This is a beautiful, friendly salon with A+ customer service. Andrea is the owner and pedicure/manicurist and she is completely committed to a personal, positive experience. This is not a money machine pedicure salon where they squeeze everyone in and the results are hit n miss. You will have time reserved only for you with dedicated attention. They use lovely, fresh products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, they will go out of their way to offer solutions to make it right. All of the stylists are friendly and experienced. You had better get booked, because appointments for a rare gem like this go fast.

Let me just say that Andrea and her salon provides excellent services. I just moved here and wanted to get gel nails done after years and I found a groupon for this salon .From the second I walked in, I was given so much attention and hospitality from Andrea .She takes her time and makes you comfortable before even starting her sessions .I went in with high expectations and left with even higher ones! Definitely a gem in Salem! Also, the salon is SUPER Cute.

Love this sweet salon tucked into the heart of Salem just blocks from the rose garden Bush Park! My stylist Mikayla Prater moved here last summer and I followed her ~ she is absolutely Amazing and always takes my ideas for cuts and color to the next level of Gorgeousness! The only way this salon could be better is if it were in my house so I could get a professional look every morning haha.

I got my hair permed here about a week ago. The perm didnt take, and I ended up asking for a refund. I was refunded for the perm but not the haircut. Which I understand, except the haircut was $50 and I told her I just had my hair trimmed, so it was a minute or two of cutting my hair for $50. Which is pretty steep. On top of that my stylist recommended some products (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) saying they were all natural. I was in a bit of a rush and bought them without thoroughly looking over all of the ingredients. After getting home and reviewing the label, I found ingredients like denatured alcohol and perfume (not natural ingredients). I was not very happy about the ingredients and went back to the salon to return the items. Upon trying to return them I was told they only do a salon credit or gift card that can only be used to buy their hair products. Even though the items were unused and unopened. If I returned the products because of the ingredients, then why would I want a gift card to buy other hair care products from them? These products are not cheap, about $30 per item. I can return an unopened $5 shampoo to Walmart, dollar general, and most other grocery and convenience stores, yet this higher class salon would not refund me my money. I am very disappointed at their lack of care for the customer. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because Ive been using that hairstylist at other salons for years and love the other haircuts shes done for me.

It was my first time going to Edens Apple Salon. I saw Colinda and she did the deep conditioning treatment and a hair cut, I love it! Colinda was totally down to earth, so easy to work with, and her sense on style and what your looking for she can totally help with. Ill be going back when the time comes!

Just had the best pedicure of my life with Andrea. Price is great! Not like the in and out pedis Ive received in the past. Cant wait to go back for my manicure! The new shop is awesome! My favorite beautician, Kristie, is there too. Excellent beautician!
