DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! If I could leave zero stars I would!!I walked outside my house this morning and found a big orange sticker in the middle of my driver side window. I was super confused because the parking spots in my complex are numbered. Therefore, there should have been no reason for my car to be towed.I called the number on the sticker. Lady who answered was EXTREMELY DISGUSTING AND RUDE!!The sticker said my car was going to be towed because it did not have tags on it. The lady continued to tell me that that was the reason the car would be towed, WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE LOOKING AT MY TAGS!! Plates are on the car and tags are not expired!!!Watch out for these crooks in your neighborhood trying to make free money while touching and looking all in your car!!!

Tow truck driver was very nice and understanding, took for ever to get my car back . Very nice person under unwanted circumstances lol. Everything worked out my money was credited back to me so Im gucci !!! . These people in these trucks are doing their job and car owners shouldnt get upset at a person trying to make a living ..... sincerely Mr. Jones

Went to go say hi to my friend for 10 minutes, came back my car was towed. Did I mention I was parked in my friends parking number lol these guys are a joke, its all really just a come up scam. They thought they was gonna get a quick 140 out of me lol.

Was very professional and cordial even though I was being confrontational. they were understanding even though I didn’t put my receipt in the window like I was supposed to, they let me show my bank statement to pick up my car.You have to remember that this is a towing company not a parking lot company.

Worst towing company Ive ever hired to take care of my lot. I have cameras and watched them literally reach in a car and take out an actual handicap mirror hanger and put it in his pocket and then tow the car of a man with a walker. Thats about the lowest of people on the face of the earth. I wanted to prosecute him and lucky for him it wasnt my choice. The man just wanted his car back without any trouble of having to deal with court appearances so he paid his $145 and went on. I would say the tow truck driver should be ashamed of himself but from that low of a move hes not one to be ashamed of anything SMH

Just moved in apartment complex and wasnt in the house for 10mins came back outside and car was towed I was charge 145 dollars to recover it also company has no sense of professionalism. Some man on the other end was unhelpful and I been waiting on my car at the recovery yard for now over a hr to get it when they just towed it smh worst service ever stay away

Worst customer service ever!! Rates quoted changed daily and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come so I could get my vehicle. They charged me on thanksgiving even though I went there on thanksgiving because I was told they were open when I called and no one was there. Go back the next day, and was charged way more than what was quoted. It’s a grimey sucubus kind of business and they will get their karma!!!! Gross humans. Tow truck driver was nice.

Got my car towed in the middle of night with no clear marking of the spot and all the lady on the phone could say was “That’ll be $145.” DO NOT RECOMMEND doing any sort of business with this place as they do not care about you and just want to squeeze every dollar they can however they can.

This company is HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM. Had a pass in my car and they towed it anyways. Have been waiting to get my car for over an hour outside their lot. They keep saying “5-10 minutes” but they clearly do not know what 5-10 min minutes as no one has showed up. Dishonest vultures.

I asked this place many times to please let me know if I could drive my truck after being rear ended and for 4 days was told nothing even when I was promised a call back. After I checked out of hospital I went to look at my truck and noticed minimal damage and could drive it but they ended up charging me $320 to recover my vehicle. More communication on pricing as well as professionalism would be great. If they were to tell me that if I waited one more day for pickup that the bill would sky rocket from $220 to $320 I would have made arrangements for my truck to be picked up sooner but no communication was done when I asked over TWENTY TIMES if my vehicle was drivable. This place has made my time even more difficult after being the victim of a car accident on the interstate which was not my fault. I wish I could give 0 stars but forced to only give one.

Paid for parking twice & still got towed from the parking lot on the corner of 23rd in front of jungle golf no signs said private parking except no curbside parking after 2:30 a.m. one ticket I paid for expired at 2:30a.m. the second ticket expired at 4:21a.m. but still was towed & billed $145 reached out to the towing company the next day & havent heard from them since

It is sad what some people will do for money! Towed our car in an authorized spot with our pass in the window! The management company/HOA said they cant wait until their contract with affordable towing is up because it happens all the time no matter how many times they tell them not to. So take note if you are a management company looking to hire them! They will rob you and your tenants in the middle of the night, literally!

They are thieves and liars. They follow visitors in Linkhorn Bay apartments and wait for them to go inside to retrieve the parking pass and tow before they can get back out with a pass. Its absolutely ridiculous that they are robbing people blind. I wouldnt even give them 1 star but thats the only way to right this review.

Spoke to a representative and was told one price. Then when I went to get my vehicle was told a different price. When I told them the time and who I spoke to I was treated like I made it up. How can I make up a name of someone who works there? Unless, you giving out fake names... Not a credible place and should be investigated.

I went with my daughter to lick up her car. The lady in the building was extremely friendly. However leading up to that, whoever was on the phone when calls were made was rude to her.

Woman on the phone said the fee was 145, but they charged 155. I overheard the drivers talk about how he was sneaking into a parking lots to quickly tow vehicles. A bunch of theives.

Affordable came to pick up a friend of ours that was stranded on the side of 264 in the pouring rain and they were so quick, professional, AFFORDABLE, and sweet. I would highly recommend them to anyone who may need a tow!

They decided to tow my car with a parking pass on the car. I called them thinking it was a mis understanding they told me because it had a expired pass... how does that happen. Lady was rude over the phone, they are also supposed to put a warning on the car but they failed to do that too. Worst company ever told me its 145 to get my car.

They towed our car with the parking pass IN THE CAR. Mades us pay to get our car back. Sketchy location. Sketchy employees. The employee pulled up to the lot in a tow truck, smoking weed, he had it in his mouth when he got out the truck and held onto it the entire time. When showed him the parking pass inside the car and he claimed we went digging for it.

Rude. Played dumb when I called to get my car back. Argued with me about what time to pick my car even though they literally said they were open all day. I went to pick my car up and they played dumb like they didnt have it AGAIN. Didnt have the proper equipment to get my car so a tow driver from Chesapeake had to come move it out. I ABSOLUTELY HATE HATE HATE THIS COMPANY !! I’ve lived & worked down at the oceanfront my entire life, this company has never missed an opportunity to steal money from the locals/ tourists . They have towed a multitude of vehicles in my apartment complex but when it comes to my Buisness and employees it makes me LIVID 😡 Each manager is given a decal to use during their shift (preventing them from being towed), but has to be returned to the store when they clock out & lock up shop. It took LESS THAN 10 MINUTES FOR MY MANAGERS CAR TO BE TOWED. When I called to speak to a supervisor, they said he wouldn’t be in until Tuesday ( it’s Friday ) the dispatcher refused to give her name . REFUSED. Btw she was a female, dispatcher 6.Isn’t it just common curtesy to provide a name ? She was completely cold & indifferent .So whether you live, work or play down at the oceanfront make sure you are 100% certain you are parked in an authorized spot. I PROMISE you, this company lurks and waits for you to leave your vehicle unattended. I know it sounds ridiculous but they wait. I took less than 10 mins for my managers car to be towed. That 10 mins costs us $145. Don’t let it happen to you. These people are money hungry, ruthless & disgusting people ! Which is every towing company, so I hate them all but this one with a passion

They wanted money so bad that they lied about my car being in 2 spots and towed it when not only did I make sure I was parked correctly mind you I live in Linkhorn Bay and my sticker is on the front windshield and I looked out this morning at my car and was in one spot!! Then when I called the lady was so rude and told me I dont have to listen to you and placed me on hold for 5 minutes only to come back and say are you done? I have never in my life been so disrespected by a company!! They care only for themselves!!! I will be reporting them to the BBB and if this is what Linkhorn Bay allows they will be reported as well!!!!

Terrible towing vultures, with all of the other companies in the area having such good reviews, and being so much more honest, I cant believe any buisness would use this company. Dont give any businesses that associate with dishonest people like this your money. Give them a lesson in capitalism. My vehicle was wrongfully towed out of a paid parking lot(i had my parking ticket clearly displayed) and they claimed they didnt see it. They know they were wrong,hints the dicount. They damaged my vehicle and are playing the we dont have a manager on duty game. We cut our vacation short to Virgina beach because of them, and neither me or any of my family will be returning due to the loose laws allowing companies like this to continue to operate. Virginia Beach lost out on revenue from my family due to this company. U got a fish emblem on your tow trucks with the phrase WWJD? Well I can tell u Jesus wouldn’t take advantage of people the way your company took advantage of me!!! I had my car towed out of my apartment complex that I live in and RENT from bc somehow my decal was laying on the passenger floorboard ( & it was visible) if u looked inside the car...so I’m assuming my decal may have fell off my mirror but it’s the principle that u still didn’t have NO COMPASSION & NO COMMON DECENSY & NO INTEGRITY to cut me a break and see that I wasn’t really violating any rules! I could see if I was actually an unauthorized person in an unauthorized parking spot but that was not the case!!! My decal was on the floor and I even pointed it out to them and they still said it was unacceptable and to pretty much cough up the 145 or shutup && they were real rude and nasty with me like I wronged them!! I will avoid this company at all cost! That’s not honest practice robbing people of their hard earned money!! Tow people that are actually violating parking regulations!! But it’s alright what goes around comes around!!

This company is the worst. I have had to deal with them on two different occasions, but this most recent rubbed me the wrong way. While working my part time job my vehicle was towed from the property. I was parked in what was told to me when I was hired was visitor parking. I was told the entire side of parking was visitor parking. My vehicle was towed literally 50 minutes after I parked. I made contact with the company and explained to them I work on the property with a contracted company that works there 24/7 and I am currently working my shift. The person answering the phone stated we are just doing our job and you do not have a pass. I repeated myself again I dont live in the complex I am working and we dont get passess. He then tells me that the only person who can release my vehicle comes in on Saturday. I go to the tow location speak with someone in person. He says he is not in charge, I show him identification of who i work for and my nature of business at the complex he did not care and said the GM will be here Monday. I paid $145 to get my vehicle out on Friday. Monday comes and I call for the GM and whoever the masculine female was that answered was rude about my inquiry of the GM and how can I obtain the photos of my vehicle. She was nasty about it as if I was asking her to do anything outside of sitting in that tiny office. Be careful where you park if you see their name on a sign their driver dont care if you work for the state, in the visitors parking lot or even there for a short time they just want to make the company some money.
