I love them! They are very down to earth, funny and really care about their clients. Their work is really awesome! I’ve never been to a nail salon I did as good of work as they do. The nails are perfectly shaped all the time, very crisp looking and the nails are not super thick like some other nail salons work.They remember their clients and build relationships with them. Super awesome people!

Had a fill done by Kevin today, and they are amazing! Everyone there is funny and witty, so the people giving bad reviews must just not have a sense of humor. Ive had plenty of bad nails done elsewhere, but I am so glad to have found this place! Book ahead of time, theyre likely booked out several days.. I made sure to schedule my next fill before I even left today. Cant wait to try a pedicure there next! 💅🏽👏🏼👏🏼

Pedicure was absolutely 5 star. Great job, great tech. Different nail tech gave a one star manicure. She was more interested in trying to up sell me than doing what I was paying. Ragged edges, damaged cuticles.

I did not have an appointment, but was hoping for the best. I popped in around 12:10 and was told they could get me in at 1 pm. No problem! Browsed around Walgreens and came back. I sat down with Bella and told her want I wanted, and she went straight away to work. She is very efficient and makes certain to correct errors when noticed. She works very thoroughly as well. Paying close attention to my cuticles and shape of the nail I desired. I did some research before I came and they are rated among the highest in the area. I will definitely be returning. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable, and pricing is fair. Thank you for the great work Boutique Nails!

I was excited to try this place seeing all the good reviews and i would say they live up to it, my nails came out just how i imagined them. there are a few minor imperfections like wobbly sides and such but nothing to noticeable, i would go back

I took a chance and walked in without an appointment. Kevin was kind and personable. He didn’t have an appointment scheduled at that time and took me. I’m very happy I went there and very happy with the results of Kevin’s efforts. I’d definitely go back.

Ive been to other west Salem nail salons and this by far is the best! My nails look great! It is a very clean shop and they are complying with covid requirements.

This is a really great place. First time ever getting a pedicure, let alone having my nails done. Friendliest staff, great sense of humor, laid back and down to earth. Kept me smiling and laughing the whole way through. They really listen to what you want and the result is amazing. Will definitely be returning here with my husband!

Just got my nails done! They were able to get me in last minute which I am very grateful for!! Very friendly and my nails look amazing!! I had to bring all of my kids and they were incredibly understanding.

I too was real happy with salon, until my last visit. I had not been in for 6 weeks (because of a medical problem) and my pedicure got started and they started to file my nails. I told them that I needed them to be trimmed and was told that they couldnt be shortened any more than they already were. They didnt have a problem previous visit, when they trimmed my nails and it had 3 weeksgrowth. Four days after my pedicure I had to cut my nails. I do not get a pedicure that makes it necessary to cut my own nails.

I made an appointment because I knew it would be a busy day to get nails done the Saturday before Christmas. They did an amazing job. This was my first visit but I will definitely be back.

I got my nails done on a Saturday at 1. I got there around 12:55 and he didn’t start my nails till 1:06 and I was fine with that I understand on a Saturday it can get busy and people can run a little late when I showed him the picture of what I asked he did try and they came out okay... I don’t really like sparkles but he put yellow sparkle nail polish instead of yellow. After that I paid 50$ as we both talked about then on Tuesday later to look at my bank account to find they had took out $60. One that’s super disrespectful to take out money that’s not yours that I have worked for so I went down there and told him what had happened and all he said was “okay more money for me” and when back to doing what he was doing so I had my mom my sister and my boyfriend come in with me then he looks up and said “fine here’s ur money” and gave me back my money after show him my screenshots of how much money he had taken from me. Don’t come here with a card.

First time going there & Bella did such a great job! I got an ombré full set and she took her time and did such a good job I was so impressed! I tried to upload pics but idk how, recommend them ! They’re really laid back & funny too.

Very traumatic experience here, they completely disregarded what I requested for my nail service and when I questioned them they treated me like I was stupid. The nails the girl working did for me were absolutely hideous. One of the employees was saying he had vodka in his orange juice bottle... completely unprofessional but that explains why they though those nails looked good I guess.. Yikes.

(We went on Saturday August 11th)When we pulled up at about 330pm their closed sign was on but yet there were people inside. When we walked in I asked if we could get some solar nails and the said they would see of they had time (mind you they didnt have a closing time posted on their door for Saturday.) They have a small selection of nail styles. I had to ask like 4 times for their samples they do.. NONE of them were just tips.The lady that did my nails didnt seem to know what she was doing. When I showed her what I was looking for she said yes she can do that. She then proceeded to glue on my nail thing crooked. I know my nails arent perfectly straight but It was really noticeable. I did advise her of this like 3 times and she said she knew it was crooked. But yet still doesnt fix it. When I asked to have the length just past the tip of my fingers she cuts them much longer. I asked to have her shorten them and she does like a tiny bit. She then uses the grinder tool to hard on my actual nails to the point it was burning.I was only wanting my tips done but she did the whole nail. She seemed to be in a hurry. Come to find out that they closed at 5pm and wanted to get out on time. If they knew it might take some time to do then and there were other people who had appointments they should have said NO they didnt have the time and we would have left.My friend that went with me asked for hers to be a longer length but the girl that was doing hers made them way shorter that she wanted. They didnt seem to care what we wanted they just wanted to.gwt us in and out fast. $52 later i was NOT impressed. We will never go back.

Been here twice, once for a solar manicure, again for a pedicure and solar fill. This place is awesome. Its a girls club in there! Finally, ladies have their own version of a barber shop. Love being here. The employees are gracious and like to have fun at work. Very casual atmosphere without sacrificing professionalism and cleanliness. My regular pedicure is going on 3 wks without chipping. My solar nails are gorgeous and have never chipped, nor do I expect they will ever peel/fall off. In fact, I have qualms about getting them filled in because they grow out so perfectly it feels weird asking to get them filled in...just waiting till they grow out so much they look silly and have no choice. Best salon Ive possibly ever been to overall. Did I mention the prices? Very fair. I have no problem budgeting a visit every 2-3 wks to keep up hands AND feet. Thanks guys!!!!

Theyre so rude. Only in it for the money. Theyre smart asses and they think theyre funny when theyre plainly being rude. I trusted the reviews but it ended up being the completely opposite of what I was expecting! Wont ever be going there again!!!!

I wasnt impressed in how one of the technicians performed her job. I went in for a manicure with shellac nails, and was completely unhappy. However, the price was amazing, at $20, I would rather spend more money to observe better hygiene and performance.The technician pushed back my cuticles with her own fingernail, when I asked for shorter nails she only used the nail filer, didnt soak my hands first in warm water to help with the nail polish removal process, the solar machine was burning my finger nails, and she got angry with me when I asked for another nail of polish because, it was too light.Also, the place is a little bit run down, such as the floors and feet soaking tubs. I would not recommend this place unless you were absolutely broke and needed a nail job. Otherwise there are far better establishments that cater to excellence.
