Love coming to get my nails done here. Ive been a customer for about 7 yrs now

I called 20 Mon before arrival had emergency pedicure needed a nail doctor and Don the nail tech is amazing he did incredible job . Appreciate him and all the staff very friendly and I like how they dont tell you come in and make you wait forever they actually turned away many customers because they were that busyI really respect that. The lady didnt want to cut my nails shorter after i kept telling her I need them short, then she over charged me and she didnt clean up my nails or under I still had to grab the nail filer and fix them myself. I only had clear nails for $35 while some other lady was charged $23 and she had real long nails. Doesnt make sense.. never again will I come here

This is my go to nail spot for the mani-pedi deal. They almost always can get me in without too long of a wait; Ive never made an official appointment. The techs are good, though some are better than others, like everywhere else. This shop works for me for what i pay.

This has been my go to recently for nails and don has been the only one I would allow to do my nails because he knows what he’s doing. His shapes are always on point but lately, I been coming to him and he has been rushing through my sets. Meaning he would on shape my nails then have Tammy paint them.. or he would not do my nails and do someone else who came 2 hrs after me. And I was waiting so long already.. so Tammy had done my nails.. it was perfect! Shape is spot on as well. I will be going to Tammy for now on.. I also like how they always play Netflix while business hours.

Absolutely LOOVE Tiffany! I won’t have anyone else do my nails even though they are all pretty good but Tiffany is the best! Soo sweet and great conversation and she’s quick but nails are ALWAYS AMAZING

Nail polish was old girl was new and the place had big roaches, because she was new I didnt complain, I will not go back. The lady that did my nails was very nice and 4th day, on the job not her fault, about the roaches or old nail polish, I felt bad for her its a job.

Tammy one of the owners there is very friendly and so is her staff. They do nails their pedicures manicures eyebrows and they have a variety of different ways they do their nails if you want quick manicure and pedicure service call them and book an appointment

Tiffany or who may really be Tammy is really pushy. She does what she wants and not what u ask for. It’s really annoying. Not sure I’ll be going back. If you think you found a nail say where they don’t talk abt you rt in front of you in Vietnamese ...think again. Shame shame shame.

Came to treat my daughter for her birthday like I do every year and get a fill on my nails, waited over half an hour and the Dom who sits at the back gave my spot to a lady that came 20 minutes after me. I told him we were next and he ignored me. 2 weeks ago I got the $40 package on their window for a pedi mani and eyebrows. I also waited long, the work was average. The older lady in the middle seat kept pressuring me to get different packages for pedi and I kept saying no, she ended up charging me $5 more for gel I didnt ask for then when it was time for my mani they cut the nail too short and told me they dont do coffin shape and it would be extra, this the first time I heard of charging for shape. Then when it came to my eyebrows the same lady that did my pedi did my eyebrows while I was getting my nails done. I later saw they were uneven and ended up retouching at home.I ended up paying $65 for average work and still tipped so overall a $40 package came to $70. I will not be coming back I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but their customer service sucks and they push alot for things tou dont want and add it without telling you. Came to Cocos further down florin by chase bank and had my daughters full set and my fill for that money! better customer service and the work is better than I imagined!

I will never come here again. They wouldnt give me their price range over the phone and even when i got there, were still acting funny about telling me how much. I ended up spending $50 for nails that were super thick, a few of them crooked, and some of them uneven in length.(how do you mess that up??) Jimmy was really rude and it seemed like the entire time he did my nails, we were bickering back n forth. It was ridiculous. I will never go back there for having to spend close to the same amount to have removed and redone the very next day. This was a horrible, expensive experience, and even more a night mare just trying to get them off. OUCH!! Thanks but no thanks. If i could give zero stars i would...

I have been very happy the last 2 times I have visited this nail salon, Tiffany is very nice & knowable on colors shapes of nails & she is very sweet & nice...I have also been happy with the nice gentlemen who did my nails the first time..we had a great talk about his children & my grandaughters who attened the same school.... I highly recommend Erics nails for your next pedicure or manicure experience...🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀💕

Im honestly SHOCKED at how many good reviews this place has lol. The staff is pretty nice, but they have no appreciation for your time. I have scheduled appointments on numerous occassions and walked in as well, and every single time I am told 10 minutes, and no exaggeration, its always 45 minutes to 2 hours for a wait. I dont mind being told, come back at this time. But you tell me 5 minutes and I wait for an hour, now I feel disrespected as a client. To be fair they do a pretty good job, and prices are affordable. But there are a few beauticians in there that are horrible. Honestly horrible. If your going here give yourself a minimum of 2 hours. & good luck getting one of the good beauticians! Othereise your nails will break in a week, guaranteed! I personally would drive to ajs nails right up the street, you can get a fill, and pedicure within an hour and 15 minutes. Fast & efficient!
