Susan - the office manager is the sweetest person you will meet. I have rented from Andy Albright and they are awesome people. I will not leave within this company . They treat you as if you are a HUMAN. (Very Caring, Compassionate and understanding) I LOVE ANDY ALBRIGHT and the home I rent. They take care of their properties!! They also come to fix whatever as soon as possible. VERY VERY RESPONSIVE.SUSAN IS VERY WELL APPRECIATED I LOVE HER

DO NOT rent from these people. They fail to make repairs, do not uphold their end of lease agreements, and allow drug dealers to move into apartments next to apartments with small children. When you inform them that you are moving and give them 30 day notice due to said drug dealers and lack of adequate repairs, they try to sue you in small claims court, saying that you are in violation of your lease agreement. They are not running a good business and care more about quick fixes and government vouchers than they do good people and actual cash. STAY AWAY!!!

Time Properties is the best yet i have rented from in north carolina... they fix things ON TIME i totally recommend them as your landlord but FYI take care of your landlords property and your landlord will take care of you
