My gel polish is already begining to come off even though I just an hour ago got my nails done here. Also, when I went to pay....I was charged too much and had to go back in after already saying something. I added the total up and still wasnt given the correct change back ....even though I made sure to tip well nonetheless. Experience was just fine until these factors

Honestly, they are the most consistent nail salon. I always get what I want and it’s done amazingly.

Update: so I went back and they redid the pedicure but only the paint job. Although I did express to the new nail tech that I was having some issues with some of the nails digging into my skin and it was hurting. It appeared that she took care of it. But now it’s been five days and my toes are really hurting. And I don’t don’t know why. I will not be going back!Are used to go to the salon back a few years ago and recently just came back. In the past there was always excellent service and technique. No it seems that in the last two times that I’ve gone manicure and pedicures have sucked. I don’t understand why. As far as customer service they were very eager and willing to fix the problem but unfortunately it’s happened twice in a row and I’m sick of needing to get some thing fixed.

I came here for a pedicure and eye brow waxing for my birthday. My pedicure lasted less than 20 minutes even though I paid for the gel pedicure, the lady BARELY SPENT any time scrubbing my feet with the pumis stone, didnt paint my entire toe nails so they look grown out already. $35 bucks for a gel pedicure when it was essentially a gel polish change. I dont even want to lay for the pedicure. No tip and NEVER COMING BACK. Dont waste your money

I always love coming here with my grandmother to get our nails done. We have tried so many nail salons, but none are up to par like KB Nails. The staff is professional and kind, and they do a wonderful job with manicures and pedicures. This entire year has been rough on a lot of business due to Covid, so we make sure to show our support to help them continue their great service. They are incredibly clean and hygienic, which is so important during these times. They recently remodeled and have protective covers in all of the seating areas, as well as a beautiful touch of decorations. We are more than happy to continue our visits here!

I wanted to get my nails done for my late uncles memorial service/get-together and found a photo online of a pretty simple 3-color ombre that would go good with my dress, but I didnt have the right colors for it at home. Went here and showed the photo to the receptionist and she said they couldnt do it, then she just offered me a selection of shiny cat-eye style nail polishes. I was absolutely baffled, asked again if she was sure they really couldnt do three colors and was told no. I didnt want to argue about it, so I just ended up going down the street to a beauty supply store, buying the colors I needed, and doing it at home with the help of liquid latex and some make up sponges to decent enough results. Told some friends about my experience and they were all equally as confused.I still dont know why a basic three color ombre would be such a challenge to what I assume are professional nail technicians. Either the techs here dont know how to ombre, or the receptionist is embarrassingly uninformed of nail styles and trends...I cant really comment on what they *can* do or how their technique is since I opted not to get what I was offered, but this experience didnt exactly inspire confidence. I wouldnt go here for anything except an extremely basic nail design.

If I call you to ask if I can come in don’t respond NOPE I DON’T HAVE TIME before I even finish my sentence. Try waiting and asking if I can come another time. I’ve come here every two weeks for a manicure and pedicure mainly because there’s so many chairs and it’s fast with decent quality but I’m good now. And don’t forget about being pressured to pay cash everytime I check out .

I have been to this place 5 times and only 2 did my nails ok. Not great but ok. They are money hungry. I got a basic pedicure and I literally was in the chair 10 minutes and she was done. I havent got a pedicure since. I said Ill do my own feet. They want to tell you what color and that you should get gel. Like they paying for it. Its not a crime if you dont want gel polish.

My husband and I get our mani, pedis here regularly. I should have waited a couple of days before rating them this time because my husbands hands were sore for a week. My nail polish lasted 3 days. Whats up with that?

Went in for gel manicure. I had preexisting acrylics that they charged me $10 for removal. I understand $3 or $5, it not $10 especially when I’m having them removed for more nail service. They are busy here, so I would recommend trying to call in even if just few hours ahead. Felt like I waited too long with foil on my fingers bc they needed my nail tech to handle a pedicure for someone else. I got gel nails two weeks ago that are already starting to peel and crack. I usually do acrylics so i don’t know if it’s normal for just gel on your regular nails to peel just after 2 weeks. They did remodel inside since I was last here pre-Covid.

I called to make an appointment and was able to get in right away. They were ready for me when I arrived. The salon had been remodeled and its really beautiful. The equipment is all new. The chairs were very comfortable and the massaging features were excellent. The front desk, Tina Lee; nail technician, Cindy; and the owner, Lynn, were all so friendly. I chose the deluxe pedicure and Im glad I did - it was an excellent value! Cindy is very talented and my pedicure is beautiful. My feet are so soft ave relaxed. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return.

When I walked in the smell or acrylic nails was very very strong....I let the receptionist know and a few other people waiting agreed so they opened the doors...they gave me and my friend a nice manicure and pedicure. The price was fair.

I got my nails filled here during the beginning of covid when my nailshop was closed and this was the WORST set of nails Id ever had done not even 1 week after my fill my gel nails started peeling back the color. Soo disappointed I also took my twin girls and spent over $150 for all of our services. Definitely will not go back here or recommend them poor service! Not friendly either.

This is the better location of the 2 KB nails. I saw Tim and he did great job. It was a fast and painless experience. My nails are beautifully shaped. I received a ton of compliments about my nails. I love them.

Great service. Went for a pedicure social fist in effect. All workers and customers wearing masks. They take your temperature upon entering the shop. Pedicure was fantastic one of the best I have had.

I called to see if KB Nails’s could work me in, the lady on the phone had great customer service and upbeat energy. She made me feel welcome when I arrived and I did not have to wait long at all.At first I was not too sure about the tech’s knowledge, he kept trying to do my nails a different way than what I asked for. I was then switched to a different tech, I was very pleased with Tim’s, work. Tim, did a great job he knew exactly what I was talking about and showed great nail tech knowledge & skill.

First time there and I’m so pleased. Prices are great and the staff is very gentle and particular. She checked numerous times to make sure my polish was even. I will be a returning customer.

I have been going here for years. I always see Nancy (nails) and Trudy (pedicure) and they are great. I have never had difficulty getting an appointment convenient for me, and have always been seen quickly upon arrival. I have always been happy with the appearance of my nails as well as how long the nails last (rarely break, never come off). Jay (sp?) at the front desk, is always friendly and helpful as well. When Nancy or Trudy have been on vacation I have seen others and was also happy with their work as well. Top quality service all the way around!

I went to this place 2 days ago and my nail chipped, I went back today so they can fix them and they said I didn’t get them done there because they don’t have that color. So I ended up paying an extra 10 dollars for them to change the color. They were so rude I had my bank statement that showed I was there 2 days ago but they still denied it. Don’t go here they are completely unprofessional. The job was very poorly done.

Have been a good and faithful customer for 15 years. Was shocked at the treatment I received today. Under new ownership and they have decided to play Christian evangelical music over the PA system. When I suggested that this should be a salon for ALL, not simply Christian evangelicals, I was met with rudeness and obstinance from the receptionist and the owner. While I am a Christian, that is beside the point. In today’s societal climate, the music they have chosen is inappropriate. They told me I was the only one who complained. Again, beside the point. Receptionist even raised his voice to me and told me I “needed to get it through my head that I was the only one with a problem”. It is their right to play what ever music they want. It is my right to not be subjected to it. While I had great respect, affection and loyalty for the staff that have provided me wonderful service, sadly, I will be taking my business elsewhere. The owner and receptionist made it clear that they did not care.

I love everyone here. Tina & Nancy are amazing! When you get in they tend to you right away. Ive never waited more than 5mns. They make me laugh and enjoy my experience.

They got my friend and i in the same day when everywhere else i called didnt have any availabilities and i think they did a pretty good job especially on the 3d art they did on her nails(even though it cost her another $15 for only 2 nails) it still came out better than expected.the only thing i didnt like was that we both kinda got the feeling that they were talking s*** about us in another language and laughing and laughing amost themselves.i understand it may sound paranoid but for my friend to feel uncomfortable as well somewhat adds merit to my suspicion.but they were very friendly, we just both felt self conscious because we had no idea what they were continuously laughing about amonst themselves.

My daughter, two sisters, mother, and nieces have all been coming here forever because the nails last so long and the quality is excellent!

This is pretty new place. The staff dont really speak English but doesnt matter :) because the service is good! I am doing here gel pedicures. Usually it takes 45 minutes. The best part in the end around 7-8 minutes foot massage... Oh and the price is affordable. I recommend this place!

I had my first fill yesterday with Nancy. Ive been to a couple places, and this was by far my best experience. Nancy is amazing and SO kind! I wasnt sure what gel color I wanted, and she gently let me know there was a better color for me. She pointed it out, and it was the one I had really wanted, but, you know, I doubted myself. She gave me the confidence to try the color and it ended up looking gorgeous!The place itself looks great. Its mice and big, full of staff and customers, and very welcoming. The TV playing HGTV was quite nice too. Im a bit of a home improvement junkie. ;)Plus, Nancy sang a beautiful song while she was working, and I really appreciated it.I will definitely be returning to see Nancy for my next fill!

Ive come twice so far. Both times I was seated immediately or within 10 minutes. Im usually showing up right before the salon (any salon) closes to gets my nails and toes done. KB was polite and friendly both times. The quality of work is good. However, all I ever get is gel french tips, so I dont have any knowledge of their more ornate nail art options or quality. The techs that Ive had here demonstrated excellent customer service, were gentle with my feet and hands, and confirmed with me often to ensure that the work they were doing is what I wanted.Im happy to have finally visited this place. They take me immediately. Theyre courteous; I like the quality of their work, and theyre affordable - no Groupon needed.

Great place! My boyfriend and I were looking for a nice pedicure for a good price and we booked an appointment the morning of and went in. The 2 ladies we had surprised us! It was amazing! They did not cut corners, they took their time and didnt make us feel rushed at all! Great service and great quality! Would definitely recommend and return myself!

Every other Monday morning my husband & I get a pedicure. We both enjoy it, especially on not so busy days. Theyre friendly & courteous. My toes look fabulous & my husband has soft feet.

I made an appointment for KB to give me a fill after receiving the worst nail service ever from a different salon 1 weeks ago. They were great. Kevin fixed all that was wrong with my previous set and painted them perfectly. Ill definitely be back!

Went based solely based on Sacramento A list and was impressed with the full set I had put on. I will be back.Updated 4-8-18: This is now my go to nail spot. Tina kills it with her nail art and is not afraid to tackle anything I come up with. She is the sweetest and I enjoy coming to see her along with her eagerness to learn something new. Lina gives a terrific pedicure, but I havent had a bad one yet from any of the ladies who work at KB Nails.

Love the service here. Always consistent for the price. If you ever have an issue all you have to do is say can I change this or let them know about it and theyll fix it and stay friendly. Designs are limited for nails, but for simple and quick are great. Pedis are amazing.

The place is nice and clean the guy that did my pedi was friendly. The only thing is that there work is rushed and they don’t pay much attention in getting all the dead skin or cuticles. I think your better of doing that at home. On my mother in laws feet, it looked like they didn’t even bother to buff out her heal. It’s almost like we just went to get our feet oiled and nails painted.

I came here for the first time 9days ago to get a pedicure. The place is huge and was crowded. They got me in, in no time and were very nice. However I woke up the next day in a huge amount of pain. My poor toe has never been more infected. This photo is 9days later. Idk if the tools they used weren’t properly sanitized or what but I’ve never experienced this before. My toe feels a lot better, but still looks so infected. Be careful coming here !

DO NOT GO HERE. It is a waste of time and money. Wish I could give it 0 stars. This place is ridiculous busy and is basically a sweat shop. The guy at the front greets you as though he is doing you a favor. However, i had heard some decent things so had decided to give it a try.I walked in and only waited for about 7-10 minutes. I was sat down and the gal seemed nice and able so I sat back and shortly after felt pain. Stopped her a couple times to which she asked if I was okay. She would be more gentle and then proceed harshly again until she finally cut me - not once, but twice on two different toes. I asked her if she had cut me to which she replied no. I asked her once again and then at this point she had scrambled to grab something but I wasnt sure what - she applied pressure with alcohol and it burned more and I then saw blood and as she panicked, she threw my foot into the water basin. So I asked again, did you cut me? To which she replied again that she had not. Then, they all began talking amongst each other and cackling loudly without any regard to how they made me feel or how they affected my experience on something they expected me to pay for. Everyone seemed concerned or angry but only with regard to her, couldnt tell which it really was. The gal kept looking back at her manager so maybe she would get in trouble for the issue but unfortunately, I wasnt just going to sit back and allow the rest of my toes to be butchered.I was planning to get a pedicure and also a gel manicure. I was not brought out the gel colors until last minute and then when she did bring them I told them that I no longer wanted anything further done because I was obviously cut and I could feel it and I also did not like how they handled it. They insisted on putting color on me and finishing and still continued that there were no cuts, but at this point I was furious because I could feel the pain oozing and radiating from my toes and that is exactly how infections and illnesses can enter and affect ones body. I explained this over and over again and they seemed to understand but would not acknowledge their error on their part. So I then look at my hands and I also had been cut around my cuticles on there also. At this point I just wanted to be let out. The girl working on my toes finally apologized and said sorry if I cut. I said I understand accidents happen but that you denied it 4 times is the issue. She kept on apologizing but at this point, I was already so disappointed, upset and angry that she denied it several times and put my feet back into the water basin right after to try to fix the problem but thats exactly how you can contract illnesses that can even be deadly.The guy at the front had ran my card and while he greeted me in English and spoke to me perfectly fine when I entered, on my way out he didnt say a single word to me in English - only spoke to his employees in his native language. He did not offer an apology and didnt even speak to me about the incident or mention a single thing, even after knowing very well that I was unhappy and disgruntled because they went up to him to tell him what had happened. He never came to me let alone mention it on the way out.Such terrible way to treat customers, especially new ones, but I guess anything to just make another dollar and not actually provide a service that is expected to be paid for.

The manicure and pedicure services are very good and well priced. My pedicures always last 3 weeks and dont chip. This salon is very popular, but is large enough that an appointment is not necessary. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the customer service feels a bit cold. Because the business is so large and they are processing so many clients, it can feel like Im on an assembly line.

Luv this place. Appt help but drop ins are usually seen in a short wait. Cant beat the price! Staff can be super friendly or not very talkative. I prefer a little quiet time from the busy day and theyre ok w that too. The massage chairs are a bonus! Very clean and a great go to spot for a quick pamper!

I have been coming here for years and today was my last time. I spaced on the tip amount at checkout today, I had more services done than I usually do in preparation for a wedding, but wrote in my usual (lower) tip. AND THE OWNER MADE A SNIDE COMMENT. I didnt bother correcting it after that. Taking my business elsewhere if thats how long term customers are treated here.

After coming to this salon many times today is the last time. I came in for a pedicure, the side tables and arm rests were dirty. I asked for them to be cleaned and was told sorry it’s nail polish. I used my hand sanitizer and a towel Jimmy supplied and cleaned them myself. Dirty residue not nail polish came off. Terrible service with zero concern for my experience.I left before the pedicure was complete as I could not convey to Jimmy that I wanted my nails trimmed shorter than he would trim them.Pedicure time is for relaxing nothing like that happened today.

I got a pedicure one day for the first time at this salon and it went good. The place looked nice and organized, the lady who did my pedicure was nice and did and amazing job in massaging and putting nail polish. I will definitely come back for another pedi!

I probably won’t return here. I got an infection on both of my big toes. Hurts sooo bad! The lady that did my toes was pretty sloppy with the paint too. And my gel nails are peeling off after two days because my manicurist did not apply dehydrator before starting with the gel base coat. I give this place two stars instead of one just because the prices are cheap and I didn’t have to wait as a walk-in.

Very nice place besides the long wait but I was a walk-in and it was a very busy day. The ladies were very nice and the nail work is very nice and cost friendly. The ladies take their time and your nails come out perfect!! I would suggest scheduling an appointment though so that your wait wont be long. i read the reviews on yelp about this place and it got an overall 4 and i totally agree!!

Pedicure was fabulous. Manicurist forgot to soak 1 hand, then left me with rough cuticles. Manager had the nerve to ask if I wanted pedicurist to share her tip with the manicurist...as if I had forgotten to tip her. 😠

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The man in charge was really rude and pushy to is. the women were really nice. the lady that did my nails was very interactive. But my nails were horrible. I wanted a squabble nail that was painted pink with a matte finish and had a picture of what I wanted. Now I know that theyre not gonna turn out exactly like the picture, however my nails were it not shaped right, the paint was transparent on one hand even when she did three or four coats and on the other hand it was really thick.the lady that did my pedicure wasnt very interactive. She did a good job on my pedicure, but was the only thing that I was satisfied with. My sisters nails turned out OK, but unless youre getting a gel manicure or pedicure I wouldnt recommend this place. I ended up going to Ophelia nails in antelope and the lady that worked there fixed my nails and they look amazing! I ended up getting a cop and mailed shape and a glossy finish. She did Exactly what I wanted and I will be going there from now on.

This is my second time being there, the first time the nails turned out ok, but it took the lady 1hr and 50 minutes to simply do gel manicure. Couple of months later I decided to give this place and second shot, and thats when I officially disliked this place. It took over 2 hours for a simple- one color gel manicure. After 2 hours I stopped counting, and was hoping to just be done with the place. The nails turned out very bulky, and I had bubbled in multiple spots. But wait! Theres more!!- they charged men$5 extra for the extra time they spent on my nails. It was upsetting. :(

Inconsistent results. First time I went there, manicure looked great. Second time I scheduled an appointment at a different salon as soon as I got home.First coat went on really transparent, but manicurest told me it would get darker with more coats. Realized it wasnt going to work right after she put second coat on first nail, told her I didnt like it, and she told me she couldnt change it. Will not be returning again.

I went to this salon recommended by my neighbors friend.To begin, I felt like I walked into a sweat shop. However, the service was good by Michelle and Sally. My pedicure chipped a day later.Two days later, when I checked my statement, I came to find out the managament added TIP on my tab without my approval! I had left a 15% tip for each, and they added an extra $5 bucks on top of that!We are NOT required to leave a tip, but we leave a tip because its the right thing to do. It is NOT right when they add EXTRA tip!Im sure the gentleman that was running those woman rugged is the one that made that decision.Not coming back because that is plain unethical.

This was my very first time in KB Nails. Im not disappointed with my new nail color, but the fact that I got a cut on my finger was absolutely NOT okay.The technician who worked on my pedicure did a good job and was gentle enough, but she could have done a better job at getting rid of the dead skin on my heels. Overall she was kind even though she didnt talk to me very much.The technician who did my nails, on the other hand -- HORRIBLE JOB. Her customer service was terrible, her attitude was terrible, and the fact that SHE CUT MY PINKY and SCRATCHED MY ARM WITH HER TOOLS (without even apologizing!) just made me so upset and I couldnt wait to get out of there. I didnt realize my pinky was bleeding, although I could feel pain when she was clipping and filing it -- but as soon as she cleaned the area with alcohol, I felt a painful sting! I wanted to report it but I dont think a business like that even cares about complaints, so I just paid for the services and left. I even left a tip just because the woman who did my pedicure was nice.Overall, I will NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS NAIL SALON.
