My first time ever getting lashes done, I was timid at first because I’ve heard stories about my natural lashes falling out or getting ruined. This experience on 6/21/21 was amazing. Getting my lashes done for the first time It didn’t hurt, itch, burn nor did I have any discomfort. The owner of Z lash studio is very kind and sweet. She took care of me and my appointment only took an hour and 15 min. The studio is beautiful and cozy. I had questions regarding the service and she was very attentive and accommodating. I will ABSOLUTELY be going back. I recommend this place to my best friend and she called and booked an appointment the same day, but a few hours later! Zailyn is a very talented and professional master of her craft. I’ve been to many lash artists in the South Florida area and she’s the best I’ve seen without a doubt. I can easily go 4 weeks between fills, and I get tons of compliments on my lashes. She’s truly great at what she does, and I would trust anyone working for her. You can tell she values quality!

I really wanted to give it 5 stars but unfortunately my experiences were bittersweet.First off, the shop is very cute and what I thought good vibes.After a while, I was made aware that there was certain things said about me in the shop.They do really phenomenal work however I made the mistake in thinking that I was liked when in reality I wasn’t, the things I heard said about me were dumbfounding not once did I ever disrespect anyone and I was being pre judged because of certain things.Definitely book a facial, get your nails done here.Nail tech is definitely talented and doesn’t get enough credit for her work.The facial I got here was divine, I would’ve went back if I didn’t feel uncomfortable being somewhere where my business isn’t wanted. My experience is definitely one of a kind. But being that I have a big audience with lifestyle influences Im writhing this review not to bash this establishment but to give my opinion on my experience when I did spend money here.

I have not had my lashes done in years so I was very nervous. Zailyn was very professional and polite. She walked me through each step and I was comfortable the whole time. I love my lashes and will definitely be coming back!

Zailyn is amazing! Firstly, her store is so comfortable and smells so nice. Secondly, she was responsive and took me within a few hours. My lashes were applied incorrectly by another woman, and I reached out to Zailyn to have them removed. The process was painless, and she was so kind. I highly recommend her and her staff. Zailyn is one of the best lash techs out there. She was recommended to me by my lash tech who is on maternity leave. I’m very funny when it comes to my lashes, but I said let me give her a try....she did not disappoint. I drive an hour just to get my lashes done by her, because she’s that good! If you’re in West Palm Beach or close by....give her a try. I’m absolutely positive that you’ll be pleased.

I have been going to Zailyn for over a year now and she is one of the best nail techs and lash techs I have ever been too and I will never go anywhere else! I am from NY so it is very hard to find good nail techs here in Florida but she is the best and I am so lucky she is so close and convenient for me to get too! Not only is she amazing at what she does but she is a great person as well! Everything is super clean and spotless and especially during covid she has been doing a great job keeping everything sanitary! I would give her more than 5 stars if I could!!!

I am so glad I found Zailyn, she has to be one of the best lash artist out there. I was disappointed in my previous lash tech (definitely not an artist) and started following ZLash on IG and read all her reviews. Zailyn is very meticulous and it shows in her work. Her lashes feel like silk, what a difference! And to top it off...her entire shop is always spotless clean, which is extremely important these days.

I was in desperate need of an educated and experienced Lash Artist who could help me achieve the results I wanted with minimal to no damage to my natural lash (my lashes have suffered damage in the past from some very inexperienced lash artists). I’m so glad I found Zailyn, she’s AMAZING! She’s very kind and professional, and does beautiful work. You can tell she’s extremely knowledgeable in her field. Her studio is also very well decorated and put together. She created a very cute and comfortable atmosphere for her clients to come in and relax. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for beautiful lashes and nails!

I had my lashes done by the place across the street and i wish i had found Z Lash Lounge first!!! The difference is night and day!! These lashes are quality and Zailyn is a very well trained lash artist!! She sends you home with a lovely care kit (lash bath and beautiful comb!!) I love the fact that she has actual cushioned lash chairs were you recline not lie on your back.My lashes feel comfortable and light! Zailyn is super sweet !So very glad i found this place and cant wait to try other services like nails and brows as well :)

Zailyn is an incredible nail artist! My pink and white French set is one of the best I’ve ever gotten hands down. Her creativity in amazing and her 3D flowers are a must have to give your nails that extra pop. Extremely satisfied and definitely coming back!

AMAZING!!!!!So I had been looking for a good nail salon for months ever since I moved back home to the royal palm area. I finally found this hidden gem. Even if it’s a little ways out west for you I DEFINITELY recommend it 10/10!! Period. Zailyn is a nail perfectionist 😍😍. Her work is very detailed and she does your nails exactly how you want them. This is the first place where I can say the coffin style is the very best. Theyre super sweet, profesional and welcoming girls, that will make you feel right at home. Come. Come. COME!!!
