100% Recommend this place! I cant remember ever having a more pleasant experience getting nails done. Professional, caring, clean, great value, are just some of the words Id use to describe my experience there getting new set of French Manicure Acryllics!

They left town? Changed phone number? Didnt bother to update clients they were out of the biz? Or WHAT? I was out of town for awhile and they are gone and phone disconnected. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Victor and Kelly: why did you tell me the phone number would be the same?

This place was recommended by a friend. I got a full set. And it was one of the best experiences I have had in a nail salon. Im so pleased with my nails.

Kelly was amazing. I called at 5:10 and she still made an appointment for me to for fill even though they closed at six. I was actually running a little late and she was still so pleasant and nice about it. She took the extra time to make sure my nails were thin in the shape I wanted. She engaged in conversation and the price was perfect it was only $25. I highly recommend this nail place

I love this husband and wife duo. Ive been coming to them for over a year now, for gel and acrylic nails, as well as, pedicures. They take good care of me and listen to what I want.

I had such a wonderful experience here. I came in for a regular manicure about 3 weeks ago. I decided to do gel polish instead of regular polish, and it came out great! The place is small, but very clean and homey. The owners were so kind, and we had great conversation the entire time. I’ve definitely found where I’ll be getting my mani pedi’s from now on!

First time going to this place. I needed a polish change on my natural nails. The guy was kinda rude about my hands being tense (I cant help it, I tense up when my fingers are being moved all around) and kept running the buffer block over my skin. He didnt push back my cuticles or really do anything manicure wise except cut my nails, briefly file/buff them and put on the polish. The gel polish literally ended up chipping/peeling same day (see photos). Also I got a glitter polish on a couple fingers and he didnt bother to apply it evenly. Spots on my nail had no glitter at all. Price would of been alright IF my polish hadnt started to peel same day. Its clear the polish wasnt cured for long enough. It felt soft/smooshy to the touch and easily peeled. I dont know why I didnt catch it before I left but yeah the polish didnt even make it a full day let alone the 2 weeks it usually lasts. Im pretty disappointed I paid almost $30 for such a bad gel manicure.

Tonight was my 1st time going into this Nail Salon (Recommend by a friend.)I wanted a place that would get the job done the way I wanted, and in a timely manner.I brought along my Step daughter. We were both done within 30 minutes. And the job Kelly and Vincent did was 💯!!Thank you so much!

Got a gel fill and polish change. Man that works there has amazing attention to detail and worked very quickly too! So happy with the price and the outcome. Best in Salem :)

Went to happy nails based off of, current reviews because my home salon was booked up, and they had an opening. I seen comments on friendly service that wasn’t the case. They don’t use the normal cleaner to clean the nails or scrub the dry skin away. They only used lotion for a short massage. $28 for a pedicure is a high price for nail polish. Wouldn’t recommend. The owner was also doing business on speaker phone for us to have to be on hold with him. Really unprofessional.

I decided to go to this place because of all the good reviews they have. I dont know why people say they are friendly, or maybe they just didnt like me because some miscommunication when did my appointment, he was rude. I notice that as soon as I walked in. My mistake was not leaving, my nails are uneven and some dont even have shape.Yes, he asked me once if everything was okay, but by the way he asked I didnt feel like telling what was wrong what wouldve mean he redoing most of the set.Im so unhappy with the results, so sad I wasnt one of th lucky ones.

Excellent nail services! Went here for years until moving out of state. Vincent and Kelly did our entire wedding party manicures and pedicures with 100% satisfaction. I was so surprised to find our toe nail polish still looking great after 3 weeks (excepting grow out lol). Nice to have a nail technician listen to our peticular preferences instead of telling us what we need. Thanks Vincent!

It was my first time and first impression of Happy Nails. I am so happy to have had this experience. I showed her an example of a special nail technique I would like and she said yes next time. She didnt tell me she couldnt do it nor did she try to switch to another technique. So I have booked for a mani pedi in the near future. It made my day!

I had been having a hard time with finding a salon that did my nails exactly the way that I wanted, and then I found Happy Nails. The first couple of visits for my fill and gel polish change went well and I was so happy that I had finally found a good salon! But I began noticing small errors being done as my time there went on. I pointed a couple out one time to Vincent. and my nails were just looked at, then I was handed my receipt and told to have a nice day. Okay...I continued to go back and notice small errors each time. I thought to myself, maybe I am just being too picky? Once a piece of black fuzz had been polished down with the clear coat on my nail. I began having problems with the polish chipping, a lot. One of my friends who goes to a different salon had told me that her nail place puts on some kind of a clear base coat on the acrylic, then the 2 coats of gel polish and then another clear coat. She had asked them why they did it that way and they said it helps to prevent chipping. When I asked Kelly if she could try that with me because my polish was chipping so often she told me that was only for natural nails and wouldnt do it. I made the decision to find a new salon, yet again, after my last apt. I arrived after a lady that was having the same thing as me done, a fill and polish change with Kelly. I sat down with Vincent and I left before her. The apt took a little over 30 minutes. The polish had not been applied evenly, and I even had some nails that the polish didnt even cover all the way. I didnt bother saying anything, since I felt like the last time I had pointed out a mistake it was ignored. After 3 days, it was chipping and I had some of the acrylic break off. I had had a new set put on 2 weeks before.They are very friendly people, their establishment is clean and overall they do a nice job for the price, I guess I am just particular in the sense that I want them perfect (or close to it) no matter what I am paying for them.

Love this place, my sets are always looking so good I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and they’re always my go to, the owners are so nice and make sure everything is how you like it, i would definitely recommend if you want a nice clean set, i like to support family businesses especially during COVID

Ive been going here for nearly a year now, and the prices and enviorment are great! Loved Happy Nails up until recently... my last scheduled appointment, i had to wait 20 past to be worked on. Always rushed. Minor things here and there that werent well done. Nails end up slanted. Theyre super thin while applying acrylic, which causes them to brake and chip. Ive mentioned many of these minor flaws. But nothing was done. Last time ill be choosing this nail salon..

Went in to see what they were all about. Nice, clean salon. Very professional and very friendly service. I got a manicure and pedicure for $42 and in addition I tipped as well. If youre looking for your lunch hour or in a jiffy mani/pedi then this is the place to go. They get you in and get you out. If youre looking for a little more relax and massage then I dont think this is your place. Affordable, friendly and great pricing.

My sister went and over all the job wasn’t bad along with the price, but they did cut two of her fingers with the electric file or something. it was small, but they were kinda deep and irritating
