Went in for a fill on both big toes and a polish change. The quality of care and service was too notch. The cost, $20, was very reasonable. I cant recall my technicians name, he had a lovely cuban bracelet, he worked quickly and was very polite. Im 2weeks in and my toes still look great. No chips or peeling. I used regular polish by the way. Will definitely frequent again soon for the full pedicure experience.

Diane is amazing. Ive been going to her for over 5 years. She is amazing and professional. Winter is also very nice and makes me feel like family. I would never go anywhere else.

My experience was phenomenal kim always take good care of me. She takes her time no rush, keep you entertaine, really open mind and knows what shes doing.

I always loved the place but hadn’t been for 2 years now. Quality has dropped to below average. I went to get a regular manicure and it came out terrible. She didn’t clean the edges and I can honestly I can do a better job myself. Wasted $18 and had to get home and fix my nails. Place was empty yet the lady doing my nails seemed rushed to get back on her iPad.

I was so nervous about getting my nails done again for the first time since the quarantine and they made me so comfortable about it. They take one at a time no waiting around, everyone washing hands first thing before touching any colors etc. Everyone is wearing a mask customers included. They have guards between you and them for mani and pedi and you just put your hands/feet under the guard. I felt very safe and comfortable. Also I totally messed up my entire right foot polish and they let come back in the next day and fixed it all at charge. Was happy with the service and the price.

Went here twice and I was disappointed both times. I wouldnt recommend coming here. Go literally anywhere else and you will be better.

I recently went to have a NEXGEN fill and pedicure . The two techs who were sitting there doing nothing were debating back and forth who was going to help me .. being very rude as if they didn’t want to work. So I politely got up and told the receptionist I will Not sit there and be treated like that or beg anyone to take my money . She acted as if she could careless not even apologizing. Their customer service is horrible. Myself and my family stopped going here a few years back for the same reason. I was In the area and decided to give it another try but never again will I try Or recommend anyone there either .

I was told about this place by a coworker after a bad experience at another nail salon. The first time I went, I went to Ethan and now he is the only person I go to. I have been there when they have been busy and watch all the nail techs and they are so nice to all their clients and they take their time and make sure you are happy with their job. I have had other people do my pedi and every person that I have gotten has been professional and very nice. Very upscale place and good prices.

Had a full face wax, she was very thorough and efficient. Customer service was on point, everyone was happy, friendly and professional. Will definitely be going back.

This is a great place. Very upscale and elegant. The owner is such a professional and kind person and she will not close the doors until everyone is taken care of and happy. I would definitely recommend this nail salon to others. And last, she remembers everyones name which says a lot about her.

Tony and Lily are great. Im always able to get an appointment at my requested time. Tony takes his time and is very detailed with my nails. My mom loves Lily and her designs.

Went for pedicure. They did not have a good color selection. My nail tech massaged one foot but not the other because she was too busy talking to tech next to her. I do wish they would be a little friendlier, ask how youre doing. I had to say to her How are you. Especially if they speak English. Customer service should be a priority, and that includes saying hello to the Customer and not act like its just a revolving door of pedicures. That would be how you retain a customer.

Only reason why I am giving 1 star is because Kim did a great job on my nails. Loved the shape and the ombré. What made me write this review is because how nasty one of the staff were. Kim was awesome she did my nails and because I was in a rush while my nails were drying she processed my payment.i told her to put a $8 tip on the card along with the payment and one of the staff members was like $8 really wow and laughted and started talking her native language. For one I did not have to tip and whatever I decided to tip was my decision. I found that very rude and nasty. They will never another hard working dollar from me.

I asked how much for acrylic nails and was told 25$ as the lady starts doing my nails she starts saying its 35$ if I wanted them longer which made no sense dont come here!!! My mom came and asked what was going on and the lady started adding prices again . Then after the argument the lady started throwing brushes and slamming stuff because she was mad, my mom tipped the lady and she slammed the money on the counter wont set foot in there again.

I went there several times over the past few months. Every time I have had Tracy and I love her. I went today and sadly she wasnt there so I went to Lily and she could care less. She was on Skype for the first 15 minutes then did my nails by glopping the dip powder on. All my nails are shaped differently. She was rushing to get to her next appointment. When it was time to do my brows she did them and the wax was so hot that I now have burns and blisters. I pulled away a little because of how hot and rough she was. She told me to stop being so scared. I had to go to walmart and get burn cream for my brows.

Not happy. My service was rushed. A 45 min service only took about 30. All of my nails are uneven, one side has more dip than the other. The lady was very rough, just yanking my fingers with no regard to the fact they are attached to my hand. Had to go back in twice to have then fix the same problem. Worst service I have ever received.

I want to give this place any stars. There is this guy who works there for nine years. I guess since hes been there so long hes untouchable to the point where giving bad service means nothing to the manager. I came to get a mani with nextgen and pedi. He refused to listen to me when i want to have an acrylic overlay first. He kept saying no, and continued to dip my fingers in the powder. I stopped him when the color of the powder was different than the example. When i showed him what the example was he refused to change the powder, he refused to take the advice of the receptionist to just dip another powder first and then put the original one. I told him to take it off. The whole time he had a 1pm appointment he desperately wanted to get to. After he charged me full price for everything. I have never been treated so badly in my life. When i said i want to speak to the manager, I was told dont bother, management wont do anything because hes been here too long. I wont ever be back. Come and get the low price service where they can turn you over quicker. Never do the more expensive service. You pay for customer service in that price, but they dont want to give it to you. FyI the other people seem good to there customers. Just dont go to the guy thats been there for 9yrs.

The nail tech that did my fullset rushed through the whole thing, did them in 25 min which i wouldnt mind if they came out nice. She did not seem to care at all. My nails are different shapes and werent filed nicely. Im giving 2 stars for the fast service, walked in and immediately seated- unfortunately with the wrong person. Ive heard Tony is good.

Horrible.. I didnt receive good service. My nail techs were rushing to get my feet and Nails done because they wanted to go home. My pedicure was sloppy, my nails look like a child did them, the design I asked for I didnt get. I have a crooked nail, they werent filed down or off to the sides. I had to come home and file the sides. So disappointed. Never going back.

I have been going to True Nail for almost a year to Ms. Amber. She have done an excellent job on my nails and toes. But as of January, she has started slacking in her job on my nails. I allowed her to cut my own nail down, she was so happy to do so. Since then, the nails has lifted off completely, not broken; the whole nail came off, not just one, several. I decided to try another nail tech in the shop. I made my appt. on Monday, 02-26-18 with Lelia at 9am. Lelia did a nexgen nail and pedicure. The pedicure was terrible, she were done in 20 minutes. She did so many short cut of my feet that I just want her to hurry up and finish. I left with the frame of mind, not to return, their for service. Unfortunately, I returned one week later, 03-05-18 and spoke to Lelia about the one finger that the nail came completely off Sunday night at dinner. Lelia asked me if I wants a refill?. Refill, no! I just had my nexgen nails done by her last week, why would I need a refill?Lelia did not repair the nail, another nail tech, did the job. On Tuesday, the next day, the same finger but on the other hand the nail lifted off before I went to school and that night another nail lifted off and last, today is Wednesday, my 4th nail lifted off. Mind you all, my nexgen nails was done a week ago. I am not hard on my nails or doing anything different than the past year, I been getting nexgen nails. I paid $70 dollars for nexgen and pedicure from True nail and I get a bang up job. The polish came off on both of my big toe in a few days.. I were going to return to True Nail with the lifted nails in my hand to show them, the bad nail job done by Lelia. When you return to them like I did last Monday, not only did I had to tell Lelia what the issue is, I had to tell and showed my finger to two other nail tech, questioning me and observing my nail to see if I have done something wrong. I hate when they are speaking English and then they changed to speaking in their language, knowing you would not know what they said about you. I were never a walk-in, I make my appt. in advance to make sure they give me my time instead of squeezing me in between another appt. I am so upset right now. #NOMORETRUENAIL #TRUENAILLOSTACUSTOMER

Messed up my eyebrows a few times. I have pretty thick eyebrows so any little mistake is noticeable. And the girl waxed them as if she was waxing legs. I hate it

I have been going to Lily for years and recently her services has not been very good. A few months ago I went to have a Gel manicure done by her and she rushed the service and cut me multiple times with the cuticle clippers and the nail file. The gel polished only lasted a couple of days and then started chipping which defeats the purpose of even having gel nails. More recently I had an appointment with her to have Nexgen (dip) done and again I was rushed and was cut multiple times with the drill and started bleeding. Even though I was bleeding she continued to file and drill. There is some of the dip powder residue on my fingers still and its painful to try to get off. There was no reason for her to rush because I was her last client before closing and the shop was not busy. She just rushed so she could go home earlier. I will not be going back to this shop.

The worst. No more needed to be said.

I love Amber 🌈 Shes does my Nexgen so perfect last over 4 weeks and she doesnt over drill the nails so they dont become brittle fast when you take off Nexgen.

Went there Sunday for a gel polish got home the polish came off had to go to work with half on and half off nail polish went to them to redo my gel they said it was my fault because I used soap to wash my hands.... I was upset but I can say that they did polish them again

Waited 30 minutes to be seen for a pedicure when I had made an appointment and arrived a few minutes early. Walk-ins were taken while I waited.
