Had my nails dipped there 3 times. The second time was to fix the first time. They dont listen regarding shape and after sanding off the sides of a few nails randomly, tips had to be used on the second paid trip. All times, nails not smooth. All different shapes, not the one I came in with and asked not to be touched. Cuticle line not smooth. Lifts in the front over the tips not properly adhered. Had 2 different men, both spoke great English. My nails are basic, either French tips or one color. My nails are so bad Ive kept my hands down as much as possible. The shop is beautiful. Very comfortable. Apts dont count. The work is hit or miss. Mine have missed a lot.

The picture of the light skinned nails are what I asked for and the other photo is what I got . Don’t get me wrong, I loved going to this nail place because they never failed me but for some reason this time was different . I came in around closing time to just get my feet done and planned on coming back the next day to get my nails done. They insisted on having time to do both so I trusted what they told me and let them do my nails too . Sooo many things went wrong for this visit, like I had to pay up front before my nails were even started, and the lady rushed the entire time and broke my real nail and it started bleeding from moving to fast. Maybe I should’ve gotten up and left when this happened but I didn’t ! I called the place the next morning letting them know I wanted them to redo my nails and to go to the lady I normally go to . They told me to come back and they would fix it . But when I got there they wanted me to pay for a whole new set and to soak off of these ones . I personally hate being that difficult costumer but they made me get there and I live far from this place and come this far because it WAS normally worth it . She said nothing was wrong with my nails and that it looked just like the picture. Don’t get me wrong they might look good on someone else’s hands but not on mine. The man up front was really rude and hung up the phone on me when I called them back to tell them I wasn’t going to wait and was leaving. If you go here ask for Anna or Lisa and ONLY go to them .

I came today with my Little Girl and I loved the way that they treated my daughter, making her feel like a Princess.As soon as We walking to the salon a gentleman welcomed us. The ladies are so nice!We will back for sure

Been coming to VIP NAILS over a year now. Lissa, never fails me when I walk thru the door. Any picture I show her how I want my nails. She always conquer it. The greeting from the other staff make you feel so at home.

I honestly wish I could give this place 0 stars. Used to love coming here, but now they will never get another penny of mine. Came in two weeks ago to get my nails done for my vacation. The girl doing my nails was using a glue that barley had a drop left in it and instead of getting another one she kept using it, so i had a feeling these nails wouldn’t last long. I also had to tell her to get the product in my cuticle. I don’t want to go somewhere and tell someone how to do their job. Within 4 days of having these nails on, 2 broke off . I have photos of when I got them done (the 13th) and when they were falling off (the 17th). So on my vacation, I had to go to a CVS to purchase nail glue because 6/10 of my nails fell off on my week long vacation. Obviously, since I was away, I couldn’t come in to show them. I was busy when coming back in town and I didn’t have time to stop in or call. So today I called. The man answering the phone did not care AT ALL. He said there’s nothing they can do, no refund, no fill, nothing. I told him I have photos of when each and every nail came off since I knew I wouldn’t be able to make it in. He just did not care. Poor way to run a business and I will never come back or recommend it here.

It was a super experience. I was amazed that Anna did a great job and even nailed Design on my nails. I aways enjoy going here.

I just want everyone to be aware that the liquid they use to give you a fill or a full set has MMA in it. MMA is illegal in the state of Florida for health concerns. I am a practicing nail technician, however when it comes to my toes I cannot do them. I went to get an acrylic overlay, the pedicure was amazing. I had an event to go to, so I tried to soak off my acrylic and it was gooey and stringy. Nail liquid containing MMA is no joke and they shouldn’t be using it on everyday customers.

If you dont have cash, dont go, they (try to) bully you into paying with cash. They will make you feel bad if you dont comply and use your card. So uncomfortable. I had one good nail experience out of 6 times but never saw her again. I kept trying others and it just didn’t work out. Sometimes they just hurt when doing my nails, or the finish was bubbled up or not even smooth or the shape was completely off. All around awful experience.

Walked in to get a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed and got taken right away. As usual, the service was great and they did a great job.

Went in for a gel mani, asked the tech to make the length match because I had broken a nail-- she disregarded that completely and burned my skin with the gel after not properly cleaning the polish off. If I wanted staggered nails and burnt skin I wouldve done it myself. Nail tech finished my dip power with tip change in 20 min. She was easily annoyed and didnt make an attempt to clean my nails up before. She only dipped my nails 2 times and left them too square, uneven lengths, and very bumpy. I was going to tip her 15 but I walked away so upset.

My first time here. Glad that they were open on a Sunday. I was greeted as soon as I entered. Went in to get just a full set $25 (based on the length though). Had to wait At least 30 mins before it was my turn. It seems that they take appointments which would be better to do if youre going for a visit versus a walk in. The ambiance is very nice and relaxing. A very upscale salon.

Gel manicures usually last my daughter about 3weeks but this place did so poorly her nails started chipping after 24 hours and some completely came off after 5 days! Absurd. I thought the woman was pushy at her appointment but her work speaks for itself.

VIP nails always been a great nail salon especially the customer service. If with the cov-19 they been very professional with everything that’s going on every one have the mask on even the customers, hand sanitizers are at the front desk soon as you walk in even they clean their station. We even been keeping up with the social distance in the nails even keeping the minimum of customers in the nail salon. Once again the nail salon is safe and the staff make sure you feel welcome.

We love this nail salon!! Ive been going for years with my daughter. Emmy does my manicure and pedicure beautifully, but everyone there does a great job!! They have a nice area in the back for couples to get a pedicure together! I highly recommend VIP Nail Spa!!

Since the covid19 vip Nails have been following the requirements of social distances. They separate the customers within a 6 feet distances,have a glass screens protecting their customers and also their workers. The workers wear gloves and mask making the environment a safe haven, I would recommend vip Nails spa.

Went in for a full acrylic set, service was OK. My nail technician was friendly and professional; however, she worked very quickly and I feel like more time couldve been taken. My nails came out OK. Not horrible but not the best. Next time Ill probably go to the salon across the street.

I’ve been coming to Vip Nail Salon for over 10 years now and they are absolutely the best! I love Kong and Lisa! Lisa always does a great job. She is very patient and one of the sweetest people I know. She’s been doing my nails since I had little stubs and now my nails are healthy and long, I definitely recommend them! Such a great staff!

Everyone here is courteous and professional. My nails were very brittle. After having Lisa take care of them, they are very strong and healthy. I highly recommend this salon. Very clean - they always use a disposable liner for the pedicures, as well. Great selection of products.

SPA Pedicure - What a joke it was more like clipping nails only.Before the spa fills up she was working on my right foot. Old lady very experience but BAD AttitudeNot for me again

I truly hate writing bad reviews but I have to give them two stars for their horrible service. I went in for a wax and pedicure and asked to get the wax first. I told the lady my eyelids are super sensitive so please be careful. I knew the second she ripped the wax off my eyelid would be burned.The entire time I got my pedicure and manicure I had a cold compress on my eye. The least you think she would do is comp me for the wax, but no she acted like it was no big deal. The lady behind the counter had the nerve to say she didn’t see anything. The only reason they aren’t getting one star is because they agreed to take the charge off.

First time after opening up. Everything was clean, social distancing between every chair and plastic dividers.

Eyebrows were waxed unevenly last time. When they do your nails. They always just do basic. They never clean under ur nails. Or take out any ingrown nails. Water is always lukewarm. You will feel rushed.

When I got home realized the pedicure that I paid $35 for my nails were uneven.. she filed them sideways.. my dip full set I see are bumpy.. won’t be going back again.. I was trying to find somewhere close to were I live now and they are terrible.. only tip cash and I didn’t see any signs saying this either ..

Best nail spa Ive been to!! Im always taken care of as soon as I walk in. Reasonable prices!! Any issues I have are fixed right away!! Always do what I want done and are continuously adding new colors to choose from.

Last night was my second time visiting VIP Nails of Royal Palm Beach- the first time was a pleasant experience, as the technician was able to do my ombré pink and whites- so I returned for a fill. I first asked if she was there, but she was not- and when I asked if anyone else there could to ombré- I was directed to someone else. I said, “Are you sure she can do it?” .. anyone else who has these nails know there aren’t many people who can do it— I have been in to other salons and they regretfully say, “No..” and I leave. But, I appreciate their honestly and not just trying to make another sale and not wasting my time. But, the manager here said she could- so I went.When I left, I noticed there were dust particles under the clear coat so I went back and asked if I could come back the next day (because I know they were leaving soon and I know how that is..) and he said, “Sure.” When I got home and was in better light- I noticed areas all around my natural nails were exposed and, now, snagging on things. These nails wouldn’t last long if they didn’t get fixed so I since I was going to go back- they could just do it then. No biggy.Now, again- 17 years I have been getting my nails done and I have never had to return to get my nails fixed because if I had a problem- usually the managers would just fix it right then in there— but here I am for round two..I had walked in at 6:50pm- they close at 7:30pm. I know it’s the end of their day but my husband and I share a car and he had just arrived home from work so what else could I do? Tomorrow would be the same and then my work week starts Monday and I never know what time I am leaving so this is the only time I have. And, judging on my 17 years of customer experience- this should only take about 15 minutes.. plus the manager knew I was coming back.When I arrived- he didn’t realize who I was (no problem- there are a lot of people in the world). I reminded him and he pointed me to last night’s tech who did my nails. Before I went over, I asked if I could just show him what was wrong- there was dirty nail dust under my clear coat and my edges were not touched during my fill in. He said, “With fills, we only fill in the back..”. So, I told him that never have I ever had anyone just fill in the back of the nail and asked if they would fix my nails if they were cracked on the side. He told me they, “just fill the back.” So, I asked him if they could fix it and he just blank faced stared at me. I said, “If you aren’t going to fix my nails, I just want my money back and I will go somewhere else..”. Again, a blank stare and a head shake of, “No.” :-) I’m trying to keep my composer. So, his wife or the lady in charge told me the tech will fix my nails and to go over to her station. So, I proceeded.The tech asked what was wrong and I showed her and she shook her head in disbelief, as if she couldn’t see and started the service. I tried to point out the sides that needed to be filled properly and at that point, she stood up and directed me to another tech and told me she wasn’t going to do it. ( Now, they are embarrassing me in front of other customers.) I get to the manager lady and she sits down, so I proceeded to show her my areas of concern and she begins filing- for 10 minutes. She pulls out the pink acrylic and starts filling two fingers back edges (I’m a little perplexed because I pointed out the sides of my nails..) and then closed up her equipment as if she was done and ready for the clear coat. I asked her if she was going to do the sides and she said, “I’m not going to do this. I’m just going to give you your money back.”I walked out with unfinished, acrylic globs on my hands.Welcome to 2019, people.Do not go here.

My Daughter was told as I was told WedsEvening that it would give the rest of gift certificate to nail tech! Horrible experience. I took my wife in, was not greeted, the person who was working on a customer asking and yelling out what we wanted. Then did not receive service because they could not communicate with us. No patience and definitely far from vip. Totally aggresive and unprofessional. Save your time and money, find other options. Happy we did not get anything done there.

Anna is amazing ..... she took her time in my nails, frequently asks me if Im satisfied with the process, and shes always very polite and sweet. I highly recommend her .... I love the design she makes in my nails every time.

I go do my nails to have some “me” time. With that said, I was annoyed at all the talking and laughing among employees. Not only because I didn’t understand, but also because it didn’t stop the whole time I was there and it was very loud. Then to top it of, when I walk in and ask for what I want the host literally questioned if I could afford it. They also charge right in the middle of the process. I was specifically charged while someone did a pedicure and another person struggled to finish my nails. Not my first time there but definitely my last.

I’ve gone here on and off for years sometimes the service will be good sometimes the service would be OK sometimes it would be horrible I continued to go back because of the location they are by far the worst in customer service they treat certain people certain ways and others like trash make me feel very uncomfortable Myself as a service provider always tip 20% so it’s not that very disappointed will not be returning this time for sure

I’ve given this place too many chances. My last experience was the worst. I had an appointment with Lisa who I was told was the best. I don’t even know who I had for my pedicure but she was awful! 15 mins!!! And the paint job is awful. I came home and redid it. My nexgen manicure was $50 and was done so quickly it shows. Quality and customer service are not a priority here. Money and a quick turnaround are priorities. I highly recommend gravity nails in Wellington.

I’ve been coming to this salon since I moved here and had a few good experiences in the beginning and then it was a hit or miss. The last 5 times I’ve gone has been a steady decline followed by my last chance I will give this place. Jennifer did such a horrible job chopping my nails off, not one is shaped the same and cut me with the cuticle trimmer, removed my gel polish shaving down and making my nails thin and scraped up and painted all over my fingers. Not only all that but it was painful the way she filed and cut my nails. She was on her phone the whole time and paid not attention to what she was actually doing. I will not be returning. Out of all the employees there’s maybe 2 techs that do a good job but after this experience it’s totally not worth it.

Ive been coming here for at least 15 years. I drive 45 minutes to get here. Lisa and Kong are the best and I wouldnt go any place else!!!!June 20 2020This is the absolute cleanest nail Salon. They practice social distance along with having hand sanitizer. Each nail tech also has plexy glass between each client. It is a very safe and relaxing experience

Very nice atmosphere but table areas are way to close to the other person. I was literally bumping elbows with the lady next to me. Also not very happy with nexgen as 2 broke literally the next day. They did a great job on my daughters gel nails though.

I believe if I would have got another worker other than the one I had. The work would have been much better Im still waiting on a refund waiting on a lot to be done I would suggest if youre coming for a mani pedicure it would be a great place to go to other than that I would say I would not recommend it.

I got a pedicure and the guy was rushing... it look like my daughter painted my toes... I asked him to repaint my toes and they started speaking their language... they girl stated you want me to paint it over.. I said... then she caught a attitude about it. Then I told her take it off. She stated you still gotta pay for it... I told I know take it off... I got so upset... paid and walked out... this salon has no customer service skills stayed away from there

This is one of the best places to go! Ive been going there for over a year for mani/pedis, eyebrow waxing and even had my eyebrows done permanently there. They did a GREAT job. They get you in and out quick. No issues or complaints.

Quality of work is terrible I had apedicure the man rushed to get done leaving nail polish smudged on my toes and the nail technician doing a full set was very rude and rushy about Nextgen she asked me a total of 3 times if I wanted nextgen. In addition, every client coming in and leaving the women doing my nails would talk /laugh about clients .. No thanks I will take my business elsewhere.

New nail tech gave my mom a nail fungus. Been twice and both times was not great at all.

If you want acrylic nails with designs, I suggest you book an appointment with Lisa. She’s very talented, but it can be a little pricey depending on the design you want and the shape of the nail

Worst manicure I have ever had. Got a full set acrylic and one of my nails fell off after a week, so I went back and decided to spend the extra money for gel thinking it would be a better outcome. 4 days after, one nail had already fallen off. I had one nail fall off everyday for the next 5 days. This manicure was done so poorly I didnt even feel the nails come off. I would have been better off going next door to Walgreens and buying their cheap fake nails. Very disapointed with this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
