Vilma and Marina cleaned my apartment and they did an amazing job! I was quoted 2hrs and they werent a minute over. In fact, they might have been a little quicker than 2hrs. I just had this team over for the first time. I have never seen my glass door shower look so clean! They even cleaned our nick-naks on the bathroom counter. And my floors were so clean and not sticky!It was a little hard to communicate with the lady in-charge of the team of 3, But now I know I can simply email them and give them full instructions ahead of time, so this shouldn’t be a problem in the future.

I hired Its Cleaning Time! to deep clean my bathroom after I had some construction done. Everything was cleaned to perfection, and they even cleaned debris from the tops of my cabinets where I hadnt noticed it. I definitely recommend Its Cleaning Time!

I scheduled a move out cleaning at our old place, but when we finally got into the new place, we were so disappointed to see how dirty it was. We wanted our new place to feel and smell shiny and new for us. My partner called It’s Cleaning Time and they immediately went to work getting our new place cleaned for us! It felt so much better right away! I was so grateful for their quick availability to our needs. They did a fantastic job! It looked and smelled and felt so much better! We could be excited about moving our things into our sparkling new place again!While It’s Cleaning Time was getting our new house ready for us, we were finishing loading up the truck on our end and I was appalled at how dirty our old house was. I called Clemencia and even though I already had an appointment, I wanted to make sure she and the team were aware that our old house was really dirty and to be prepared for that because we wanted to do all we could to make sure it was ready for the walk through with the property management. I was exhausted from all the moving and knew that I didn’t want to do anything extra like sweeping or wiping down the fridge. Clemencia assured me that they would take care of it all and not to worry about it. So I left it in total disarray, dust bunnies and all. We got all of our things out and moved into our shiny new place. The next day, I went to walk through with the property manager. I arrived early just to check it out before I did the walk through. I was so amazed by how clean it was! It was so dirty before and they truly made it shine. I thought for sure we wouldn’t get our deposit back when I left the old house the day before, but now it looked so much better that the property manager said it looked great and we would, indeed, get our full deposit back!

Weve been using Its Cleaning Time! for several years now and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!! Im not a regular customer; I dont have a set schedule for them to clean my house but I probably do use them at least once a month. I call and ask them to squeeze me in and they have never let me down!!! Professional and thorough. I have a big house and had just the first level deep cleaned (1800+ sq.feet) It took 5 hours, but every surface, floor, mini-blind, baseboard, ceiling fan, mirror, sink, tub, shower, corner, was cleaned. I have very dark hardwood floors and they looked brand new (and better than I have ever been able to clean them!). I feel the price is justified with how clean my house was. I plan to use them regularly as well as a deep clean upstairs.The ladies were polite and respectful. I have met the owner and she is delightful!

Weve been using Its Cleaning Time for three years now and are extremely happy with Rosa and her team. Rosa is very responsive and professional. She always handles any of our special requests. Everyone that has cleaned our house is very good, but we found one person in particular that we like and request her every time. Its easier because she knows our house very well now. Another cleaning service cancelled my appointment the morning they were supposed to come out. I looked at my Nextdoor app to see if anyone had suggestions. I called Its Cleaning Time at about 9:30am and they were able to schedule a team to come out later in the afternoon. Lidia and Kathy did a FANTASTIC job on my condo. They vacuumed and mopped and dusted places I wouldnt have thought of. I would highly recommend this cleaning service!

I would like to give Its Cleaning Time 3.5 stars. They were quick to respond and schedule service. They actually arrived early and got to work quickly. Overall they did a good job and I will use them again. My biggest and really only issue was that the bathroom floors were not cleaned and I really wanted that given that I have young boys who create messes.

This company is FRAUD! DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO! 2 maids came to do less than 2 hrs of general cleaning, because we just moved into this new house. We were told charge by hour, $75. The woman owner took our credit card info and gone. The next thing we know was $690 charged on our credit card. NO BILLING STATEMENT, NO CALL, NO RECEIPT. We contacted the owner multiple times, NO ANSWER, NO RETURN CALLS. We are working with law enforcement and credit card company now to expose and stop their scams.

Have always had good experiences with Its Cleaning Time. Any changes I requested were normally taken care of the next time. A little high in price but they do a thorough job. Changes I have requested for vacation and such have been accommodated.

From the emailed quote all the way to the actual housework, these folks were awesome! i had never hired anyone to come and clean our house, so I wasnt sure what to expect. I worked with Clemencia via email to figure out scheduling and pricing, and she was very responsive. They texted the day before and the day of reminding me of the appointment and to clarify how they were to gain access inside the home.Once they arrived, the two girls were very kind, courteous, and communicative as well. As they began working, they realized it was going to take more time than what we previously agreed to, and shortly after, Clemencia reached out to see if it was OK that they stay longer, knowing that would increase the final cost. Im glad they stayed because my house is cleaner, better place for it! While my husband and I usually do the regular maintenance cleaning, we agreed we needed to hire them back on a quarterly basis to keep our house looking tip-top!Well be repeat customers for sure!

First of all, Its Cleaning Time answered the very first time I called. Other cleaning services seem to have a discouraging booking process. Secondly, this company has reasonable prices and does not enforce any annoying contracts such as minimum hours of cleaning booked nor do they force multiple bookings. The home areas that I requested over the phone were fully known to the team that arrived. The team came prepared with all supplies. The quality of the work was 4.5 out of 5 stars. I am only holding off on 5 stars because I think 5/5 stars for cleaning means something very specific. I would GLADLY book this company again! My only suggestion is that the cleaners wear more protective gear (masks when cleaning ovens etc.). Breathing such fumes should be avoided as much as possible.

Heres a bit about why I love their service: 1) They use all-natural, non-toxic cleaning products and methods, which I prefer. I have a lot of allergies and I cant stand the artificial smells in most cleaning products, which actually contribute to indoor pollution. 2) Her team does a thorough job and will focus on anything I need them to if I ask. Used for a rental move-out. They did a decent job, however the oven was not cleaned as well as it could have been and requires an additional cleaning. For a 4 hour cleaning of a 2 bedroom apartment, I would have expected this to be done better.

The move out clean was extremely thorough, and we were very happy with how the house looked.The carpet cleaning team got stuck in San Antonio for the day (we are in Austin), but we were able to reschedule. However, our landlord was not cooperative in the delayed timeline. The team at Its Cleaning Time talked directly with our landlord, and after no change, refunded us with lots of apologies.We were very impressed with their investment in helping us, and despite the carpet not being cleaned, we were really happy with the service. Estimated for 5 hours for a 1500sqft, and it took 3 to do an excellent job. They can also do carpet cleaning. Highly recommended for move-out (+carpet) cleaning and paid less than if I had hired two separate services.

After days of speaking with the woman I worked with (and her continually pulling the bait and switch) I cancelled. She continued telling me shed have someone over at 1:30pm, then at 12:30 I receive a text telling me they cant come anymore, but could come later for an upcharge. I obliged, and was then informed again they wouldnt be able to make it, but would come tomorrow for an additional upcharge. After days of speaking with the woman and letting her know the deadline for what I needed (and having the time moved back while the price increased numerous times) I decided to call it quits. I will not use this company, I would not recommend them purely from a logistical standpoint. An organization which operates with such a low level of integrity will not be one I use for any in home service.

Not sure why this got so many rave reviews. We ordered a deep clean for 6 working hours but ended up getting worse that what I could accomplish in less than 2 hours myself. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.We communicated beforehand clearly on which rooms need cleaning. Two workers who do not speak English at all came over, no communication, went straight to wrong rooms and started mopping. They are mostly just mopping and dusting, not paying attention to any other stuff. Some gunk just required a simple scrape / scrub to come off, but they did not even have scrapers/scrubbers, just a couple of rugs.Wood flooring was just mopped by hand carelessly, leaving swirl/mop watermarks everywhere. Windows were missed. Tiles still had gunks on them (apparently scraping/scrubing is not what they do according to their supervisor). Oven still has food residue inside. Dishwasher was not cleaned at all.Overall a very unhappy experience. Lessons learned, do not simply believe reviews. Ask them what people are doing the cleaning, what equipment do they have, and what they can guarantee done per working-hour.

Expensive and didnt clean very well. I was glad they could schedule me in so quickly so I was willing to pay more, but was dissapointed they didnt do a good job. Glass top desk was not cleaned, laundry room tile not cleaned, shower tile wall not cleaned, and they forgot to clean the sink. I emailed them immediately after to let them know but never heard back. Dissapointing especially given the high cost.

The cleaners were very laid back, they did not clean the corner webs in a deep cleaning, yet charged full price. I would not recommend using them for a one time cleaning service.
