I really thought this place could’ve been awesome and I was going to make it my new nail spot, but I don’t think so anymore. I got dip powder which normally lasts me about a month, I’ve had these for a week and they look like shi*!I absolutely do NOT recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else.

What I asked for vs. what I got …… wouldn’t let me leave after and demanded I have them clip the nails before they would let me go :/ I told him it’s not what I asked for but he didn’t seem too concerned…. One of my nails was already bending before I left ( assuming the acrylic was too thin and nail not applied right ) …I stopped coming here for a few years and decided to give them another chance today…. Never again.I do nails myself and called them out on a few things too, which they weren’t too happy about and let me know through their sarcasm….. kinda upsetting but I should’ve known better. Yet another salon that violates sanitary guidelines. Went in for an eyebrow wax and the lady used the same applicator the whole time. She repeatedly dipped it into the wax and applied to my eyebrows. I didn’t realize until I glanced over and saw her dipping for the last application. Needles to say, I broke out. Even after sanitizing my face upon departure. Disgusting.

Wow! Amazing!😁😁 Detailed, professional, kind, accommodating, offer drinks (with and without alcohol), GREAT prices (acrylic, polish, pedi), clean inside, massage chair and good music. My 12 yr old and I had 4 techs working on us, ALL of them were fantastic! I just moved back to this area and this will be my place to go for years to come. I don’t like the way she did any poor service

When I first went their the lady named Ms. Anna did my pedicure and I give her 5 stars she was great, but when I went to get my nails done A week later they where already lifting up on week 1 and that’s a NO NO my nails usually last me for weeks before I go back to get fills so I will go back for a pedicure but not for my nails.

I went to Signature Nail & Spa on August 24th to get a pedicure and a manicure. After a few days, I started to get a bad pain in my nail. I ignored the pain, but then it started getting worse. I went to the doctor and they had to lift my nail and drain the infection. This infection was from an unsanitary manicure. If it helps, Wendy was the nail technician that performed my manicure. I would think twice before going to this nail salon. Dont let the appearance fool you. I ended up paying 100.00 for the nail service and another 500.00 plus in medical bills. Save yourself from this nightmare!

I took my 12 year old daughter to get a pedicure. When I was asked what do I want, I stated a basic pedicure for my daughter. The lady sat her in a spa chair and offered me to get the gel for her and it would be just $21.... an extra $1. Well, when I got to the register to pay the bill was $46. I said hold up, you told me an extra $1.....but how she deceived me was that she didn’t tell me the price of the basic was $25 and an additional $21 for gel. Of course, they did not give me my money back. I spoke with the owner, he wanted me to bring my 12 year old daughter back to take the gel off and then he would give me my money back! I will not be going back, the way the price was stated was deceptive and wrong to do. Paying $46 for a 12 year old is not reasonable for me, maybe for others. My point is if they would have told me the price would be $46 for basic and gel, then I would have made a choice to not do gel. Very deceiving tactics!

I took my bosss advice and tried this nail salon. Good times here! All of the ladies are artists. They gave me a good shape that complimented my hand. The environment is positive and welcoming. Overall i give it 5 stars! When I want to get my nails done this is the only place I go!

I went to Wendy for 2 years receiving pedicures and dip nails. Had great experiences never a problem. Until last month, I got infections under 2 of my nails. She asked if I had hit it or something and the Manager asked if I had done gardening. I had done neither. I asked to have nails removed and I still had to pay for it. I will find somewhere else to go for my pedicures since my nails will probably fall off and I will not be getting them done for a long while.

I love Wendy! She does all kinds of art on my nails, I love to get my nails done here. Huge place that has all kinds of drinks. Highly reccomend.

Just moved to this city and was on the hunt for a new spot and finally i found this paradise! Everything was meticulously clean, and they all took their time and did a very thorough, very professional job. The environment was warm and relaxing. Will absolutely be coming back!

GREATNESS! Helen has been my tech for over 4 years. I am extremely picky about the appearance of my nails. I searched 2 years, after my tech retired,for a tech who was talented enough to meet my high expectations. I was very impressed with Helen, always happy with my result. The salon is well kept, clean and all are very courteous.

I got a gel manicure here yesterday and was very pleased with result. Sweet staff. Very good prices! Clean space. I definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Been going here for 2 years now and I love this place! They always get what I want right and they also dont pressure me into doing something I wouldnt want done on my nails. I wasnt sure if they were going to take me last night since it was about 40 minutes before closing cause I know it takes a while to do dip nails, but they did so anyway. This nail salon is the only place I go to for my eyebrow waxes since I dont trust anyone else but them. The establishment is very clean and professional. Staff is wonderful and so is the owner and his wife. They really value their customers and I plan on going here for very long time.

The The service was terrible the nail tech rushed doing my nail and they came out so bad. I do not recommend anybody get there nails done here. Toe is ok it’s hard for anyone to mess up on your feet.

Wow what a horrible experience!!! SO RUDE. First I asked for long nails and Wendy said no one does long nails in this area but she’ll do it anyway. Then I asked to file down the huge thick hill on my nail and she said she will but it needs to be thick or my nail will break. She also wouldn’t remove the polish from the side of my nail because it would mess my nail up. I paid and walked out with my nails unfinished, all while she talked to her co workers about it. Keep in mind I’ve been getting my nails done LONG for 10+ years. Poor poor customer service

I have been going here for years and they always do a good job. I recommend them and others love them as well. Fair warning. Tina is the worst! She gave me a “French solar” and I have never seen something so ugly before. In between the pink and white is this stripe of clear where you can see the fake tip and the uneven cut of my natural nail. When I went back to get them fixed she comes up front and starts yelling how it’s not her fault then goes off still chatting about me tothe other techs. This has been one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had from any salon. Highly disappointed cause I really did love this place

Free drinks to help u relax and a luxurious foot spa treatment with a massage, yes please. This is the best place in town and prices are reasonable. I keep going here also because the facility is very large. It does not reek like chemicals like the other smaller places in town. Plus, the last forever! I got my toes done in January, and they are just now needing to be redone in April.... the quality is great! Sometimes, I wish the nails didnt last so long because Id like to go back more often.

Extremely poor customer service towards African Americans. I asked how much a service was to the owner he stated one price. However, when I was done the nail technician argued with me in front of other customers and increased the price .in addition. I was not offered a complimentary beverage as the Caucasian customers were. I work too hard tobe treated this way.Dont waste your time or money here especially if you dont want the bail technician telling you how long she took on your nails .

Do not, I repeat do not go to this nail salon!! When you first walk in the place is quite nice and clean but customer service is terrible!!! The nail techs will argue with you about what you want and then turn around and argue in their dialect about the same thing like people are stupid and dont know that their being talked about. I was so livid with Kelly who did my pedicure and an older male tech with spiked hair and glasses who did my nails. They had the nerve to argue with me about the shade of pink I wanted on my nails and the type of glitter I wanted. I was outraged I told them I am the customer I am paying you to do a service you should be able to give me what ever nail color I want in whatever combination. They then tried to be nice and polite thereafter but it was all an act. Do not go here unless you want to get into an arguement with the tech about your nail color or get belittled for pointing out a mistake. For this they get absolutely no stars!!!!!!!

Like going to this place because its close to home and its on a strip where I get to walk to the other stores I may need to go to right after. But still havent found a nail lady in there that I like. They either try to over sell, or they dont know their techniques to well. I have gone there maybe 5 times and the only thing I have loved is the part where they give you a drink while you wait. Might just not go back next time... the are plenty of nail places nearby this one just was very convenient when I had to do other shopping. But I guess prices are good for what youre getting.For example: last time I got the almond shape style and the woman who did them left some uneven and crooked. Instead of trying to sell me extra services she shouldve focused on what I really went in for

I went this last friday and got my nails done. i’ve also added rhinestones to them, literally within an hour after i left the nail salon all the rhinestones fell off. i went back in there today and showed them, and they refused to give me a refund nor a discount on my next visit. never going back there again.

I had a really bad experience here! Me and my sister in-law went to get our nails done here at 7:15 and they don’t close until 8. We were wanting to do Nexgen and a pedicure. We got there and they waited 10 mins before even greeting us. They sat us down in the chair to get our pedicure and I informed my nail tech that massage chair was not working. She said she would inform her manager, but nothing was done about it. It wasn’t that big of a deal to me so I let it go. Mid way through our pedicure the manager came over and asked if we could come back tomorrow to get our nexgen done.... are you kidding me?!?? We came with plenty of time to do both and we had to get a sitter to watch our little ones so no we can’t come back tomorrow!!!! So we were then rushed through our pedicure then rushed to the chair to get our nails done. The nail tech literally told me to “HURRY” to the chair before the lady doing my toes could even get my shoes on. She rushes through doing my nails and cuts my cuticles multiple times while filing. She lets my nails sit for 1 min when they usually say at least 5 and then told me to go wash my hands. They ask us to pay right after and told us bye. Walking out to the car with wet nails that they told us we’re completely dry. My nails and toes are now all smudged! I paid over $70 for smudged ugly crooked nails! Never coming back!!! And I would encourage you to try somewhere else. We would’ve gone to Grand Nail Salon right down the street but they close at 7:30. Next time we will be sure to go early to Grand Nail Salon to avoid this happening again.

Have been going to this nail salon for over 2 years, every 3 weeks. Pedis and acrylic fills. The techs are well trained, friendly and courteous. More importantly, the workstations and pedi spas are always spotless. With more than a dozen nail spas within a 2 miles radius, its easy to go to a competitor if the service doesnt measure up. Never felt the need to do so and will continue to give them my business.

I have gone to this place a total of three times. Once was years ago, when they first opened and the acrylic nails they put on me cracked the second I tried to open a can of soda minutes after I left. I swore to never return. However, I was in the area and I really needed to have my nails done about two weeks ago. That time wasnt as bad. I asked for them rounded and the shape of my nails came out horrible and wonky. I figured that I could have them fixed when I returned. I returned to have my nails filled in today and the fill was literally the worst. The woman nearly tore up my cuticle and didnt put the powder all the way down the sides of my nails. Theres so many blemishes with the fill, and on top of that, the clear coat didnt dry apparently and most of my nails were smudged. I didnt notice until I got outside. It was 40 dollars down the drain.The staff is very friendly, and the salon is very clean and well maintained, but I wont ever be returning.

If you like being hurt and not provided with what you asked for, this place is it! Quality of care has gone down hill and I felt pushed through like cattle. I will not return.

I was cut on 8 fingers, and overcharged by 22$. The lady who did my nails asked me if I had ever been there before, while I had, I said no to see if she was planning on doing this. My receipt has no explanation of charges either, just the $75 even though I got a 28$ acrylic set and $25 pedicure. That doesnt add up to 75. Will not be going back, my nails are very uneven and my toes chipped within minutes of leaving. Shame, I liked this place until my horrible experience yesterday. Also, my acrylics started lifting after 5 days.

I have been getting gel manicure and pedicures here since i moved here, the last 3 times have been anything but great. My gel peeled in 4 days this last time and they way over charged me for basic gel mani pedi usually around 55- 65 dollars depending but the woman swipped my debit card before relaying the price of $92 dollars to me. scammed me of my money, disappointed and switching salons!

I came here 3 weeks ago at 6pm for a mani and pedi. I don’t understand why the mail techs we’re in such a hurry to do my nails took about 25 minuets and it was crappy work. Keep in mind they will have 3 hours till it closed. The place was not full at all even the same ladies that wore there getting a pedi somehow I was still done before them. My gel nails has uneven layers, sloppy work and by my cutícals the ends are not even down more like crooked. I spend 65 dollars. What a waste. I do not recommend at all. My nails started to chip by the second week, Poor quality powder could be the problem not sure.

Nails broke

Overall experience getting my nails done was great, 2 1/2 weeks later a couple of my nails started to chip off as expected but one of my nails hurt so bad coming off and it ripped off my entire nail.

Went yesterday 45 mins before they closed for a manicure, worst manicure ever. The nail tech was in a rush didnt even cut my nails and gave my nails an uneven shape. The nail polish is uneven. The nail tech told me to leave 5 mins after finishing, the nail polish wasnt dried!! He just wanted me to pay and give him a tip which honestly he did not deserve it. Not going back!

I went today to have them take off my Nexgen nails and return to my natural nails. They did a horrible job, they left some of the nexgen still on my nail and then proceeded to paint clear nail polish over my nail as if it wasnt still there. I then had to go home and file down everyone one of my nails because she left them uneven and rough on the edges. I have never been so embarrassed with how my nails look and now I am going to have to go to another nail salon just to get them to finish taking off the Nexgen like this place should have done. Dont waste your time or money or on this place.

My experience was horrible and over charged. For my 2 year old daughter, it was $30 for a mani and pedi, even though we went about a month ago and were only charged $5. I was charged $60 for my mani and pedi. I did not receive a foot massage, nor had any special treatment to my hands, nor did my daughter. Her nail polish is smudged and I have bubbles on my nails. We were rushed to get out and pay and were treated rudely in the process. The lady and man talked to me with such disrespect. I will never go there again. They dont even deserve a 1 star so do think twice about going to this location.

Went in for an eyebrow wax, left with half my eyebrow missing. Will not go again, honestly I only went because I had a coupon but I dont see a point in going back for the last 10$ I have on it. Very disappointed, now I have to wait for my eyebrow to grow back in before I can fix it.
