DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!! Id recommend MAYBE lashes, and brows if you absolutely have to come here (get them by Thai or hannah only) & (buy and bring your own eyelashes cause sanitation is a myth at this place in every way just take a look around next time), If youre someone who likes quality, and you want your nails to come out exactly how you asked for, then dont make the mistake of letting anyone here do your nails. And of youre a person of color getting alot of things done, expect for them to start acting weird/weary (maybe theyve been robbed alot in the past idk), but expect to pay first, and still get horrible nails. Pictures speak for themselves 😂 mind you I originally asked for a nail overlay and was talked out of that, then I asked for skinny/narrow yet short coffin nails and got these lopsided little boxes for claws (pictures in the car were taken day of nail appt on March 4th) and rest were taken today (March 7th)

Gets the job done..When I need a pedicure because my other place is busy or closed. This is right next to my salon so I come here after done with haircut..The pedicure I have done a fancy one which is there top price one. It was ok not the best so I just get the basic one now..With the basic one not the 23 but the 28. So I understood with basic 23 and above basic for 28, your paying for the masque for the calves. The masque gives a cool refreshing feeling for tired legs. The masque also is nice to get rid of the dead skins too..They basically get your foot taken care of if you have ingrown nails. After pedicure it comes with a color basic. If you want gel color its extra..Overall clean the foot, got the ingrown nails taken care of, got the toes colored. However keep in mind the foot massage was a foot rub only no power just basically massage in the lotion into it. Which I dont expect much since its a basic pedi, but its kind of saying well basic pedi basic massage. 🤔

The eyelash strips came off the next day in the shower prior to me getting on the plane to go to my event, the nail polish started to peel the next day at the event, the place Lacks cleanliness, and professionalism. What I am learning you really have to find the right technician get their name and deal with them only 😡

I havent done my nails in a long time, But this is the worst experience I had. I just want to cry my nails look ugly...😢😢😢

If state board came in there they will shut him down right away however my pedicure was done well minus the foot massage the massage chair did not work they do eyelashes at a really good price so I will be returning

This place is dirty... I came here with my cousins to get their nails done...the nail tech that worked on my younger cousins nails... dug a nail buffer out of the trash can (it was labeled trash with trash in it) I kindly asked her if she just pulled it out of the trash...she sat in my face and lied to me...they told me thats where she keeps her stuff...the nail tech that was working on my other cousins nails did a horrible job... she kept coughing in my cousins face...the lady wasnt paying attention to what she was doing and when my cousin told her she did the nail already... the nail tech had an attitude...as I was taking pictures of the filth...all the staff were giving me evil glares... I told them its ok because Im reporting them

The atmosphere and her work was excellent. I received a manicure and pedi cure and Chicos all out to make them look good. Only thing that was missing was a champagne

Some people call it a ghetto shop because its on Mack Road. But ladies come from far an near to get their eyelash extensions. Im one of those satisfied customers. From my nails, pedicures, eyebrows, lashes; strips or extensions this is my spot. 5 years plus. Get to know your technicians an youll be hooked. Tina is one of my favorites on pedicures.

Ive been going there for 5 years. Tracy is good Mary is good. But I dont like going in there when its had to get out and people got the kids running around. Other than that the technicians are pretty nice and cool as long as you are respectful to them they will be respectful to you

My wife got an infection on her eyebrows because they dont clean. There is a child working there. The place was very rude and tried to charge my wife 3$ to keep the shape her nails are currently. I saw them double dip with a stick in the wax that a employee had in her mouth. All in all the place was dirty and the quality of work dont wasnt on part with other shops in the area. My best advice is to stay away.

Tracy does eyelashes extremely well I travel from Concord, California for her services. I encourage anyone to try her aleast once for YOUR own personal decisions!

Very bad Customer service and if you correct them on the mistake for your nails they refuse your service and kick you out the nail shop even when youre not being rude loud or disruptive. 4 of my nails were cut doing the process of having a seal done there for the first time and my nails were shaped oval when that was not requested.

They make sure that what you need is done. If you call in and let them know you are coming they stay after to make sure they put you in. I had 4 people with me to do their nails and get their feet done and they stayed after closing time and make sure they did them all.

They tried to charge me twice for one job...then charged $26.00 for a special that is $14.99. Then Tracy and her employee got loud with me and we were 3 yelling people in that shop. Dont try to steal my money and tell me to keep calm. I spend $75 every two weeks. It hurt my heart... But I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This place does not accurately describe pricing. The woman forcefully handled my hands after telling her she put the wrong color on my hands. Although the pricing is attractive, I highly recommend finding another place to get your nails done. You get what you pay for. You pay for cheap you get a cheap experience. STAY AWAY!!

Aye. 7 fights could have broke out in just the hour I was there BUT its the best nail job ive had in YEARS and the best prices in sac hands down. To my amazement Tracy was very rude & disrespectful towards me today. & to make a long story short the numerous mishaps in which Tracy caused & created during this visit was her fault & not even an apology. NEVER! EEVER EVER AGAIN. Something told me not to go there, but it was convenient. The worst experience ever at a nail shop. My nails look ridiculous, the customers here are crazy and loud. Children running all over the place. This isnt a spa its a foreign exchange daycare, where most of the workers are learning. My nail tech put about 6 coats of gel, and I could have had my cat do a better job. If anyone enjoys this environment question their sanity.

Lack of quality, concern or care. They truly dislike people of color in spite of the fact that some of them are darker then most black folk. I go to any nail shops to relax which is in possible in such a backward atmosphere. Be smart take your money to any other nail shops. This one trully needs to be closed down. Pay for quality. People of color we can make them treat us better or shut them down. Dont pay for poor service. Demand the type of service you deserve. If you deserve it keep pouring your money into a place that only sees you as a dollar. Well I am a person that deserves to be treated as such....... and above this the ladies doing your nails are fighting in the presence of the customers. It horrible and Tracy is acting like she is frightened to take control. Scary place. And all you lying about the service need to stop. Its far from good. We deserve better but we wont get it if we dont demand it. If you getto fab this might be the place for you....

The condition of the walls and shop were horrible. Old nail polish splatter on the walls. I called first asked if the did stiletto nails, she told me they specialize in that shape. I get there ask for stiletto nails and the nail tech didnt know what I was talking about, showed her a pic and she says oooo pointy. Ummm no its called stiletto. I couldnt get out of there fast enough. The shaping was horrible and ugly, went home and reshaped all my nails. I question the sanitation since after she used her nail brush she threw it in her drawer without cleaning it.

The customer service in this place is horrible. I came in for lashes; after being seated in the back and watching them finish customer after customer I left a hour later. Geeze what a waste of my time. This place is a joke and i dont understand why anyone spends money with them.

They get you out fast if you are in a crunch for time, but the price may be different for the same service every time also.

I will never come back my GEL NAILS lasted one day before the gel started pulling off. She rushed on my nails and I looked horrible.

This place sucks! They didnt test my skin,the technician wasnt wearing gloves, and she just loaded on the glue. When I woke up I had an allergic reaction to the glue and my whole face was swollen. When I went in to get them removed the glue remover they use was so cheap and there was so much glue that she had to rip and cut my lashes! I have barely any lashes and had to wash my face with dawn at their shop to remove the remaining glue and lashes.Dont go here!
