My usual experience is top notch. Today not so much. The owner complained to me that removing all my layers of polish made his hands hurt. He says I should pay the extra $10 for gel polish.I am not allowed to shake the nail polish bottle. He said because it could fly out of my hand and break. What can I say? I like to live dangerously.

I came here for the first time today and I’m so glad I did! Very clean and beautiful salon, and all the staff I encountered was very sweet. My nails are super smooth and even and I’m happy I took my nail tech’s recommendation of trying powder versus gel, he gave me some of the best nails I have had in a while! I will definitely be making this my regular salon. Next time I hope to try some of the amazing designs I viewed on their Instagram page!

I called made an appointment the young lady there was very nice .. I finished my pedicure and they had taken all walk ins I had an appointment I had to be at so i, after 20 minutes of waiting, asked the girl how long it would take, now I was sitting there waiting for 5 people to finish and a man nasty as all said you need to have patience .. I asked him what he said and re repeated himself. So he was right I decided to be patient across the street at another nail place. Note to this gentleman don’t be nasty to your customers. I was going to spend over 100 dollars instead I spent 2 and gave the rest to your competition .. would not use ever again I hate nasty people .

First time here, pros: loved the cleanliness and welcoming environment. Very nice staff. Got a dip manicure and pedicure( A+ for the pedi). Overall Im pretty happy with the results. Cons: when I got my dip manicure the lady did not clean my cuticles which I found a bit strange. She told me its an extra charge for that and I had to tell her before hand 🤔 weird but okay I guess. Im not from Florida so maybe that the way it is around here. Top coat shine on my dip mani chipped and peeled right off after only 2 days😑. Pretty bummed about that. Ill give this place another try.

I went to hello nail spa for the first time today due to their fantastic reviews. Nikki and Ivy both worked on my nails and my pedicure they are both fantastic. I can now see why they have such high reviews. They have gained a regular customer from me its nice to not be rushed through your service for once.

I had a blast!!! its been a while since I got my mani and pedi! ale (spanish colombian) she was amazing great conversation, I had a good time staff is great and funny! my feet and hands were not looking lets say rough looking lol she did an amazing job bring my me back to life! def will be coming back!!!

Bought my wife a manicure and pedicure with Connie. She has never been here before but the Google reviews were great so I thought it was worth a shot. My wife LOVED IT! She said its the best shes ever had. I think it looks great too. This is actually the first time I felt like this kind of service wasnt a waste of money. This is a must try business if your looking for great quality.

I found my new salon! I have been looking around for a new nail salon & nail tech due to terrible past experiences with other salons. Then I discovered Hello Nail Spa by visiting a surrounding business in the plaza. I decided to check out their online reviews and was very happy with what I saw. 5-star reviews and the name Jayden stood out. Keep in mind that I am very picky with nail shape while getting acrylics. Fast forward to a week later when it was time to get my nails done and I was able to see Jayden,there was a quick wait time, which is perfect cause it takes me forever to pick a color. The salon is very clean, has very friendly nail techs and has beautiful atmosphere. Also reasonably priced but still great results. Jayden took his time with my nails, he didnt rush with my nails or cut me and he knew exactly what I wanted. He takes pride in his work and makes sure the nails last for weeks. He did an extremely good job and I will continue to come back!

Do NOT go here! I made an appointment here because of the reviews (Must have paid those people for the review) and I am so sorry I did. I arrived 20 mins before my appointment and they made a big deal about me being early so I waited in my car. I came back in 5 mins before my appointment and 35 minutes later those that came in after me were being taken of while I sat in a tub of cold water. Rudest people I have ever met and for nail salon and that says a lot.

This place is amazing.. I found Hello nails right when business started opening from The pandemic, I went to my regular nail salon and they denied services because I didn’t have an appointment. So I went and google other nail places around and came across Hello nails, after reading their reviews I decided to give it a try. Well I couldn’t be anymore pleased, I went with my sister who was visiting from Orlando and we both were amazed with their work. Jayden did my pedi and nexgen and another girl helped my sister. Well they both did a great job!!! The salon is very clean, modern and welcoming. I finally found my new nail place. Jayden gave life to my hands and he knows exactly the perfect shape for them. I have a new baby and he understood and gave me the shape to not hurt my baby. Anything you want he will make it happen and better.

I was searching for a new nail salon on labor day and every salon was closed early for the holiday (understandable). Finally I came across Hello nails while searching on Google. I called and they were happy to take me! When I got there the place was so cute and clean. There is a separate area for pedicures so everyone isnt awkwardly staring at each other. The owners were so nice and personable, actually taking time to get to know me. I would definitely recommend Hello nails to my friends and family and I will definitely be back. I think I finally found my go-to nail salon. Yay!!

I had a great experience at HELLO NAILS. The most amazing nail salon experience I have ever had. We got there late, and they let us in to have pedicures. They could have told us to come back. It was like we had an exclusive booking. Jayden and Connie are a truly awesome husband and wife team who know how to make the customer feel special. I cant say enough about this awesome place. I always struggled with finding a good nail place, my nails always ended up falling off within the 1st week or so, they would start lifting and by the end of the 1st week-beginning of 2nd week I would already start having issues to the point where I just stopped getting them done all together. A friend of mine suggested I this place, so I did, and it’s been 3 months so far and I keep going back. My nails actually last me!! And not only that, they always look gorgeous. Jayden does such a great job with mine every time ! (I have acrylics) And I like that he encourages me to try different things on my nails. He’s also super nice and easy to talk to. His wife is also a sweet heart ! Always smiling, I like that :)The salon itself is gorgeous and always clean.If you’re around the area, give them a shot. I would highly recommend making an appointment, they are always really busy because that’s what happens when you’re good at what you do.

Stumbled upon this spot tonight and I am so glad I did. Got a full set tips, nexgen, $35 (short style) and Penny did such a perfect job. My biggest nail pet peeve is when they are bumpy and I didnt even have to mention it because she clearly has the same peeve as I do..she was meticulous about making them perfectly smooth. Best pedicure ever! I get pedicures mainly for the foot massage the polish is just the cherry on top. This was by far the best massage I have ever gotten with a pedicure. This will be the only place I go to now!

I have tried almost EVERY salon in Wellington, and I could never find one where I was completely satisfied. Everyone is so friendly and the place is gorgeous. I made an Appt last minute and the lady was able to squeeze me in for the next day and I am so glad! My nails for graduation are exactly what I wanted, perfect length, coffin shape and he had me in and out! I went in at 2:30 for my Appt and was out by 3:10 ish. Jayden is an amazing tech and says he’s been doing nails for 15 years so he’s able to do it fast yet perfect!! Definitely going back for my fill (: HIGHLY recommend.

After years of bad manicures that left me in pain and my nails looking less than satisfactory for quite a large chunk of change, I finally walked into this place. I dont think Ill ever be going anywhere else. My nails look beautiful and sleek, no lumps bumps or divets. Theyre even length across the board and evenly shaped. I even went out of my usual morticia addams style and got a pink and white hombre on coffin nail shape that looks GORGEOUS. 10/10 would recommend anyone to walk in here and put their nails in the nail techs control. You wont be disappointed!
