Horrible experience. Arrived Saturday for a soak off and a Manicure. I was burned by the drill. I recall saying that burns about 10 times. I received a cut which 2 days later it still stinks. The cut was so bad the nail tech had to put cigerett buds on the cut in order to stop the bleeding. Every nail is a different shape and too much nail polish to the point where it looks clumpy. I receive a $5 discount I guess for the cut.

This was my second bad experience. The first time, the girl continuously burned me while drilling. This time- I called ahead to ask how much it was to remove Nexgen. They told me $10. After the service, they told me $15 at the register. Will not patronize here again.

Had a super mani/pedi here. Julie gave a great massage! Very relaxing place beverages were offered! Fair prices. Will be back. Clean establishment.

I went as a walk in, I asked for gel but no manicure. The lady still got a bowl to do it and I told her I didnt want it. It seems like she got upset and rapidly did my nails, and applied the mail polish, but applied the one I didnt ask for. I will NEVER return to this location. HORRIBLE service.

I set two appointments today and only one was recorded in their books. I understood the likelihood of it being a misunderstanding via phone; however, the second appt (Individual) had to wait and be skipped not once, but twice. Spoke with management and he denied knowing and reported that the two young ladies came in first. Your clientele should be right to a certain degree and honestly it happens to mistakenly look over someone, but to argue an individual down in one’s place of business is unprofessional. I won’t be doing business here again.

Best nail salon in South Florida! I travel all the way from Boynton Beach to come here and get beautiful with Anna. I am always beyond happy with the quality and details of my manicure. Anna is very polite, clean and, professional. Would recommend this nail salon to all my friends and family. Check them out!

My girlfriend uses this nail salon and is always smiling from cheek to cheek after she leaves. We both love her nails every time. She refuses to go to any other salon even though we live over thirty minutes away. We will always give this salon our business.

If there was something less than 1 star I would give it to them. They don’t respect people in that place at all. Their service is poor and the employees are just doing you very fast to go to the next client. I went many times and always tried to look for an excuse for their rudeness and their bad service but today was definitely my last visit there.

I’ve been through multiple salons looking for good quality acrylics and since I’ve been coming here i haven’t been unhappy with my nails at all. They’re soo cute and the techs put in the time and effort put into making sure they’re shaped correctly and that I’m happy with them. Will deff come back. Both the gentlemen that did my nails the last two times totally killed it !!

The customer service here is appalling. There is only one technician who works here who will not cut up your fingers and give you ingrown nails, and will treat you respectfully. The receptionist and everyone else is extremely rude and they have made me wait many times for up to over an hour, just to tell me to come back the next day. Highly recommend NOT wasting your time or money here.

They not only did a phenomenal job but they stayed an hour after their scheduled closing time to take care of us. Second time Ive been here and have been thrilled with service and quality.

Customer service was rude as hell, nail tech was unprofessional and insubordinate. All of my nails was uneven, they didn’t want to fix it. When I told the front desk MAN he laughed in my face. I cussed them out as I should. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

If I could give this place a zero star review, I would. I went in Saturday for the first time and got a gel manicure (I’ve gotten tons of gel manicures over the years). The next day I notice my nail color is turning yellow (and I got a taupe color so clearly not the color I chose). I called and the guy at the front desk was not very nice but told me to come in and they’d take a look and fix it. I went in 2 days later and the guy at the front desk was so rude looking at my nails making it sound like I was lying about the color I had chosen bc that wasn’t the color he was seeing on my nails (duh this is why I came in to complain bc the color turned yellow). So the nail tech fixes my nails and I show the front desk guy as I’m walking out and he rudely says “I’m very aware of the color taupeless beach”. So fast forward 2 days after that and my nails are turning yellow AGAIN!!!!!!! I call and the same guy answers the phone and I tell him and he says “it must be something you’re doing to make your nails turn yellow” and when I demanded a refund ($30 for a damn gel mani) he said that it was against their policy and they can’t control what we do once we leave the salon and products we may use that ruin our nails...I’ve been getting gel manicures for years and have used all the same “products” and my nails have NEVER once turned yellow before. Needless to say I’ll never be going back and I hope this review saves someone else from the time, money and aggravation it’s costed me!

I went to get a polish change. They guy didnt even take the old polish off correctly. You can still see the old polish around the edges if you look closely. I dont think he even put two coats on. I didnt get a cut down/file down even after I was asked and I told him what I wanted. I expressed I was unhappy at checkout and the other guy was making excuses so I wont be going back. Was gonna bring my mom here as a treat but never mind. Guess they do a better job when you get a pedicure.MANAGEMENT: Please do not respond to this review. I will not be back.

Horrible experience where nail tech cut my toenail extremely short and gave horrible pedicure. Manager then blamed me because I was on my phone and was extremely rude and aggressive. Please see photos on Google listing at how short my toe nail was cut. I had to get my nails completely redone at another salon.

1st time going here and it was a wonderful experience. It was a last minute walk in, I was greeted very warmly and seen right away.I was offered a beverage and my pedicurist made sure I was comfortable. Im very happy with the result as well. 💯🖒

My friend and I called at 10 am on a Saturday to make an appointment for 1 pm for gel manicure and pedicure for the both of us. I get there at 12:50 pm and the receptionist says there’s no appointment. Quickly she realizes she didn’t take the appointment over the phone one of the managers did. And she explains he never entered in computer. She tried to accommodate us as they were busy so she had the “managers “ take care of us. The man who did my gel manicure spent about 20 minutes on me. And the whole time complained how he “ hasn’t painted nails in over two and all he does are “ extensions and acrylic “ which he tried to get me to do but I told him 3 times I didn’t want that. Then he tried to tell me my nails were too short for him. I felt very rushed and he did a half a%@ job. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.Then we ended up waiting another 45 min until someone finally could get to us for a pedicure. All this time no one ever offered us water which I did ask for 3 times and finally just got up and got it myself. The front desk girl was nice and so was one of the managers but they were overwhelmed. Very disorganized and lack of customer service.I spent 2 hours there. Will not go back. Do not recommend.

This was the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. My nail tech did not care if my nails looked good. I feel like he was just rushing to get it done. I asked for a certain length and he just kept filing and cutting it shorter and shorter. Not to mention how aggressive he was with my hands, just to end up with uneven, crooked nails that weren’t much longer than when I walked in. My hands are literally sore. If you come here for a cheep set, all to you, man I know the struggle. But if you want something good, don’t go here.

I used to love this place. The way they do my nails is awesome, believe me I love it!In the beginning, they always charged me for something that I didnt get, I always had to complain. (I didnt pay attention to this because I love their work); But recently, I realized that in the price list they have one price but they have been charging me $5 to $15 more. So, it you go be aware of what they are charging.

I write this review with extreme disappointment. I have been getting my nails done with the same technician for over ten years. I have overlooked certain errors in scheduling several times. This time I was most disheartened. I make my appointments days in advance because I know my technician is always booked. I repeat the date and time so that I am assured we are on the same page. As soon as I hang up I enter the appointment into my phone so that my daughter and I have it on our calendar. Usually if I arrive on time, my daughter and I are waiting for 10-15 minutes.This week I receive a call (while at work) on a Friday that I was missing my appointment, which I confirmed was scheduled for Saturday! I would never schedule an appointment for a date and time I know I will be at work!When I call back, I am not offered a solution, instead I was made to feel as if I made an error and NO OTHER solution is offered. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. Instead I am told that it is impossible that they made that appointment. So basically, I am called a liar!I make a different appointment time, but that doesn’t work either. I call to reschedule for another time and then am told rudely to make sure that I don’t cancel it again. When I address the fact that the error was not mine in the first place I finally get an admission of the mistake being theirs. This is not the first time my appointment times have been given out or mistaken.And I am not writing this review maliciously, I write it because I have been a regular customer going to this nail salon for a long time and paying for the expensive service because I love my techinician and am a loyal customer. As a loyal customer who spends $100+ every two to three weeks at a location, I expected better from the management. Obviously this shop is doing well for itself and can afford to lose a long standing customer. So if you are considering this location here are the facts:- There are only a handful of quality technicians available.- If you make an appointment, they will consistently run late because they take other customers that walk in and don’t pace themselves for when you walk in on time.- Do not expect warm friendly service that is customer oriented.

Nail technician that provided me service had horrible customer service and was very rough while I receiving manicure. I got gel nails and the next day my nails started chipping . The shape of my nails are horrible and different shapes.

I enjoyed my services, however the language barrier makes it a little difficult to relay messages of what youre trying to go into detail about. Other than that, this place is well recommended!

I am rating this shop with a 1. I tried to give them a second chance, after having my nails done in June of 2018, but clearly they didn’t deserve it. I came in on 1/3/2019 at 6:30pm. The woman who did my toes did an excellent job 10/10. She was so sweet. The male receptionist was a absolutely rude! He rushed through nails and didn’t even give me a proper nail job. All in all, I will not go back to this business for a mani or pedi. Their color selection is amazing, which is why I go, but some of the staff can use a lesson in customer service.

This place is horrific!! I went to get my eyebrows done and the lady burned me. The burn is permanent on the side of my face!! (I wish I could upload a picture). I tried to work it out with them and settled for a refund and a free pedicure. When I went back to the salon, the manager, TJ recanted the offer and threatened me. Needless to say, I had to get the police involved.Please, stay away from this place!!

Im so disappointed with how they treated my co-worker the other day, after what I heard I have no respect for their business as a business owner myself. You dont approach customers and say what do you want? And then tell them then go when they tell you thats not nice to speak to customers that way and that they can take their money elsewhere. Also she sent a bride over to them the same day and she was loosing gemstones as she was walking to her car and Ive also personally never had a good experience the 2-3 times I went! One time I went and I spent $130 on my hands and feet for the chrome color to come off a week later and thats never happened with the nail salon I go to usually. Its definitely a hit or miss with the nail techs and that sucks because the person who did do a good job is never available and honestly I just never felt good vibes in there and this just proved that how I felt was right.

Horrible customer service. Absolutely nonchalant attitude and no one, not even the front desk person, acted like they cared if we were there or not. Half decent pedicure. Charged my 7 year old for a full pedicure just to put her feet in the water and polish her toes - no scrubbing no clipping no filing just warm water with the jets on and regular polish. Ridiculous. If you want a positive experience, do not go to this establishment.

They dont keep scheduled appointments. 2 times I had a wedding to go to scheduled my appointment a week ahead. I wouldnt get a call to inform me of a cancellation. I would arrive only to be informed my nail tech cant keep the appointment.

Mike is great. Deluxe pedicure is very relaxing complete with a clay mask and hot towels. Will definitely be returning!

Walked in on mid day Saturday and i was taken right away to the back. Friendly stagf and fast service. Within 30 mins i had a French gel manicure, perfectly done. Thank you for your fast services!

Recently went to this nail salon because my usual nail salon is by appointments only. I came around 7:00pm the day before my nails and a blonde short hair with tattoo guy was on his phone at the front desk. When asked to do nails just dip, he said no everyone gone we close at 7:30. This is very unprofessional, many nail salons Ive been to and no matter how close it is to close time they will normally take a customer to make money. Came back the next day around 3:00pm. I did dip (Nexgen) and my style was an amber but instead of white and pink I did nude and light blue since this is the new style. At first, the tech, thought it was white, which made me feel like maybe he wasnt possible to do this type of nail, therefore originally I was just going to paint my nails all light blue no different mix. He kept bringing more and more colors trying to make me do the style. (demanding me to do the style) Towards the end, I get to cashier turns out to be $60.00, I was very confused because Ive did amber here before and when telling the same dude who turned us down the day before he was very very rude. you didnt get your nails done here, $60.00. and I kept saying yes I did trying pull up a photo of when I Did my nails there no you didnt no you didnt now $60.00 demanded. I asked him to explain why I was getting charged this price without being informed about the cost before hand. He told me 45 because of amber style. 10 more dollars because different color and 5 more dollars because I wanted coffin shape. Please I advise those who are looking for good place to get there nails done this isnt one. Customer service is poor, especially the one guy who has been described and the funny part he is a nail tech as well but couldnt help us the day before very rude and lazy. He must be manager but let me tell you theres a reason this place has bad reviews. I refer those who want good service to go to AKA Nails which is right off of Okeechobee across from La Macha. There are three nail salons in this shopping center but it isnt the one next to peppermint sushi or little Caesar nor the one by a pizza shop or animal shop its at a whit and black building. I couldve paid $45.00 for this instead of 60 and my mom gets her feet and hands done there for 60.00 and she does nexgen. Please dont waste you time here the owner before cared this one doesnt. You will get charged for anything probably to even to use a towel. haha, but again AKA nails I wouldnt want anyone to go through what I went through

Place was dead empty. Guy who did my nails was very rude and insulting. Receptionist made a fit about tips being cash only. Quite frankly you should be glad to get tips at all with the poor quality of work and rude nail techs. The glue on nails would look better quality than what they do.

Im a total jerk and forgot exactly how long a mani/pedi takes and I ended up keeping them an extra 30 min past close. If anyone was annoyed by it it didnt show (not that I recommend going late because hey dont be rude like me). Everyone from the front desk to my nail tech, Hannah, showed the utmost professionalism and were incredibly nice as well. I dont think a requirement of a nail tech is having to listen to your boring monotonous life stories but Hannah was pleasant to talk to and listened to mine so that was just an added bonus. All around so happy with this place, my service, and my nails.

Went here after experiencing going to Royal Nail and feeling like it was a cattle call and uncomfortable environment so walked out and decided to try this place. It is very clean, beautiful and nice they offer snacks coffee and beverages. I got amy and she was very sweet snd did a wonderful job on manicure and pedicure. Will def be back!

Ever since they changed owners this place is horrible. I got a gift card bak in April and usually they don’t expire for a year so now I’m out 25$ cuz they jus put the sign up for 2 months and they won’t accept it. They have very bad customer service.you don’t tell the customers that someone dosent work there anymore they got fired and there glad they got fired. You don’t tell customers that.they also will not let you speak with a manger of the place when there is an issue.they won’t get my business anymore.

My friends & I drive 22 miles one way every other weekend for mani & pedi appointments at LaMer - the nail techs here are AMAZING!

By the far one of the worst nail experience. I was rushed... cuticles polished on. I have weak nails told the nail tech this as my nails were broken he says to me the gel will hold it together I told him no and I was correct...the following morning they broke. Needless to say I will never cheat on my nail tech again! This place is literally the Walmart of nail salons.

Excellent service ! I have been coming to see Tina for years now . New salon and new location in the same plaza as the old one. Way bigger and exceptional service . Also liked their wide variety of opi and Essie colors as well as their gel colors .

Crappiest nail salon. I paid $55 for a gel acrylic and after 3 days five of my nails broke. They fixed them and then another 2 broke. They use extremely cheap products and are over priced. I usually go for convenience but Ill never make that mistake again!

I got my nails done on a Monday and they started falling off a day later. By Wednesday, 7 nails had fallen off! I went back to get them fixed and the guy who did my nails was rude, and my nails started to fall of again the following day !! I’m never going back to that place, and you shouldn’t either.

Went to this salon my nail broke 4 days after and went to talk to the one manager and he said come back in a couple days and today his brother said he can’t do anything for me Because HIS BROTHER DOESNT KNOW THE POLICIES!

The front desk is very unorganized and all over the place. They dont let you make an appointment when there is a wait (you know so you can go shop in the plaza to kill time). Once you are finally called back you sit in the manicure chair waiting for another 10-15 minutes. Id skip this place unless you have an appointment.
