I have gotten my eyelashes done multiple times by Jenna and she is amazing! The atmosphere is calm & relaxing. Jenna is thorough and professional. I highly recommend this business.

Last week I had the worst experience I have ever had since being a customer of over 5 years at Eye Salons. The stylist I had apparently put the wrong “pads” on my eyes causing the glue to stick my top and bottom lashes together as well as fill my new set of lashes with cotton fuzzies on either side. After almost an hour and a half of the stylist applying then trying to fix my lashes, I finally asked her if she could ask for help. I did this because she had tugged and pulled on my lashes until I was in pain. When given the mirror to look at the finished product I quickly noticed something wasn’t right. Lashes were clumped together and appeared to have lint all over them. The brush caught on to the multiple fuzzies that were webbed and glued into my lashes. I asked that it be fixed- that I had never seen this happen before. Another stylist attempted to fix the lashes but eventually had to quit knowing that if she continued to mess with my eyes they would become more irritated and I assume, realizing there wasn’t much hope for the horrible job that was done. I followed up the next day with the manager in hopes of a resolution and we agreed to have the lashes removed and reapplied by the only stylist at the salon I trusted. Fast forward to today, the day for my rescheduled do hope that we can come to a resolution following this but needless to say I am reluctant to ever have my lashes done in this shop again.

In terms of how will they do lashes and SNS this place is 5 stars. However, since COVID, communication and customer service has not been great. I had been a customer here for over a year before COVID and had the best service. I stopped being my lashes done once the pandemic started but decided to come back for my wedding. Someone in my family got sick with the virus and I couldnt come in. I was told I could reschedule. But once everything was straightened out on my end, my multiple voice messages and texts were not answered fire months.I understand my deposit was nonrefundable but I wish there had been better communication with me rescheduling but now I spend the money but have no lashes to show for it

I will NEVER patronize this business again. My mother was recently diagnosed with brain cancer and has multiple appointments throughout the week. I was unable to attend my eyelash refill appointment due to a medical emergency and called to cancel my appointment. I am a repeat customer that has a standing appointment every 2 weeks for an eyelash refill. I have NEVER booked an appointment online. I check my accounts daily and see that I was charged $70 for an appointment that I did not attend. I called the establishment at least 5 times to try to have the situation rectified. I explained the medical emergency with my mother (beyond my control). I was informed by the “manager” that because I called within 24 hours of the appointment, that they would not refund my money. She also stated that the policy is online. I’ve NEVER gone online to book an appointment. Please be more transparent in your policies if you want to keep customers. I am a registered nurse who has worked on Covid units, my time and money is valuable to me. For them to treat a repeat customer with such disregard is disgusting.

Eyesalons is a beautiful salon with great people. They are so personable. They make their customers top priority and I feel like its all about me! I received ao many compliments in my lashes and I highly recommend them!!

Reasons for one star1.) You HAVE to pay a nonrefundable deposit in order to make an appointment.2.) You Have to sign an agreement pretty much saying THEY ARE NOT responsible for anything that happens to you.3.) They will have a TRAINEE working on you WITHOUT letting you know ahead of time or even asking you if you are ok with it.I have came here multiple times to see if they change/ improve, but they seem not to care. So... Yeah... I think not. Not anymore. I am DONE with this place.

I had my lashes extended for the first time ever here and the end product was me actually looking like I had eyelashes for the first time ever! It took awhile, but I do believe that’s because they are literally putting on one eyelash at a time. I would for sure go back here again to get my lashes extended!

Seriously the BEST place to get lashes!! Several years ago I had gone to another place to get lashes and those did so much damage to my natural lashes(I was left with none). About a year ago I started going to Eye Salons and will not go anywhere else! With COVID I had to let my extensions go, most fell out naturally after 7 weeks and the others I removed with the tips provided by the staff at Eye Salons and to my delight my own lashes were still there !!! It was nice to give my lashes a break but I was super excited to get them done again and let me tell you Jenna did an AMAZING job! I highly recommend them to anyone who is wanting lash extensions!!!!!

I decided to treat myself to lash extensions for my birthday this past weekend and after reading all the great reviews about this place I decided to try it out. Right from the start there were red flags. First, when I called to make my appointment, I was told I would have to pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 to secure the appointment. This is very tacky in my opinion and insulting to the customer. I understand the reasoning behind it, but rather than charge a large non-refundable deposit, charge a no call no show fee or a late cancellation fee. Things happen and sometimes customers must cancel appointments. If enough notice is provided there shouldn’t be a monetary penalty for doing so. Next, when I arrived for my appointment, I was asked to sign a waiver before they would perform my service. The very first item on the waiver states “I understand that it is my responsibility to request a free allergy patch for any and all services 24 hrs. prior to receiving service.” Well if the customer isn’t informed of this until they show up for their appointment, it’s a little impossible to request it 24 hrs. ahead of time. This is something that the customer should be informed of over the phone when they make their appointment. The next 3 or so questions all deal with the customer discharging the company and all of is employees from any/all liabilities, waiving their right to sue or seek damages for harm caused by any employees of the salon, and agreeing to seek medical care at their own expense as a result of adverse reactions to the service. The waiver also states that there are NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER regardless of reason. SERIOUSLY!?!? So, if an employee causes permanent and irreversible damage to my person due to negligence, lack of proper training/knowledge, or sheer misconduct, Eyesalons nor its employees hold any responsibility or liability for it and I’m just SOL???? I should have walked away then and chalked the $50 deposit as a loss but I didn’t. The final straw for me was when I found out the technician performing my service was actually a trainee. Not once during the entire process leading up to my service did anyone mention to me that I would be working with a trainee nor was I ever given the option to decide if I was ok with having a trainee do my lash extensions. I didn’t find out until after they had already started on my extensions when the owner kept coming over to check on her progress and give her feedback and coaching. To make matters worse I was still charged full price, $150, for the service as opposed to a discounted price for working with someone who is still in training. The young lady who did my extensions did a pretty good job, but it was not the best job. I ended up having to go back the very next morning to have her fill them in because I had lost so many lashes in less than 24 hours that there were visible gaps where only my natural lashes remained. She did her best to fix it but its only been 3 days and I already look like I need a fill again. I don’t blame the trainee as she is still learning so there will be trial and error, but I feel like I wasted $150 of my hard-earned money for a subpar lash job that wont even last a full week. Needless to say I won’t be returning to Eyesalons for any additional service. The quality of service and unethical business practices of this place just inst worth it.

Claudia did the most painful set of eyelashes extensions I’ve ever had really heavy hand on my eyes. Ripped out most of my natural lashes And criss crossed the extensions on my real lash. I hate making bad reviews but genuinely want to warn people.

Upon reopening during phase 2, eye salons was efficient with rescheduling clients, considerate with fair and courteous pricing, and cautious and clean! Jenna and Yvonne went above and beyond to ensure clients feel safe through questionnaire screenings and cleaning protocols. My lashes are back!

Oh SO happy to have my lashes back!!!!!As a physician, I don’t take the Covid-19 concerns lightly, but EyeSalons has implemented precautions appropriately! I felt very comfortable being back here and the services and results are as fabulous as ever! Thank you Miss Jenna!!!!

I love love love this place, Ive tried a few services here. I get my Eye lashes done by Tara and they always turn out amazing every time, I get so many complements. I also have tried the Velashape on my abdomen and had great results after only 3 treatments ! Chelsea performed my treatments, she would always make me feel so comfortable and was so knowledgeable and gave me great information to farther my transformation. Jenna has truly built a beautiful business.

Ive been going here for about two years now and it has been an amazing experience from day one. Yes, its not cheap but what you get is quality and experience. My lashes are the same as they were before I got extensions. No noticeable damage. Jenna is amazing. I personally recommend Charmaine for lashes and Kim for nails but honestly, you cant go wrong here. 10/10 would recommend.

I have very light eyebrows, and have been coming here for about a year to get them tinted and waxed. I was afraid it would hurt, but it really didn’t. I have been impressed with the salon, it is clean, inviting, relaxing. I always enjoy myself with a bit of pampering. I plan to get my lashes tinted the next time I go and am looking forward to that too! I would absolutely recommend!

While the stylists did an excellent job, I am extremely disappointed in the management of this store. I treated my mom to lashes for an event and we went to Eye Salon on a recommendation from a friend. Before we even went, I had to pay a $100 deposit. We had the lashes done and were very pleased with the results despite a fairly high cost, and everything was great when we left. Then, 4 days later the salon called me back and told me that I had been undercharged and asked me for a credit card number to cover the remaining balance - $90 additional. I reluctantly agreed to pay, but asked them to review the charges with me. As they reviewed them, it became clear that they had not given me credit for the referral discount of 10%. I am now also fairly sure they did not credit the $100 I paid first either. Before I allowed them to run my card, I clearly explained that if they charged me that I would never return there. The woman simply said, I understand and collected the money. I then asked her to please ensure that her manager was aware and she said she would. I never heard another word - other than a recent text asking me to schedule my next appointment. I responded with a comment about how that would not happen since I was overcharged the last time, and again never heard a response. As a result, I will never go to this salon again and would encourage everyone else to also be wary!

Extensions are a game changer- as long as you get them here! Completely worth the price. Youll never regret it, unless you have unrealistic expectations (because they are extensions, not permanent replacements - so there is ebb and flow, they fall out, its OK!). Jenna and her team will educate you, and thats part of the value they provide.Also, two words: SIMULTANEOUS TREATMENTS This is every busy womans dream. Get your lashes filled, and a pedicure or manicure. At. The. Same. Time.And, they dont soak you, so your dry skin isnt a soggy blur, they can see and truly eliminate the stuff you want gone. Ever had a traditional pedicure and two hours later youre seeing dry cuticle? Yep. Cause it looked great soaked...Book an appointment here. For any service. You wont look back!

Worst service ever. My initial appointment for a natural full set was scheduled with Claudia. She rushed through the appointment and finished within 45 minutes. The quality definitely showed after. I had sparse spots on my lashes after. I went back and asked for a touch up due it the process being rushed but unfortunately it didn’t help. They still didn’t look good due to the initial application. I expressed all of this to the general manager and on multiple occasions he said he would get back to me about bookings and never did. I had to continue to call and follow up with them on how to rectify the situation. After all of this I asked for a eyelash extension removal. This process was extremely uncomfortable and painful. It resulted with me having a severe burning pain in my eyes and multiple lashes being ripped out. I now have way less eyelashes than before! I rightfully asked for a refund and they denied it. I am very disappointed in the service I got and didn’t even keep the lashes. It’s a shame they don’t support their clients.

As a healthcare provider, I commend Jenna and her staff for their attention to each detail to ensure client safety. My lashes look amazing as always; but most importantly, I know Im in an environment where every precaution is being taken to keep clients and staff healthy. Love eyesalons they have great customer service it’s always extremely clean. All the eyelash technicians are great and do an amazing job. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Make sure you book before you go because they do stay busy and I completely understand why.

I cannot give this salon enough stars! Jenna (the owner) and all the girls there are well educated, super nice and it’s one of my favorite places to go!! I love getting massages while I’m having my eyelash extensions replaced and also they have an amazing med spa....I’m a nurse so I know my stuff when it comes to the medical environment, they are educated and super clean with everything they do! Also will not allow you to be in discomfort that the procedures cause, they are really gentle and compassionate....I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!!!

Kim does great fills. Initially had Yvonne put classic lashes on as wasnt sure if I wanted 2d3d. Wanted natural look so she used 11 and 12 length in classic which is still plenty long being at least double length of my natural lashes. Mine last 3-4 weeks between fills.

I am so happy I went to Tiffany to get my eyelash extensions done before my spring break vacation! I keep receiving compliments on how great my lashes looked and loved not having to worry about wearing mascara by the beach or pool. I trusted Tiffany to determine what length and curl would look best on me and they worked out perfectly! She is extremely professional, flexible for appointments, and and makes sure that your lashes are perfect when you leave her office!

3 months ago I rated this place 5 stars... well now I realize a trainee was doing my eyelash extensions (same price though no discount ) & she did not use proper technique and after ONLY 3 months I’m left with no real eyelashes!! She used too much glue and made them too long & my natural lashes are gone!! The left side I have stubs but the right side is gone! I’m praying my real lashes grow back! I can’t believe I was letting a trainee do my lashes (my fill ins were $75 and original full set was $190, you would not think those are trainee prices!) however, I’ve learned that the ONLY way you don’t get a trainee is if you’re a rich white woman!! I’m extremely disappointed that I’m having to completely regrow my eyelashes!! I thought with the price I was paying I was getting good service only to find out the glue was so thick and caked in my real lashes that they fell out with the extensions!! Beware of going here (yes it’s a nice salon & gets great reviews if you get a real technician rather than a trainee!!) sucks going into work with no lashes! I don’t know what I’ll do in the meantime but I know this place is all about the money and the rich ladies get priority!

I paid the 50% deposit and went for my first appointment. I was asked to fill out a 2 page waiver & release form. The first item on the form states I understand that IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY (in caps) to request a FREE allergy patch for any/all services 24 hrs. prior to receiving service. I said to the attendant that I had not been made aware of the need for this or that they suggest this and offer this for free so I would not respond positively to this one. Next on the form was I consent to all procedures provided by Eyesalon, Inc. at my own risk. I hereby fully release, waive, covenant, not to sue, agree to hold harmless, and forever discharge Eyesalons, her affiliates, agents, employees, officers, from any/all liabilities. And there is no REFUND WHATSOEVER regardless of reason. Also on this form was I agree to seek medical care (at my own expense) in occurrence of any adverse reactions. So naturally I said that if they accidentally harmed me, like stab my eye, they are trying to make it impossible for me to have any appropriate action to help me. They put their heads together and came back to me and stated that unless I agree to all these things they would not serve me. I asked for a refund of my 50% deposit and thankfully, though it is against their written policy to refund any money, they did agree to do so. Buyer be aware, this contract is terrible for the customers and I believe you should never sign this!

I love this place! Before I had blonde eyelashes and thin eyebrows, now my eyelashes are thicker and they look natural thanks to the talented Ms. Jenna! I get compliments on my eyes all the time and now I dont have to wear mascara either, extra bonus!- Go give them a try, you will not regret it:)

Lisa has been doing my lashes for several months now. She is amazing. People keep complimenting me everywhere I go. I also had permanent makeup (eyebrows) done by Jenna. They are exactly what I wanted. EXACTLY!!!! A woman I passed in a store actually told me that my eyebrows were phenomenal. The color is perfect. The shape is perfect. It probably saves me an hour a week drawing on my dang eyebrows. Love, love, LOVE this place!!!!!

I love Jenna!!! She is amazing!!! I have been going to Eye Salon for over a year now and have had Eyelash extensions, lower lash tinting and eyebrow tinting. I have strawberry blonde hair and with that rare color comes blonde lashes and eyebrows. For once in my life I have lashes and eyebrows without having to put makeup on them everyday! I can go to the pool or Beach and not have to worry about makeup coming off. Eye salon has been a God send! I started with the classic lashes and have now been getting the volume lashes. I love the volume ones so much more!!! If I lose a few lashes before my next appointment they still look full and beautiful! They seem to last longer then the classic just because there is more then a single lash that is applied, it is a bundle of lashes applied to your single lash making them look fuller. I definitely recommend you try them and highly recommend Eye salon. I wont take my lashes or brows to anyone else.

I would give it 10 if it was possible! I have been a customer here for almost 2 years and love the service and love my lashes. I recently got what I thought was micro blading at another establishment and the esthetician was no longer there when it was time for the second phase. I called the EyeSalons and made an appointment Jenna was able to redo the job and complete the job in such a skillful and creative way. I should have had my micro blading done at Eyesalons from the beginning. JUST LOVE MY BROWS! I highly recommend Jenna for micro blading, she is a true artist and professional...

Unethical biz practices. If you arent a white rich person, expect to pay too much to get practiced on by one of the trainees. The owner doesnt actually care about clients, only how much they can purchase & how big of a tip they can leave.Work by The owner or her sister IS good, but dont expect to get on their calendar unless you can pay $$$$$$$$$

Tiffany is absolutely wonderful! Ive been going to her for several months and she definitely strives to give me the look that I desire. She takes her time and gets it right. Plus, being underneath her hands is down right therapeutic. Her pricing is reasonable and she does a great job of fitting me into her busy schedule. Time with Tiffany is a must in my beauty regimen.

Jenna and her team are great! They are always so accommodating and they do an exquisite job. Not only do they do a fabulous job doing my lash extensions, but they are so pampering with mani and pedis while the lashes are being done. This is definitely the best one-stop shop in town.

Gia did an awesome job on my lash lift and tint! Hes also super personable and easy to talk to, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is so nice and relaxing. After my lash lift they also gave me a microblading consultation on the spot because I was interested and had a lot of questions. They answered all my questions and showed me before and after pictures. I would say be warned that when you make your appointment over the phone, they will ask you to place a deposit down on your service (which goes toward your service). This doesnt bother me at all because it deters last minute cancellations which protects the person youre scheduled with. Just be prepared to pay that!

Eyelashes were awesome while I could afford to keep them on, but I found out the hard way that when you start to let them grow off, your natural lashes do not look like they did before you had extensions! Mine are extremely short, even shorter than my bottom lashes! My natural lashes were long before I started with extensions and now are not! I am so sick. But I was told if I wait about 8 weeks they will be back to normal, so now let me crawl under a rock for 8 WEEKS! right! So I am removing my stars here & advising.. if you can afford to do this from now on - great they are awesome, but if you cant for any reason & need to stop, you will be so dis-appointed as I am!

Jenna and her whole staff are absolutely amazing. Her quality of lash extensions are unbelievable to be right here in Greensboro, NC. She should be doing celebrities; We are so lucky to have her!!

They do an amazing job with eyelashes! I drive 2 hours every 4 weeks just so I can get them done. You wont find anywhere else that does it better.

Wow! Let me first preface by saying that I’m not a “girly girl” and probably would not have ended up at EyeSalons if it weren’t for a birthday present from my glamorous sister. I seriously left a changed woman! I don’t wear a lot of makeup (usually a little powder and light eye make-up), and the derma plane + skin treatment left my face feeling FLAWLESS. I was honestly glowing. To top it off, they gave me modest-length lashes in a dark brown to stay true to my natural look. It’s been 5 days since my appointment and I haven’t opened my make-up bag since. It’s funny how I’ve avoided getting pampered because I claim to be “not glamorous” but actually, coming here has helped me become even more low maintenance! I cannot thank these ladies enough for taking such amazing care of me. (Especially Claudia, Kimyen, Melinda, and most especially Tameka). They are all gems and I’m already looking forward to going back!

Jenna and her team are fabulous. I have been getting eyelash extensions from her for over a year now and I have not had one negative experience. Eyelash extensions have changed my life. Every girl has always dreamed of having long, dark, beautiful lashes, and up until now, the best we could do to achieve that goal is mascara and eyelash curlers -- which do nothing to achieve length and and the dreamy look we are going for. So we over-compensate with lots of mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow in order to make our eyes pop.Not anymore. I now have long, beautiful, dark, full lashes 24/7 -- without any makeup applications. I find myself wearing much less makeup because my eyes look natural, dramatic and pretty without having to add anything. They are also very natural looking -- which is very important to me because I dont want to look like I have fake lashes. Its the type of effect where people notice that I look better/prettier, but it takes them a while to figure out what it is. And strangers have stopped me to comment on my lashes and are shocked when I tell them that they are not my natural lashes!I also regularly get other services that she offers -- mani/pedi, facial, chemical peel and recently -- a bikini wax. It was my first time, and Jenna made me feel totally comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about this company. You will not regret selecting them for your services, and you will NOT regret eyelash extensions!

Possibly the best pedicure I have ever had. Ernestine was wonderful! Amazing feeling warm jell that made my feet so soft! She gave a great foot and lower leg massage! I highly recommend. I didn’t miss the hot water soak or the vibrating chair at nail salon at all. I have never been disappointed with any service here!I am once again editing my review to commend Eye Salons for such an exceptional job on my lashes.I made the huge mistake of going to another salon after COVID19 restrictions were lifted and Jenna was so busy I was going to have to wait a couple of weeks to get in. Well looking back I realize that I should have bought some lashes at CVS and waited for the professionals to apply my lashes. I will not say the name of the other place as I feel certain the girl did the best she could... but it was a painful disaster! My lashes were all glued together and it looked awful. The worst part was realizing that I may have done something that ruined my natural lash line for a long time.Jenna was very kind and understanding about my mistake and she got them off and applied a full set of the usual beautiful lashes I have come to know and love every time I go to Eye Salons. She didn’t fuss at me and make me feel any worse about what had happened. She couldn’t believe how much I was charged for the glued together mess on my lashes! Over 200.00!! I feel like a sucker and I will NEVER let anyone else touch my lashes again!Jenna, the owner is AMAZING! I just had my brows microbladed and I am thrilled with the results.I have been to many of the other techs for lash extension fill ins and I have always been very happy with them.Great place and great people!!!I am adding to my original review above.Since writing this review I have been going to Eye Salons for all of my SNS manicure and Baby Feet pedicure needs . My fingernails always look great after SNS application and my feet are incredibly soft and pretty after a quick application of Baby Feet and polish. It’s nice to have everything done in one place at one time. The atmosphere in the shop is very peaceful and luxurious. I just can’t say enough nice things about the whole business and all of the quality lash, nail and hair technicians that work there. I’ve been going there every month for two years now and I have never been disappointed.

If you want gorgeous lush eyelashes that look like you were born with them then you cant beat Jenna for quality, superb skill, and efficiency of application.After a couple of disappointing visits to an unexperienced eyelash extensionist, I decided that I wanted to try out the BEST eyelash extensionist in the area and my search led me to Jenna!Let me tell you about my experience BEFORE Jenna. My previous extensions were cheap and not put on well. They felt prickly and uncomfortable and they would twist or part of the extension would unglue and stick out at weird angles. Plus, there were only probably 30 or so per eye, so they started looking very sparse and strange very quickly (like even the next day!).When I had my appointment with Jenna, she was ready for me right on time. She was relaxed and put me at ease. The application process was relaxing and I barely could feel a thing (whereas before, I could feel pulling and tugging sometimes). She worked like lightning and in less than a hour, I had a full set of gorgeous, full and LOOOOONG eyelashes--about 130 per eye!I could immediately see the difference in her work compared to my previous extensions. The lashes are full, natural looking, and expertly applied. I am so glad that I got to experience the BEST, now I cant go to anyone else. Thanks for spoiling me, Jenna! I love my lashes!
