as a new patient last week and had a filling replaced yesterday. Didnt feel a thing and cant even tell theres a filling there.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Patty is such a sweetheart and makes me feel so comfortable. I have a terrible fear of dentists and the new(ish) dentist is always so understanding and comforting. I dont ever want either of them to move to any other dental centers because I look forward to seeing them when I come in. The receptionists are exceptional and always SO helpful. Its a great place all around. 10/10 Id recommend them!

Everyone in the office was great and so helpful! They were really helpful in explaining everything I had questions about. All the staff were so down to earth and friendly. They scheduled me in fast and easily. Dr. Reddy was so good!

Nothing to bad. I feel like they were in a hurry because what I need they have to refer out so maybe I wasnt a priority. X-rays took longer than my time with actual dentist.

Ive been coming here for years. Came in for a cleaning. Was told a few back teeth had deep pockets and I needed to see a periodontist . They refused to clean my teeth. The place they referred me to does not accept BC. They found another office and that office told me to go to BC website to see of theyre in network. Time to fine a new dentist cause this place is awful now that theyre a conglomerate.

What a great staff and glad I went there had a bad tooth ache made me feel comfortable and told me what my options were and did a great job fixing my problem. Thanks again for all that you do there 👍

Friendly and helpful staff. They seem to enjoy what they do from the hygienists to the billing staff. All very clear and up front about what to expect with procedures and potential charges. From routine cleanings to cavities, root canal referrals, and even taking my son to this office for his first visit...all experiences went well. If youre looking for a new dentist, call this location.

The services provided were very good as always. I do have a concern regarding the business side of things. It is not very customer friendly. Maybe because it was the end of the day (5:00), but the estimate was presented very quickly, without much of an explanation and the clerk just stating the total and stating I needed to sign it. Well the estimate ended up being incorrect. It stated I was getting an exam which was covered by insurance. I questioned the clerk and she stated I was allowed two a year, and I have had one exam at this office earlier in the year, which is correct. What is not correct is that I also go to a periodontist which also performed an exam, so this makes me ineligible. I know my periodontist sends the results of all work done immediately after my visit. The clerk asked if it was done recently and I told her it was 3 months ago.I would think that your office would do some basic research prior to completing the estimate, checking with the insurance and the records already in your office from the periodontist. Presenting the preliminary estimate as it was (quickly and just asking for the signature) puts all the responsibility on the customer, it should be a joint effort. The reason I am concerned is that one time I just signed the estimate as delivered and ended up having to pay out of pocket for the exam, which was not covered by the insurance. The conversations with the clerks at the desk are just not personable, in fact they seem to have an attitude like why am I questioning them. Again, maybe because it was late in the day, but really that should not make a difference.Again, the services provided in this office are very good, but dealing with the staff at the font counter is just not very personable or customer friendly.

I use to bring my kids to Birchtree dental when they were younger, so when I moved back to Michigan from Virginia Beach, I called them for a check up and cleaning before anyone else. They were always so good with my kids that I felt even after all this time, what could it hurt. Some of the same people are still there, and there were a few new faces as as well. Although I work in the medical industry, I have always been slightly uneasy bout having my teeth worked on. Ends up that I needed a more extensive cleaning than what I thought, yet the hygienist was very pleasant and as gentle as she could be. It was still a comforting environment to be in, and the employee smiles were endless. I am happy that I have returned to this dentist, and would refer them to All my family and friends. Thank you all for making my visit much easier than I thought it would be! You have a wonderful team that I look forward to seeing again.

What a perfect experience I had yesterday at Great Expression, yep I know that don’t seem possible, but it really was my best experience in 61 years! Brittany at the front desk could not of been more helpful and kind. Tara the Hygienist really cares and went over and above with her kindness! Dr. Cathy came in and she was very genuine and took time to make sure I was pleased with the whole experience and she wasn’t even trying to rush! I told Tara I was afraid to write a review because everyone would want to come to this location and I wouldn’t be able to get in, she said “There will always be room for you” YEP That’s How They Roll!!! Thank You all again for your EXCELLENT customer service and for truly caring about people, that is not the norm in today’s world!!! See you soon 😊

Very friendly staff. Doctors are wonderful. Explain everything they do as well as discuss financials up front. I had to have a tooth removed. They have an oral surgeon on staff. This guy is very good! Very gentle and knowledgeable. They took care of me like I was family!

I was a patient here when the facility was Birch Tree Dental, I have always had very pleasant experiences, the hygienists and doctors do an outstanding job! I can say up until recently I have felt the same way about Great Expressions. Being a patient of almost 10 years, you would think you would feel welcome at the front desk.... not anymore. I tried to see past the front desk because Dr. Martella was a great Dentist. Since he has retired my husband ( a patient of 27 years) and I have decided to visit a new dentist office. If you can see past rudeness at the front desk, I would recommend this office.

The staff was great getting me in quickly. I was having a lot of pain. I needed a root canal. The staff made calls to a root canal specialist. It was completed the same morning. Every one was courteous and professional. I appreciate all the help.

Birchtree is awesome! They are the model of efficiency. I wish every dentist worked this way. My appointment was on time and went quickly, and they took care to give me all the procedural and financial information in detail and up front. They are also exceptionally friendly, and upbeat almost to the point of being unbelievable. It is very clear that the office staff has an excellent working relationship, and it shows in their attitude toward their customers.

I haven’t been to the dentist in a while and I surprisingly got the best cleaning I’ve had in years, not only were they friendly but throughly patient and took their time educating me on taking better care of my teeth. They are extremely friendly and I even called one of the dentist the teeth god lol. Olivia was wonderful. Her and the staff definitely helped me get over my fears of the dentist! I definitely will be back sooner than later . It’s definitely my pleasure giving this review & would recommend.

All of the staff that I dealt with were very friendly & bubbly. Great atmosphere! They were very informative about what was going on with my teeth, took the time to show me and explain everything. Very, very gentle and made sure you were comfortable at all times.

Ive been seeing Dr V for a few years now and he has helped ease my dental anxiety tremendously! Id never gone to the dentist as a child so going for the first time was quiet a nerve wrecking experience for me. He reviewed all of my X-rays with me and explained everything in detail. I see one of his hygienists now faithfully -Michelle- shes super gentle! The staff is always friend and welcomes you with a smiling face!

Great Expressions has the worst billing department of any dental chain. I had a credit of $55 on January 1 2018. I soon received a bill for $29. I asked for an audit of my account for over 2 months. I paid the May 9 2018 $29 whilst waiting for the audit. I received a pre-collections notice dated June 2 2018 stating that I still owed the $29. I have spent several hours of my time both on the phone & in person along with my payment documents. They have yet to provide a list of services reflecting the billing on my account. Go elsewhere unless you enjoy fraudulent collections.

I was never a fan of Dentist, however this place is amazing. People are very nice, incredibly nice. I just had a filling replaced and Ive had multiple folks there clean my teeth and so forth and everyones skill level is exceptional. Never once have I felt pain. Theyre quick and easy to work with. Its really a great place.

My family have been going to this office for all of our dental needs for almost 20 years. I had a problem with one of my front teeth and was able to get in on the same day. The staff is wonderful and always has time to answer my question. I highly recommend this dental office.

Long time at another location....10+ years with the same hygienist.This place was great, very friendly receptionists, very quick call backs and ease of scheduling.The actual experience was great and very thorough. No hard jabbing or unnecessary roughness. I didnt leave feeling dissapointed in myself like usual and cant wait to go back!Highly recommended.

I have been a patient for 7 years. I went in today to get a deep cleaning and was told AFTER my cleaning that payment was due in full today. I asked if I could make payment arrangements and was told no. Every since Great Expressions took over Birtchtree, things have changed. They no longer care about the families, it’s all about the money. I had to put my services on a credit card that had a zero balance and now have to pay interest 2 weeks before Xmas because they refused to make payment arrangements with me. I cancelled my daughters & husbands cleaning and will not return to Great Expressions ever again. I will make sure that my son that is in the NFL doesn’t return as well. Never in my 44 yrs of life have I been denied to make payment arrangements at my dentist office. Screw you Great Expressions!!! ✌🏼

I like that you know what your co-payment is prior to their excellent service. All of their hygienist are experienced and skilled. Their dentists are highly skilled, knowledgeable and experienced.

I’ve been going here for 24 years it used to be called birch tree dental same dentist is still at this practice but it’s called great expression. Since the conversion it’s gradually gone down hill I’m constantly over billed for services in which case they will not notify you they just credit your account I only became awhere of it when my insurance company started sending me statements.

Just had my first cleaning! Christina was amazing, she did a great job, listened to my concerns and addressed them. Dr. Vilag is great too. He took his time to explain everything to me. Awesome facility with an amazing staff!

I love this dentist. The people are very professional and pleasant. Office is impressively up to date and clean. My dental hygienist was very thorough and my teeth feels clean.

Great Expressions treated very well! I came in about 5 min before i was scheduled it was called 3 minutes later. I had no issues with my dentist and she was very accurate, careful and precise I was actually impressed no one is perfect but she came close!

I am super scared of the dentist, but this place is awesome they are all very kind! The dentist is really amazing she makes you very comfortable and I felt no pain at all.So I thankyou guys for making my experience much better and Im no longer scared ☺☺

Great staff always willing to answer any questions you may have. Easy to work with if something comes up and you need to reschedule. Don t have to so sit and wait for along time for your appointment like a lot of doctors.

Has really gone downhill. They wanted to charge my insurance $350 to repair a chip in my filling (that price reflects a new filling, not a repair) then proceeded to tell me I have a co-fee when they previously told me my insurance would cover the repair completely. Since they all of a sudden got amnesia, I will be taking my family of 6 and spending my money elsewhere. Super shady the last few times weve visited in regards to fees. Will not be returning.

The really take care of their patients and Dr. Fedayuk (spelling?)is the best dentist (spoiler: he works there). Their primary focus is giving you a great smile but the also care about your pocket book which is greatly appreciated.

This place used to be called Birchtree Dental a really good place. Now they are called Great Expressions. **WARNING** we were over charged and after the explanation of benefits told us this we brought it to their attention. Though we were holding the EOB the office claimed they had not been paid by the insurance. After checking back every week for 3 weeks, we were finally told they had received payment from the insurance. I then asked for our refund and was told it would be sent to us by check (even though we paid by C/C) in 3 to 4 weeks. The time passes and no check. I was told a supervisor would call me, this has not happened yet. I am now given the office support center/corporate to call and try to resolve. Summary over 2 months waiting, numerous phone calls for a $64 dollar refund that we should never have been charged to begin with.

It been years since Ive been to a dentist and the reason I hate going was because I always had sensitivity after a dentist appointment and after my 1st cleaning i had no sensitivity even after my filling was filled still had no sensitivity. The staff was amazing and I was always in and out fast. I would recommend them for everyone

Went in for a cleaning and they told me my filling needed to be replaced. After 3 weeks of the new filling my tooth is still in pain. I’ve went twice already to get it looked at and I still can’t eat on it. I called again to get in and the quickest they can get me in is in 2 weeks & wont look at it nor try to help the pain sooner. Horrible service the phone lady said “just call and find another dentist”

He did an amazing job on some large white fillings on my front teeth to correct my spotting from fluorosis and they look 100% like my real teeth! Couldnt be happier to be a patient here. 😊

I had to reschedule because Birchtree was out of nitrous. I ask for gas when i get fillings and crowns there and it is always a hassle and i feel like Ive been treated like I am a problem or inconvenient to them. This day it cost me 2+ hours from work as well. Im d3bating on whether i will ever return there.
