The MVP experience is fabulous. I decided to upgrade to the double MVP. Loved the shampoo, the conditioner, the scalp massage, the warm towels, the back massage, the entire experience. I deleted all my other salon apps. Sports Clips is now my only choice.

Although not my primary barber (due to distance for me) Ive been to this one a number of times & no matter who cuts my hair they provide great customer service & a do good job cutting fades; maybe cuz they seem to take notes from previous visit &/or remember from last time. Either way, its good customer service. I reallt like the option of making appointments or just walking in. You can look at their app to see wait times, see whos working, set an appointment, or check-in from the parking lot. On top of that, the price is pretty good compared to others Ive dealt with in this area (including vets). I would recommend this place.

It was a nice experience and since it was my first time at a sports clips I got the double vip experience which was a welcoming experience.

I have been taking my son for years. I love that they keep record of what he likes so he can go it and get his same style with no fuss.

I made an appt online, was told to show up one hour later. We received the text saying 15 minute warning. We arrived and checked in and were listed on the board as being less than 10 minutes from our turn. A guy and his kid walked in and said he did all this stuff online but he wasnt showing anywhere. They added him to the list and then bumped our appt 20 minutes. It was very unprofessional. And then instead of trying to make it right they kept telling me about his problem. It wasnt our fault and yet we were the ones who got bumped.

Olivia had given me my haircut this previous visit to this location. I usually get my hair done by Amanda. Nonetheless, I HIGHLY recommend both of these stylists to get your hair done right. They take the time to ensure you like the style and length of hair before cutting any longer. The facilities are very cleaned and the employees are very respectful. I recommend this establishment if you are looking for a great experience with cutting hair, a wash, and a massage! The MVP Experience is the best value, you will NOT be disappointed with the service!

So I absolutely love this place. I moved away for 18 months and came back and it’s just still as great as it used to be. You can download their app create a username and password and then sign and choose your stylist if you have a favorite, and then hold your place in line. Then once you arrive in the parking lot you can press a button to let them know that you’re there and they walk out and get you or you can go in and have a seat.They have a system where they write down all the notes and details of your haircut and what you prefer so in case you do get another stylist they have all the information they need to make sure they cut your hair correctly. It is an absolute wonderful experience.If you’re looking for a place to go get your haircut I highly recommend These folks.The only thing is with Covid running wild you will have some long weights so if you wanna get your haircut at two in the afternoon I suggest you go up on the app at noon and get logged in so that you have a spot in line as sometimes there’s a 120 minute wait especially on the weekends.

Keyla gave me an excellent haircut. I showed her a photo on my phone (an internet meme photo ha!) and she replicated the hairstyle perfectly! She was fast, clean, and very pleasant to chat with. While she was cutting my hair, other staff members were vacuuming up hair, wiping down counter surfaces and sanitizing scissors/clippers/combs. They place is spotless, the atmosphere is relaxed and they quality of service is better than anyplace Ive been to.

This was the second time Ive been there since my barber stepped away due to covid first cut was ok this time was alright too its hard to get the hair cut you want when someone has done it for years.

Nice people but oof.. this is the second time theyve shaved the back of my head way high. Not real pleased and it looks ridiculous.. I cant think of a barber thats ever done this.. its gonna take weeks to grow out and money to fix. Fortunately hat weather is coming.. Wont return. ***update management reached out to me and was very nice about the whole thing.. In the end I think it was just rough communication with a particular stylist. Thanks for the extended customer service.

Great cut everytime!

Arrived only 10 minutes before closing time on December 23, honestly only expecting to ask what the hours were going to be on Christmas Eve. My stylist, who Im sorry to say I dont remember her name, said she would gladly take me since I already made the effort to come in. She didnt rush at all, made suggestions on ways to style my hair, and talked about the holidays with our families. While Im sure she would have liked to have been on her way home to her young children, rather than staying after closing time, she never let it appear that way. My only regret is that after leaving, while I chose the highest standard tip choice, I wished I had left more to show my appreciation for service above and beyond during the hectic holiday season.

I love getting my haircut here. I boast about the company often about how they consistently do a great job. I have only once not been satisfied with a cut that I received by a newer stylist and I came back the next day to have it corrected and they did it for free. Everyone is friendly and they know what products to use and how to cut well. They are a bit pricier but you pay for quality and good service

Always a great cut, Liz does a phenomenal job with my hair. Would recommend to anyone. They listen to what style you want, I usually go in with a picture on my smart phone and she nails it every time. Always love the conversation and have a great time.

I was extremely impressed by the assistant manager Taryn’s personality and styling. She was super friendly. I’ve had the same person cut my hair for over 16 years but I couldn’t make it and needed a trim. Taryn was amazing. I will definitely come back to have her cut my hair!

If you dont have a preference then simply check in Online and book yourself into their waitlist and they will service you as soon as possible. Great place and staff as well if you love watching sports this is the place to go for a great haircut and watching sport shows or sports its a great combo.

So whats not to like? Haircut, wash, hot towel and massage all for 23 bucks? The place is sports themed and has several tvs with sports news on. Better get their app, because if you show up at wrong time, youll be waiting for an hour or more. Sign in from the app and avoid the wait.

I like the people. Ive had Amanda cut my hair twice and have been very happy with her work. She is well skilled and very personable. She makes the experience enjoyable.

Good hairstylists but another place that suffers from not be able to keep an appointment. I signed up online and called ahead to confirm my sign up, was told 45 minutes, showed up 45 minutes later, and was told I had a 30 minute wait. Why use an appointment system at all?

Like the ease and quickness of checking in from home, showing up and waiting less than 5 minutes, and having my preferences known no matter which stylist, and coming out feeling fresh every time!

I always enjoy coming to this Sports Clips. I always request and wait for Keara but all of the stylists are good and friendly. Keara always listens to all requests and asks questions if shes unsure of anything. She is well worth the wait!

Even though the girl cutting my hair was polite, my hair got messed up pretty bad. I told her to take a little off the top and she took a lot off. It looks like a very oddly shaped military cut now.
