I was not happy with my nails at all, I had gotten them done for a formal event and I did not want them this long either Michelle who did my nails refused to cut them to the length that I usually get. I asked about three times and she flat out said no I thought she was joking with me At first.. I have air bubbles in my nails and it looks very sloppy and rushed for 65 dollars this is not 65 dollars worth.. I used to go there all the time for my nails but after this experience never again. And my middle finger nail is not on straight.

Here I have a photo of what I asked for vs what I got. During the time that he was doing my nails I thought it was a trust the process kind of thing, and then he was finished and left my nails like this, charging me $50. He said that I was charged $30 for a gel manicure, and $20 for the designs. He did not give me a gel manicure, as you can see there is no polish at all on my nail, other than the horrible and messy design. When I complained about this, they only offered to soak it off and not to fix it or give me any kind of refund. I left the salon extremely disappointed and I am going to a different salon tomorrow to have them fixed by someone who actually knows how to do nails.

Look at what I asked for vs what I got…they charged me $70 for this and would not listen to my complaints. Don’t ever step in this place.

I went to get a pedicure and asked if they can fix my big toes because I broke them moving furniture... and they simply laughed and started speaking their language and having other people come over to look at my feet and they all laughed. I believe their names were Michelle And Kay. Great quality nails but bad professionalism.... 2/5 rating

When i was getting my nails done my nail tech took his time and did my nails very nicely.

I am extremely disappointed with the service of this nail salon. The customer service was below average. I booked an appointment at 12 o’clock for 2 PM and when I arrived at 2 PM, they said it was going to be a 40 minute wait, even though I had an appointment. they said they were going to call me and I never got a call so I went back to the salon around 3:45 PM. My name wasn’t even on the list of people in line. I waited for another 15 minutes and no one ever came to do my nails two hours after the appointment was set. I am extremely disappointed and I will not be returning to this place.

I set up an appointment a day in advance for four people. It took them fourty five minutes to finally start working on us. They rushed their work and it was way overpriced. Do not go here.

I have been here many times and I always love it! Thus is the best nail salon ever. It is beautifull, sanitary and amazing. Each set of tools is opened in a secured sanitary bag and it went a long way for us. The quality of my nails after this is amazing! The staff is friendly and very easy. I would never vollenteerly go to any other nail salon.

I have gone here for years, my aunts and friends as well but never again . I came in signed the sheet and patiently waited my turn as a woman walked in asked about her daughter the lady said yeah we can do in in less than fifteen min after I had already waited 15 min. Then nail girl was going to talk me and the desk girl said no take the other lady and proceeded to lie and say they came back when they walked in for the first time as I was sitting there bc I heard the whole conversation. This salon was gross from the moment I walked in. I think I got a left over towel from the person before me. Everything was dirty like it had never been washed down. On top of the lack of cleanliness, my nails came out horrible as well!!Awful would not recommend.

I am a regular here every 2 weeks I get my nails done by Sophia. She is so professional and truly cares about doing my nails perfectly. Love the atmosphere here and the salon is very clean. I go out of my way 35 mins just to see Sophia!

I went in today to fix two nails that had broken. This is the place I have always gone to. He asked me if he could help me and when He found out I only needed two nails fixed, he asked me if I could come back later as they were busy. There was no one else waiting. Because I was not a high enough sale he did not want to wait for me - ultimately he said he would but it was too late by then. Piss poor Service loses customers. It’s too bad I would’ve left a great tip for the inconvenience like I always do. I’ll be sure to spread my story as well so others will not fall prey to bad service

Good place, it depends on the person you have though. My mother already told me of the male nail tech that doesnt good do a good job... and then a woman who does a wonderful job for feet. So definitely depends on who you get. Despite this I do like how they go about their pedicures and manicures especially how they do their pedicures. Went today for some mother-daughter bondong time. It was a good visit today.

I went in around 3:30 with an appointment with my mom and my sister. I had never been at this nail place but overall I had a great time here and i’ll definitely be coming back. My nail design was more complicated but i’m so glad it looked just like the reference picture. The technicians were very nice to me and i enjoyed the small talk, the technician i had took my request seriously and asked questions along the way making sure i got exactly what i wanted. I’m not sure what his name was but he did a fantastic job, thank you so much! I recommend everybody to go here, they are simply the best and I had no issues.

My daughter wanted acrylic tips with gel polish, called ahead to check price, was told $35 for tips and extra $10 for gel. When I dropped my daughter off she picked out her gel color. The technician that did her nails disregarded the gel polish she picked out and used the colored gel powder. They charged her $60!!! Who charges that for acrylic tips! When i called to question the cost I was told they charge $10 extra for long nails and of course using the colored gel powder instead of the polish is more expensive. I feel like they completely took advantage of her because she was just a teenager, never told her that long nails and powder were more expensive. Will never go there again!! Total ripoff. BEWARE!!

Very professional and polite. The nails came out perfectly, I got acrylic ombre coffin nails and they looked spectacular. I would definitely recommend them. Im not sure of my nail technicians name, but it was a male. He knew what he was doing and even stayed half an hour past closing time to finish them. He didnt rush and made sure they looked good. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

HORRIBLE! i made an appointment and they didnt take me on time, for a nail color change they charged me $30 ive tried this places not once or twice but three times giving them chances and each time they do a horrible job. ill never go here again. i can take my money and spend it else where‼️ they arent the best anyways .. ive tried it multiple times because they are super close to me but i rather take the drive and pay someone else with better customer service and friendlier staff.

This place is seriously great and the customer service is even better. I am picky about my nails, I get acrylics done here. She makes them look like my natural nails, never thick or bumpy. Her attention to detail is unlike any other salon Ive ever been to. She also has an uncanny ability to choose a color for me that I always love (you can choose your own color as well obviously). Seriously go to her if youre looking for a beautiful set of (natural looking) acrylic nails.

My nails turned out AMAZING!!! The staff is really nice and know what they are doing. I also really enjoyed how fast they worked on my nails.I have been to other places to get acrylics and they take like 45 minutes to an hour. Here it was less then 20 minutes and 12 minutes to dry. If your in a rush you should really go there!!!

So today I went into get a pedicure because I was waiting for my ring to get fixed!! Was seated very quickly and was ready to get my pedicure!! I feel like my nail tech was probably new at doing nails because I only get a pedicure once a month so 12 times a year so I’ve experienced many different types of people that do pedicures but the lady that was doing my pedicure barely even touch my cuticles on my toes where I had to go home and cut some off myself when I got home!! I have top coat all over my toes and for the amount of money 40 dollars for a pedicure I would have lease thought I would get a good foot massage but she seemed to only care for my left foot and not my right and that’s the foot that has all the problems with the cuticles and top coat!! Probably won’t go back there to get a pedicure again!!!

I came in to get a full set of acrylic nails and they weren’t bad, but definitely not satisfactory. Firstly, the website says a full set is $30, what they dont tell you is that they charge you more for any shape that’s not square and if you want longer length. My total was $40 and there was acrylic shavings left hanging from my nail even after I paid and left. No tip, will not be coming back.

My issues aren’t that they do a bad job. My issue is their communication skills. I visited once prior. I wanted to come back a second time and book with a specific tech. I didn’t know her name but I knew where she sat in the salon. I called twice and each time they acted as if I was speaking in tongues. I even took time to email them requesting an appointment with the specific tech. To this day, they haven’t responded. Im not keen on struggling that hard to give my $100 away Three strikes you’re out. Smh

The nail tech I had was polite but you could tell all she cared about was getting it done fast, which resulted in her slicing my pinky with the nail file and cutting my cuticle with the drill bit. The slightest bit of more attention would’ve avoided that and also given my nails a more consistent look, upon glance they look okay but two of them are crooked and some of them are wider than others.

Kay and Debbie are absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!

I love this place! I’ve been going there since I moved here and it’s about the cheapest place I could find. I looked into some other places and they wanted to charge me 80$ that’s ridiculous! Amazing service and great prices!

Overall my nail tech was so nice, & I thought my nails looked good I’m picky when it comes to my nail shape & she did it great! I got the dip powder as well but like not even 2 days of having them my nails were randomly coming off or chipping I also had little diamonds on them that popped of the first day!! Great staff, but I’ll never go back & pay 55 again for nails that didn’t even last 2 days

I got my nails done here a few times all resulting in unsatisfactory. This most recent time I told her EXACTLY what I wanted, and she is telling me she couldn’t do it. But if I had the tool I could have done it. She wasn’t listening to what I wanted and refusing to give me what I want. And at the end she had the audacity to ask for a tip after I told her that I was never coming here ever again. All they care about is money, not if you actually like the job they did. Don’t come here. There’s better places to go that will take care of you better. These people do care about you or what you want.

Went this past Saturday. Saw the new girl Michelle. She was amazing she does nails and eyebrows amazing. Def will be back for my next fill just to have her! Keep up the good work simply nails you guys are awesome!

My daughter and I had an appt. at 5pm. We were asked to wait outside. At 5:30 no one had acknowledged us, yet. When I finally went back in to let them know we had an appt. at 5pm, they say, okay. There was no apology. No one was running the show. At that time there were three people who had been soaking in the pedi chairs for at least a half hour and four people behind us. We decided to leave and will not be back.

I really didn’t want to write a bad review about this place because Debbie is a phenomenal nail tech. I have been going here since they opened. However, I made an appointment yesterday (for today) because I got a dip manicure 5 days prior and one of my nails chipped. I came in for my appointment today and the gentleman who asked if he could help me told me that it didn’t matter that I made an appointment because they were busy. So, I was to wait an hour or to leave. Even the customer behind me said something to the man about how I made an appointment and that isn’t fair. He didnt ask me who my appointment was with or speak to Debbie at all. The gentleman didn’t care. So unprofessional. I will not be back.

This is my go to nail salon! They always do THE BEST JOB!! I always leave their salon feeling beautiful and relaxed, which is not a normal feeling!

Staff was nice and we were seated not long after we arrived. I got a gel manicure that took 20 minutes. At my regular salon when I get gel manicures it takes at least 45 minutes because they massage, exfoliate, and apply wax to my hands but here they only put a little lotion on at the very end after my nails were all done. Overall my nails turned out okay but you can tell that they were rushed.

Nice staff, but punctuality is not organized well. Manicure & Pedi were ok, but Gel already is coming off and I was just there like 3 days ago.

Extremely clean with sterilized tools and Debbie paid such great attention to detail! My new nail tech by far and great customer service. Was very impressed after new renovations. Would 10/10 recommend. I got my money’s worth with Debbie!

Stopped by today while I was on my way to pay my bill in the mall, the place was packed and I was asked to return for a manicure and pedicure within 30 minutes. I came back and was greeted by a sweet young lady who set up the pedicure bowl for me, even though she wasn’t me technician, she checked on me a couple times asking if my water was ok, which is really nice and accommodating. I had an older lady do my pedicure, she didn’t really take her time at all. She only pushed my cuticles back and buffered my toes, my cuticles were not even cut. She didn’t even try to massage my legs, and then finished me up with a hot towel and a bad polish job. She didn’t even put my sandals on before the polish part, and left me on the chair for 45 minutes. I told her that I wanted a manicure but I guess she forgot or probably didn’t even bothered. The pedicure was not worth the $30 I paid. I couldn’t done a better job at home myself. I was so aggravated that I didn’t even bother telling them she forgot about my manicure.

I am very picky about my nails. This salon is clean and very friendly. Debbie is my new tech! She is the best. I am very happy with my nails and will be returning

Went today for second visit. My first visit was 2 months ago for a pedi...tech did horrible job with paint all over my skin. Thought I’d give them one more try for dip mani, location is very convenient ...tech was rushing and working between me and another customer who came in after me. She trimmed my cuticles after doing the dip and cut my finger causing it to bleed. Trimmer was not sterile (she took it and put it back in her tool cup) and the whole set up was dirty I.e. she had nail clippings from previous customer on towel She could not get me out of there fast enough after she cut me and charged me full price. Will never go back!

So it was my first time their l paid 60 which it’s not worth it l told her regular nail polish not jell and did not do what l told her to do and she rushed every thing and my nail look bad never going back their.

Used to come all the time! got acrylic fill today and he told me that he wouldn’t do my nails unless he took them all off and put a new set on & did not even give me a choice. he already started using a nail clipper on my acrylics so it was too late to leave. ended up paying 45 instead of 30, he even charged me 5 extra dollars to take them off when i told him i didn’t want a new set! should have got up and left. definitely will not be returning.

Took over a half an hour to be seated, wasnt too busy. Lady went to seat us left us standing for over 5 minutes intil we sat back down for another 5 minutes before she came to seat us again. My toes look like a 5 year old painted them. I had polish all over my toes that wasnt cleaned off, even tho i asked for it to be. I asked to shape my toenails because she left them sharp and unfiled only for her to again ignore my requests. Will definitely not reccomend and will absolutely not come back.

I came in for a pedicure with my mom. They told me it would be a few minutes. After they started on my mom I waited to be called. 30 minutes passed by and 2 young girls came in, and were taken right away (they seemed to be regulars and may have had an appointmen so I was ok with that). Then another 2 girls came in (walkins...I saw them right their names on the list) and were taken right away. They completely forgot about me even though my name was written on the list. I left without any service as they were already done with my moms pedicure and 1/2 way through my moms manicure at that point. This is the second time Ive come here and both have been horrible with customed servicd. The first I booked online and got a special but when I came to get a mani pedi they would not honor what it said online for price even after I showed them the confirmation email with the price I had booked and the services that came with it.

The lady that did my nails was not gentle at ALL! The part around my nails is also crusty, she didn’t even put lotion on my hands nor did she use a base coat. Not worth $40 :(

She only had them for 1 week . 4 other family members thought he was very rude . They even charged her 5 dollars for each nail . Well they just lost 4 customers . Very very poor customer service .

Horrible customer service and staff!!! I walked in asking for a nail removal/full set w/Ombré nails after waiting 1 hour for the salon to open thinking I will be seen in a timely matter unfortunately that was not the case. I was changed from person to person to then be told to keep my nails with my prior acrylics for the ombré because it’s “Faster” I am sorry but if I am paying for a service I would think that the staff would do just that not try to get you out of there as fast as possible to take the next person. After being told to wait for the next person she then tells me that the ombré would be thicker because I “kept” my nails as is which is not what I wanted at all!!! I specifically asked for my nails to be removed and replaced to then be told not to to then be told my nails won’t come out how I want them. At this moment 45mins past and still nobody has begun the process and the lady that told me to wait attended someone else. I walked out !!! Do not waste your money people.

Worse place ever! I paid $40 for a pedicure and they didnt even paint my nails right, when I went back to complain they didnt do anything about it........

I was here prior to Xmas to have dip powder put on my nails, though I’ve had dip before, and they told me it would be natural and I won’t have to put my hand under the light (healthier), the lady who did my dip put gel on top of my dip. Secondly, after I took a shower that same day, the top coat started peeling off, and now it’s been 6 days and 2 nails have already popped off. Overall bad experience.
