This is my second time going to magic nails and Im going to give them a five out of five because I have yet to be disappointed or treated disrespectfully. Prior to my first visit I hadnt had my nails done in over 3 years, I went to Miss Diana and she executed what I wanted precisely. The second time around what I asked for they didnt have but she worked her magic did a little bit of alchemy and voila. She takes her time, shes gentle, and she has great conversation. I went in on a Saturday at 10:30 and barely beat a rush. I suggest being one of the first ones there when they open.

The nail technicians are all older ladies and men who do basic nails.My nails were lumpy and shaped horribly.The pedicures are nice.

Great place and spacious. Exceptional customer service from each tech Ive encountered. There foot spa is great as well and relaxing I just want to fall asleep each time. They really do take the whole time you pick within your services, no rush jobs. Love the fact that they are following guidelines with COVID and wearing mask. You must wear a mask as well before services can be started or you cannot be seen.

So I came to get my nails done and the lady was really ruff with my hand she did not do nothing on my nails that I wanted the design was sloppy also the nails were cricket

The lady who did my pedicure was really great. I have not had a pedicure or manicure for at least 4 years. I am able to cut my toenails, but that is all I can do.The young man who did my manicure was good also. It was interesting to have a guy give me a manicure.

Its very hard to say in little bits of words. This is my #1 nail salon. Its hard to find a place thats actually listen to the customer what they would like done on your hands or feet. They have reasonable prices. They are wonderful persons that has great customers services & cares about their clients.

The girl was hard 2 understand. Strange enough she had her cell phone (video)on while doing my nails. Never will go back again.

I came here with my aunt and two younger cousins to get our nails done for my aunts wedding. I asked for a gel pedicure. I was in the chair for 3 hours while they attempted to shave off the old color and apply the new gel color. The first girl didnt seem like she could paint nails and when she was done, my toes had paint all over the edges and the paint had dried very unevenly. I figured since it had been 2 hours already I wouldnt say anything and I wanted to go home. Next thing I know, another woman comes over and starts to shave off the new coat that was just applied. This second woman cut up my toes and I started to bleed. My nail bed is also very thin now because of how they tried to shave off the gel. Now I have cut up toes that hurt while I walk and i am not going to be able to wear heels in my aunts wedding.Also, they made me pay full price of $30 for the torturous pedicure. I will never be going back and HIGHLY recommend for everyone else to avoid this place at all costs.

I went there because i was in town and wanted my nails done really bad. They were rushing they were not up to date with colors they do not do Chrome my coffin shape nails were lopsided there was nail glue and gel nail polish all over my fingers when filing the nails down they hurt the sides of my nails and made them bleed I would never go here again I spent $69 on a full set with gel and pedicure with Joe do not waste your money here

Dont come here nails started falling off less then a week after getting them done 😡 All of the workers cut your finger to the point where it bleeds totally not worth the money and wait! Not a professional job it seems like you only pay to get cut and over filed on your nails wont ever come to this place again .

Just dont.This is the worst nail shop ever. I recommend you never ever come here unless you have to. There are two men and five women working here. The attitude starts with Linda the owner and goes down hill from there. Designs are subpar to say the least. Painting standards are those of a beginner. If you complain they tell you just never come back. They speak in a foreign language all the time and get loud when you ask questions.The shop has no garbage cans, they use old juice bottles for trash. The manicurist dont use towels when you get your nails done. Henry always manages to give you dark spots on your natural nails. The other guy cant paint nails!!!They have the same three nail decals theyve had the past year. Most of the regular polish is dried out.

I love Henry and Diane. I have been with them for over 20 yrs and have NEVER had a problem, well maybe once, but they quickly corrected the problem.

This place is beyond garbage. I wish I could give negative or no stars.I came in to get a gel fill with a cut down and I was serviced by Henry. They have the cheapest gel color I have ever seen. I came in on a Friday and by Saturday night the gel color was already chipping on 1 nail and by Sunday morning I had to get the nail fixed. I continued my day on Sunday and the other 9 nails did the same thing as the 1 I just got fixed 🤦‍♀️. Not to mention they tried to act like they didnt know I was just in here the Friday before. So by Monday morning I demanded my money back since I had to go else where to get proper service. This makes zero sense why they are still in business after reading these reviews. I guess I will read reviews before going any where else.

This was a big mistake my thumbs hurt from the ugly way that women Diane was sawing at these so called french tips she just glue & cut crooked, pulled that nasty uncleaned drill out, all I seen her do is blow it off after another cleint, constantly throwing my hand back and forth like I was getting her service for free. Her and the other lady be talking in their langauge constantly while she continues her abuse to my hands, I say ouch, this women look let out a deep breath and chuckled, Than back to talking their language. Ignoring everything but stopping to say i charge you this for this, u like? NO NO NO, CON ARTIST! Munipulating my money like I cant understand ACTIONS AND DECIETFUL TRANSACTING, CHARGING ME FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT ASK FOR AND said the other girl ask did I want the xtra service, the only thing I heard the girl say In English is u like u eye brow done & u mutash too? She had to ask her in there language if she ask me and I heard her say *@*@#@#! Now how did I know what she said. And how you ask me in english when you dont anwer in english $70 gone to the most unprofessional behavior I ever seen among women who this community relays on to be HONEST, professional, COURTEOUS AND FAIR. Integrity is Not there Standards I dont give them Nothing 0000000! Very Ungrateful and disrespectful to themselves and the patron. UGLY JOB, I got a cut on my eye from razor and A peice of my brow missing. I am so upset, I want to call BBB!

Took my wife here to get her nails done for 3 years had a pedicure myself a couple of times the staff is great great the prices are great I told the other one that I didnt care for the smell of the nail polish remover he said to me smells like money to me awesome

I am HIGHLY UNSATISFIED with my nails. The older lady that did my nails was too rough it felt like my nail was going to come off. There was glue ALL over my fingers.

A man did my nails and he was very agressive. Everything as far as filing or buffing hurt because he was doing it so hard. My nails were crooked and the acrylic nails didnt fit to my nails. The acrylic and nail glue was stuck all over my fingers. He didnt paint my whole nail, it was just a bad experience. Never going there again.

I have never wrote a review before, but this experience I have to share. I highly dont recommend this place. Went in to get my nails done before my trip, I got gel nails. the lady that did my nails seem so inexperienced, the ladies painting was messing, its all over my cuticles and my fingers, and the nail gel didnt even last 1 week, the nails peel off!😡😡😡 waste of money.

Dont do your eyebrows here!!!!! My brows came out thin, short n crooked!!!! Now I have to wait 6 weeks to grow out..
