Nice place. Took the lady an hour and a half to do a full set. Took so long that we were the last ones in there.

Nice super friendly very quick with having you seated very clean I love the lady that did my nails shes awesome like that men and women go in there to get their feet and nails done very sanitary and very aware of social distance

Lyn did my full set powder nails and this is 4 days after service. The design was pretty however, the nails are cheap and didn’t even last me 1 week. This is absolutely ridiculous I paid $65 for a full set and my nails fell off in 4 days. Not to mention, the technician Lyn cut my cuticles so deep I was bleeding.🩸 Waste of money 10/10 would NOT recommend.

These ladies are absolutely wonderful. Kim is so kind and friendly. My friend and I walked in at 7:15 wondering if theyd have time for a full set even though they close at 8 and they said absolutely, no problem. These ladies stayed until 10pm working on our nails. They didnt rush even though Im sure they wanted to get home to their families, and they made our nails absolutely perfect. I couldnt be happier. Thank you so much!! Will definitely be back.

Beauty nails is only place I like. The owners are accommodating when able. Iv never had a toe nail issue there. I love the man who does my pedicures...he does a perfect job.

I have been going to Kim at Beauty Nails for a year now and she always takes good care of my nails. Any style that I have wanted she has always been able to execute it! She is fast and does amazing work! Recently I got the glow in the dark nails and they were so bomb! Thank you again so much!!

I give them two stars because of how quickly they noticed I was there then she compliments my rings then then instantly starts speaking there native language definitely made me feel like she was talking about me so I didnt even get my nails done there I just walked out.

We had a group of 6 but they could only do 3 at a time. I made an appointment so I definitely recommend doing that. Friendly staff, our pedicures looked great, and they have massage chairs for those getting pedicures.

They are super busy but do amazing work! Both my daughter and I got our nails done. I got a fill and she got a full set. We will definitely make the trip back to have them do them again.

Asked for a cow print and the rest of the nails white. She said she could do so and gave me brown leopard print that’s already peeling 20 minutes later. Told me no when I asked for shorter nails. Both me and my friend were tossed to multiple technicians and very splotchy color. They also grabbed my friends wallet and her card out of her pocket to pay without her permission, the jewels are already sliding as well. both of us bled and were cut. Would not recommend.

My daughter and granddaughters unfortunately experienced this businrss. The operator was rude rough with the hands and nails. There was no sanitizing between customers, the operator and other customers were not wearing masks. Although my daughters and my youngest granddaughters nails looked all right my older grand daughters nails did not look very nice at all. Given all the covid violations Ill bet the governor doesnt harass bankrupt and shut this operator down like she does so many other Oregon businesses.

Couldnt understand me, so did not get exactly what I wanted. Prices have raised again... 31 plus tip for an okay pedi. Im editing. My pedi is nice, good job. I was frustrated at not being able to communicate. The massage, my favorite part, hurt. Your thumbs were gouging my legs. Also, I wanted to sit in the chair to dry my nails since you werent busy instead of right across from two other people. I did not buy a kit. Everyone there is always very kind.

Went to get a nail fixed here because I was in a hurry & I had somewhere to be & it was close. Bad idea.. First let me tell you I have straight nails on. This lady puts on a curved one! I didnt even realize it till towards the end. Instead of her offering to fix the mistake she says she will file it & it will be ok. So I leave after she is done failing miserably at making this CURVED nail look straight & to top it off she made it super thin. I was in a hurry so I had to leave. Totally regretting my decision fast forward a few days later the nail snaps towards the top, so now I have this bleeding nail & who knows when it will be back to normal. Ive been getting my nails done for over 10 years & this has never happened to me.

They do a good job. The price is good. But if you’re looking to be pampered and relaxed, this place is not for you. It’s located in the mall and people walk by and stare at you and it’s cramped. It’s just not a relaxing environment. But if you’re just wanted a quick mani or to get your nails done and don’t care about relaxing, their a great choice. They do talk in their native language to each other a lot while you just sit there, so if that makes you uncomfortable, I wouldn’t recommend.

I went with my sister and mother for mani pedis and it was a great experience. The flowers on my pedi were absolutely perfect.

Ly did my set today and they came out so perfect!!!Got a white and pink ombre for the first time.Showed her a couple of photos of what I wanted .She took her time and made sure I was pleased with the outcome.Im in love with how good of a job she did!!Ill definitely be back!Side note..The shop was clean and organized.Had a welcoming greeting.Not so busy as its a Monday afternoon. (I recommend this time)

I was cut in 4 places and my nail polish started peeling after a week. And they took 2hrs to do a fill.

I had a great experience. Never realized what a professional nail tech was until I had Kim do my nails. Feels good when you walk out knowing that you spent money on something you could not effectively recreate at home for less money.

Took my daughter to this location for her very first time getting nails, my daughter hot major irritation and inflamed nails, was very painful for her and we ended up having to pay to have them removed.

So good!!! i had very bad nails previously before getting them done, and they did such a good job!! i totally recommend!!!

The nails I wanted were not what I received, and the nail lady was more involved in her phone conversations than what I was paying her for. Then I went to have them removed (two weeks later for job reasons) and they told me they had no time for me as workers were walking around just talking. This was my first time getting my nails done, this was an absolute trash experience, so impersonal.

This place is consistantly busy and service can reflect it (weve been in on several different occasions). I just wished they offered a drink service too. Tonight was a good day, we were in for pedicures and even up graded to deluxe ones, the 2 ladies that did the pedicures were nice and talked to us as well as made it a relaxing experience. Dumb and rude.

My experience was awesome. The place was packed with people and the staff were still absolutely wonderful. I have only one issue. I have ingrown toenails and the reason I get pedicures is because I need them to get them out. Even though I pointed it out to her she didnt fix my issue. But this place isnt the only place that does it. Other then that the place is great. The gal was very sweet and did an awesome job!

Nancy is the best nail tech in the state of Oregon. I get compliments on my nails everywhere I go and I dont have to give up my first born child for quality. Had my first pedicure at Beauty Nails 2 weeks ago AND THEY STILL LOOK AS GOOD AS DAY ONE 😵If youre going to another nail salon, youre wasting your time.

I always leave extremely happy from here when getting my nails done! They are more than willing to try any pictures I show them and are always willing to fix it if they arent perfect. Ive gone to many other places that charge more and am never as happy as I am here!

Me and my daughter are going on a cruise the ladies there really hooked us up the went above and beyond what was expected thank you so much we love our nails I wish we could take a picture of what they look like.

I have always gone here to get my nails done because they have pretty good pricing and usually always have time to squeeze me in for an apt. However, I went in LAST Wednesday and have had THREE nails just pop off while grocery shopping and at work. This is with me not even messing with them at all they just popped off. Spending a decent amount of money with a nice tip is upsetting when they all start popping off a week after getting them done.

Love this place! Atmosphere is beautiful, clean, and fresh. The Nail techs are talented and creative and can execute whatever you need.

I went into to go get a new full set of acrylics and I had an old pair on. The lady who did my nails (believe was the owner/manager) she tore off every single acrylics off my nails. At one point she pulled off half my real nail and i started bleeding. She panicked and glued it back on, it hurt bad. She looked at me and goes Oh, does that hurt? Sorry. Then continued to keep doing it. I got stilleto glitter fading nails and I am not being over dramatic but each nail is crocked. EACH NAIL. DONT GO HERE.

I had a good experience here. They even took an extra 15 minutes on my pedicure. They did a great job on my nails also. They lasted longer than any nails I have previously gotten. I was impressed. I am going back again soon.

I walked in for just a polish change on my hands and toes. I had no polish on them tostart. They got me in fast which was great, but the lady shaped and buffed them beforePainting...when i was done she charged me $44 dollars for 2 polish changes. When theirPrice sheet said $7-10. They looked nice...i picked out a plain color..no fancy things. Left feeling ripped off. Next time i will ask if shes charging me shape them before polishing....

First before I even agreed to a price or service the guy actually cut off my real nails! Then the lady rushed thru my nails, the edges were sharp and uneven. The design wasnt that great either, looked like my kid painted it, not like a professional did it. I understand that certain designs are tough, but either dont offer them or give me person who knows how to do it! I was really disappointed in the artwork and over all appearance of my nails. However I must say my friends had their nails done at the same time by different employees and their nails were absolutely fabulous, so I dont know, I guess it depends on who you get and what you want done. Over all, with exception of my nails- everyone elses were great. The employees were nice, but the place was very very busy- I recommend making an appointment.

At least a 20 minutes long wait every single time I go, the last time I went the lady said 45 minutes, 45 minutes went by, I came back and they still werent ready apparently, so I waited another 10 minutes and by then I was ready to leave I didnt want to spend my day there, and as I was walking out the lady ran out of the store and was like oh were ready for you now and then I finally got them done. The only reason I come back is because they actually do a decent job on my brows and its not too expensive.. I will likely be finding a new place if this kind of thing happens again.

I love getting my eyebrows and lip wax here. I highly recommend them.

I have been going here for years. I have Kim do my nails. She is wonderful. They get very busy, so make an apt. if you dont want to wait. I gave them 4 stars because my daughter had a very bad experience with the man there, he was very rude to her (she was 17 at the time and wanted the stiletto style of nails, he said he could do them no problem, but when she wanted them shaped a little differently then he originally did them, he refiled them and made them look horrible. She began to cry and he made fun of her!!) I was stunned and didnt know how to respond, so we paid our $60 and and she left in tears. Kim was not there that day. I dont recommend him to anyone and if I didnt like Kim so much, I would have never gone back.

Above and beyond experience

Ive tried to be a regular customer but they are always overcrowded. The nails they do are not bad. Regular simple design nothing fancy.. A perfect place to go to if need your nails done if you dont want to drive far but its always packed. Staff there are friendly. Nails here are simple . Stop going there too because they over charge me everytime

Horrible nail salon, I paid $45 for unevenly filed nails, funky shape and not at all what I asked for, don’t even ask me where the glitter came from, I showed my reference pic to them MULTIPLE TIMES AND LEFT IT ON MY SCREEN, I should have only paid $15 for them not listening to me or even giving me close to what I asked for, also it took TWO HOURS, yes TWO HOURS for a set of nails that look NOTHING I wasn’t wanting. Will never be returning to this place.

The people were nice but, I went in for a pedicure and the cuitcal trimmer wasnt in the normal sanitizing solution. Then while she was working on my toes she dropped the clippers and it appeared like she may have poked herself with them cause she kept rubbing her leg after. She then picked up the trimmers picked out some dirt from them and put them back on the counter. Again, not in any cleaning solution. A few minutes later, she used them on me again! And she never changed her gloves after touching her leg with them on. Im a bit peeved cause now I have an infected toe! I also didnt see them clean the foot tubs between pedicure customers. I will not be returning.

Horrible service!!!! On Sunday I took my mom for a pedicure, this was our first time. I was going to sign up to wait in line... when one of the employees asked me what are you doing!? and I told her my mom wants a pedicure she said yeah we dont have time! with a really bad attitude. I was whiling to wait but after she said that I told my mom lets go we dont need to take this. Definitely wont go back!

They will squeeze you in! Great work. No interaction with customers though.☹
