I only went in to get my eyebrows threaded, but met Mylan, and she informed me waving would last longer so of course I chose that. I ended up getting this special package where she waxed all areas of my face, have me a facial with nice soothing music, turned lights down low, and gave me head neck arm and hand massage. I was in there probably 45 minutes. It was the best $70 Ive ever spent. Im a woman with deep wrinkles and I had many compliments when I came out. My mom even asked where my wrinkles go haha. Im not sure how she did it or what products she used but Id love to learn as after a few days I look normal again darn it

I have been a customer for several years and think Lucy is the best person ever to work on my toe nails. The upgrades in the salon have been nice and the couple times other staff did my toes were good, too. More about Lucy would include how well she can often keep working on me even though she has to discuss with others staff and the effort she puts out to communicate with an almost deaf customer. It is great to see her adjust the chair and start the vibrator program when I sit down. Looking forward to many more very plesant visits.

Caught one employee smoking within 10 feet of the building on a quick 5 minute break. I called the shop and told them and they denied it but then they kept looking out the windows to see who called.

Went in for a girls day, soooo disappointed the color was not the same one that we picked, neither mine or my friends nails were the same length or filed evenly, our nails started peeling not even 3 days later. Very disappointed and will not be going back there.

I went in for a simple hair trim. My hair looked fine in the salon but I got home and realized it was left uneven. I went two years without cutting my hair for it to be trimmed uneven. I only went in because other salons didn’t have availability I was looking for. I wish I was patient and went elsewhere.

Hair was cut as I wanted. Lady that did my pedi was a bit ambitious with the pumice stone on my feet broke the skin in several places. All is forgiven, and I will go back but I will ask her to be more careful

I lived in Salem for 3 months in late 2013/early 2014. The only person whom I let take care of my hair is Angie. Its a welcoming environment full of lively conversation. I felt important every time I went in there and always left satisfied. I cant recommend this place enough. If youre gonna go anywhere, go here. If youre gonna see anyone, it better be Angie.

I have known Angie for 30 years. She did my hair when she was in cosmetology school and she was amazing then! Angie is a true artist who cares about her clients and doesnt disappoint. Its sad we have to relate the salon when there are crappy stylists who come and go. Angie is a true talent who has been here a long time and deserves recognition! Love her!

I have NEVER had any issues with Hairdo USA here in Salem. Tweet has been doing my nails/waxing and Angie has been doing my hair for 7+ years now. It is a family friendly salon! You feel like family when you go there. If you are looking for a fancy SPA then this isnt the place for you. I love them and in fact I am headed there today. Dont let the other reviews fool you into thinking this is a bad place!! This is a Fantastic salon and I refuse to go anywhere else!! Hairdo USA is the Best!!!

I have been going to Hairdo USA since they opened. Thuy has done my pedicures and my waxing since I was 16 and would never go to anyone else. As far as hair, Angie is the best. Love this place!! I have been coming here for 10+ years. Angie and Thui are family now. It’s such a fun atmosphere and you walk in like Norm did in Cheers. Where everyone knows your name. This is the type of salon I like, where from the moment you walk in you’re greeted cheerfully and you want to be there. I have spent numerous Saturday afternoons there after getting my hair ow eyebrows done and just sat and chatted for hours. If you want a place that makes you feel at home, this is your place.

Three women in the salon. Two of them were doing each others hair and the other lady did my feet. Little to no consultation. Did not cut my nails as requested. The salon is just filthy! Dust all over the place and clutter to include food. Disgusting!Save your money - go anyplace else!

When I first moved to Salem I went to a couple different places but was never super happy till I went here. The older lady who does hair is awful but the hairdresser Angie is amazing. She has been the only one to do my hair since and it’s seven years later. I love Thuy she does nails amazing :)

I got a fill and regular nail polish. She didnt let it dry before putting another coat on and when she checked it it came off and made indents on the nails. When she said they were done the second time they smeared again and I could take the nail polish off with one wipe so I have to re paint them. I didnt like there service.

Angie is an amazing hair dresser;I’ve been going to her my whole life and there is an obvious reason I haven’t left. Angie is a very personable lady and always makes sure I get what I want and that I’m very satisfied in my final look before heading out.She has dyed my hair so many colors and she never fails to give me what I asked for.She is very good at her job and I couldn’t recommend this wonderful lady enoughThuy is super sweet as well and does amazing nails. She was kind of rough from the start. Brushing my hair so my eyes watered all the way to the end with a good straightener burn on my scalp. Cut it shorter than I had asked. Nice lady, not so nice to my head and hair though.

First time I went here about 2/3weeks ago. I dont know what this young ladys name was... I know she had fake lashes on, and nails on! I was so mad and unsatisfied! Never did she even measure my nails to check if they were all the same size! The shape that I wanted was waaayyy of some pointer then others! All my nails were bulky so ufly never will I return to get my nails here.

Angie is rock star with hair. She is the only stylist that finally got the haircut right. Ive been to multiple portland OR locations. Who knew I just needed to come to Salem. Thank you Angie for making me look and feel great!!!!!

Ive been going here for all of my salon needs since I was 16 and I have never had a bad experience. Angie gives the best haircuts ever and twee does great on the brows, nails and pedicures.

Had a Sherri do my hair. Fades were done wrong. She was pretty rough with my head. Did not seem personable to me. Only stylist on shift too so she would often break way from my cut to address other matters. Finally, the whole experience felt rushed.

I have been coming here since my grandpa bought me my first set of nails In 2012 from Tweety, and I absolutely LOVE IT HERE. I havent stopped coming back since!!. Tweety also dose my pedicure and brow wax all the time. At the same time when I would come in for my nails I met Angie! And Id have Angie do my hair, anywhere from washing it to styling it. Any time I had a date night or special event I would come see Angie for an updo!! Shes amazing! They are Both amazing and the service is Awesome!💙😊

Horrible!! I wish I could give 0 stars....I tasked for a TRIM of 1 or less...walked out with 6 less hair! my hair has not been this short for a long...long time. Also....since WHEN is it ok to razor cut short layers in long hair? I do not know how this person maintains her license....but her English was horrible and the place was filthy....I wish I would have walked out!!! Do not make the mistake I did!

Angie is the queen! Ask for Angie or Thuy when you go in. Angie always cuts my hair & has never ever made me feel like I wasnt heard or made me feel anything but beautiful.

Angie has cut my hair since 1995 I have followed her every place shed been. The people who works with her are friendly and will listen to what you want.

Nails were so miss shaped, attidute was rude and after I said something they were going to charge me for the nails that were incomplete and not 1 nail had the same shape. when I ask if they could take the nails of, staff was short and after 2 people tried to fix my nails I was done. the process took 2 1/2 hours.

Only place Ive found that waxes my eyebrows exactly how I want them!! I will never go anywhere else again.

Absolutely horrible. Did everything that I asked her not to and nothing that I wanted.

Terrible place came in here for an ombré my hair was turned to sloppy mush and I was forced to cut off eight inches and still had to pay.
