Honestly last time i’m trying this place. It was a hit or miss in the past BUT the male nail techs do a lot better than the two female. I’m leaving with a $35 gel polish that is bubbly and just not good

I brought my girlfriend here for a nice day out. She was skeptical about spending $70 on nails at a place she hasn’t been before, and she was right for being skeptical. The female tech seemed rushed and hope that she was, because if this is the normal quality of her work I don’t understand why she works here or why this place charges so much. Nails were bubbly and uneven - it ruined her day so it ruined mine. THANKS!!

Idk where people went to say this facility does not take walk-ins, before Covid I always walked in and never had an issue. It is always clean and service is impeccable. Always a great experience.

Absolutely fabulous place!  Ive had a rough time finding a nail salon that took the time to give you what you were paying for and felt like home. I was so tired of being herded against a tiny nail polish wall with six other girls waiting for an appointment, that obviously held no weight, only to pay good money for a deluxe pedicure that lasted 25 minutes before I was shooed out back to cattle waiting area for my nails to dry. I took the time to do some research in the hopes of finding an establishment that I could tolerate, instead I found one that I absolutely adore. All of the reviews about how wonderful it is are true. The girls were knowledgable,  kind and prompt. My deluxe pedicure and manicure lasted 1 hour and 45 minutes. They didnt skimp on one single detail and it never felt rushed. They used the yummiest smelling scrubs and oils too! There was no cheap lotion mixed with water for the massage. They are a fume free establishment which means they dont do the outdated acrylics any more (they do gels as well as the other newest non damaging techniques that are far better than acrylics ) there is no horrible and trite nail salon smell and the atmosphere is not filled with the sound of whirling drills. One trip and Im a loyal customer! LOVE IT!

Can not recommend this nail salon enough! My mom and I came here on a whim and boy am I glad we did! First of all the atmosphere is so clean and beautiful I felt relaxed right away. And their service? Cant be beat! My nails looked amazing and even with regular polish stayed almost a week. My mom got the next gen and hers stayed for almost a month! Nancy and Erica made us feel right at home and made our nails look like a million bucks. If I could I would give them 10 stars!

Very cute atmosphere with very friendly staff. Husband and I had the Signature Pedicure which was amazing! Nancy and Judith did a wonderful job and we were both in relaxation heaven. Much needed for the stressful holidays. The owners were both there and were very friendly and welcoming! I was looking for a great place for nails, facials and all the services I wanted in one place and I have now found it. I will be back for sure!

Amy is amazing! She is very detail oriented and sweet. My nexgen always comes out great and the whole staff are kind. They are very personable and knew who I was just after my second time coming. I drive 20 minutes to see them because of how much I love Nail Bar 561.

Very disappoint!! The place was dirty, I didnt want to touch anything including the chair. I should of turned around immediately and left!! It is very out dated! No message chairs that work! I paid for a pedicure special, it was nothing different from a regular pedi. Nail polish is old, switched colors, still lumpy! . No nail dryers. I had to tell the nail tech to clean under my nails. Left there & went to another nail salon to change color. I will never go back or recommend this place!!!

Terrible!!!My nails are ugly and the staff was being disrespectful especially the man who did my nails very rude.All my nails are uneven and the guy even cut me while doing my nails and he didnt do anything about it and I complained constantly that it hurts.The manager did NOTHING to help with my problem.TERRIBLE PLACEGO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT GREAT RESULTS.

I love this place, I have been to nail salons in many different places and this is by far the best. The girls are great and the service is A+. I even get my hair done there and it was wonderful, excellent color and cut. I recommend them to everyone!

We celebrated my 40th Birthday here with a “Mani’s and Mimosas” Amy and her staff went above and beyond for us. There were 17 of us! They closed shop early just so that we can basically have our reign of the place. They allowed us to bring in food, tables, and all that was necessary to make the night a success. They were all so professional and attentive the whole time.This is my regular nail place so I was not surprised by how wonderful they were, but my family and friends could not believe how talented they were and how well we were treated.I would highly recommend this place for regular nail service but also if you’re planning a Girls night out or bachelorette party. They are The BEST!

Sio is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time and every time, Im more than pleased.

I dont know if I got a new girl or what but her hands were shaky. I told her I don’t want my toe nail any shorter but to shape them. They were too short, the polish in my fingers had lines and missing spots, and linen from the towel inside the polish.

One Star, is one to many. Sign clearly says Walkins Welcome but walkins are NOT welcome! For $65 you would think you would get great service. They did not remove any of the small calluses on my wifes feet. They did not clean around or behind the fingernails. She asked for a glass of wine and they acted like it was a weird request. Theres wine everywhere in the shop. It has the freakin word BAR In the name. LoL... We recently moved to Royal Palm and hoped to support local businesses but this place deserves no second chances. Im not a fan of reviews but I felt this one necessary.

I will never go anywhere else especially for my Nexgen nails!!😍 Everyone here does an amazing job!! 👌 The two times I went to another place was only because I urgently needed my nails done and they were unfortunately booked out because I have a tight schedule (and they are so popular!!) and in comparison, Nail Bar 561 is always the best. ..I love the owners Bao and Amy who do an amazing job! But I usually don’t request anyone specifically and the last two times for my Nexgen manicure, I think I had Johnny the last time, and another lady today, and both did a beautiful, perfect job!! 🤩 ... Everyone here always manages to fulfill my crazy/complex nail design requests, and they’re all lovely and patient!! 🙌 Thank you guys!! ❤️💚💖

This used to be my wife and my favorite nail spot in Palm Beach County. But they have new amateur nail techs now. So, we our on the lookout for a new spot. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Miserable people like you have to complain about something 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️#2 the place is clean as hell. Im not sure what people are complaining about. Im sure their homes are so damn tidy to get on Google and complain about this place 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️#3 I had my nails done Nexgen by Nancy December 22nd 2018, and JUST went back today 2/3/19 to get a full and not one nail was loose! Over a month and my nails were perfectly on. I have three kids, three dogs and I work full time...my nails werent lifting nor falling off.#4 pick a damn color. If you dont like the end result then get another damn color. Why is that their fault. You picked it!Again. Nail bar, you rock!

AGREE WITH JENNIFER...GOT THE SINGNATURE PEDICURE BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PARAFFIN.. AND THE MASSAGE..WELL IT WAS SHORT AND NOT REALLY A MASSAGE. THE NAILS WERE NOT BUFFED SO YOU SEE THE LINES. THE GEL MANICURE IS ALL BUBBLY AND HORRIBLE PAINT JOB! THE TOP COAT WAS NOT SHINY FROM DAY ONE! HIRE PROFESSIONALS ALREADY AND BUY GOOD SUPPLIES! AND STOP WRITING YOUR OWN REVIEWS ITS PATHETIC!

Iliana is lovely as are all the staff! Bruna did a flawless job on my nails! Im a clumsy type and ended up smudging one nail before i even left... another girl fixed it right up for me, but still didnt rush through. Thanks so much! For the experience of it the prices are really a steal. And I saw they had wine chilling so thats an option! They are scary close to Veterans Park so I love knowing that this is a local business run by local women! Nothing negative to report :)

The owner freaked out and mom shamed me in front of my daughters ONLY because I asked that my daughters nails be cut shorter. Will not be back!!🤷‍♀️

I would not recommend this place at all. The positive thing was it was clean. I made an appointment for a deluxe pedicure and Nexgen and I was there for over 3 hours. During the pedicure Iliana did not even cut my cuticles nor did I receive the lengthy massage your supposed to get. The massage was about 2 minutes and they do not even have spas for the pedicures just sinks. With the Nexgen she used the wrong color because Evette could not figure out which color I chose from the color wheel. Then a Gel coat top coat was used and by that evening it was all peeling off. I had to contact the owner and went back the next day for a redo. The right color was finally used but you can see all the filing marks on my nails. I explained my situation to the owner and honestly she could have cared less about what her employees did, because while I was there (the only customer in the salon) a lady came in with her daughter and Evette turned her away stating they were booked until 1:30. Hmmm I was the only person there until 2 pm when another person came in. Can we say the employees did not want to work.

Nancy did a set of Nexgen for me and they started falling off 4 days after she did them and they were all off by the end of the week. When I asked for a refund I was told they do not do refunds but they would fix them.
