I decided to give these folks a try after I inquired about their starch options. I wanted extra heavy starch. Pretty simple. I thought I made it pretty clear that I was coming to them because of a buddy who says they make his shirts TOO starchy. When I went to pick up my items the front desk informed me that the Credit Card machine was down. OK, Fine, Ill walk to HEB and get cash. Come back with cash to get my shirts, only to find out that my shirts werent extra starchy, but instead were done as regular laundered shirts. Bummer. She was apologetic and offered to redo my shirts, but never offered a discount. I needed the shirts for the weekend so a redo wasnt a question. I wont be back. Adding insult to injury, the shirts cost almost $3 a piece!!! No thanks, Ill stick with my trusty cleaners which is out of the way, but they know how to take care of their customers.

Worst experience Ive ever had with a business of any sort. My white shirt had what looked like ink on the collar. I brought the shirt in, pointed it out as the thing I wanted focused on, and left. I returned to pick up the shirt and the spot was still there. I asked if theyd tried everything they could on it, and the employee couldnt answer the question. I left the shirt there again to be sent back through. Second time I picked it up, it appeared that the stain had been cut out of the shirt. Literally a hole in the collar with threads splayed out. I told the employee, and she apologized and offered to have the owner look into possible reimbursement. Fast forward 6 weeks, 5-6 phone calls, and a bottle of scotch. By this point Id spoken with the manager, but never with the owner who could make the decision. Id replaced the shirt at this point and finally decided to give up. I couldnt stand the runaround I received, and the shady way they handled me, their customer. I opened a complaint with the BBB that didnt result in anything because of a lack of evidence. This store ruined my shirt and wasted hours of my time. Do NOT go here.

I wanted to warn you all about a local business that does not care about its customers at all... and hopefully save your clothes from being ruined as mine are.I have been to Hangers Cleaners on Louis Henna a few times for dry cleaning and hadnt had a problem, however, they have now lost a customer over 2 pairs of jeans. I took in 2 pairs of jeans to be altered (1 of which was brand new, still had tags), 4 weeks ago. I clearly stated that I wanted a jeans hem which is different from regular slacks. I went back a week later to pick them up and found them to be done incorrectly. When I questioned, this, I was told I could leave them and they would send them back. I explained again what I wanted (I have had jeans hemmed before, so I was clear in my explanation as to what I wanted). I went back to check on them 3 days later, with no further information. I went back today, only to be told that the only way they would be redone is if I paid for a second alteration. Their mistake was not my fault! If they messed up, why would I have to pay for it to be done correctly, particularly when I was clear as to what I wanted? They were no in way willing to make this right. I asked why I hadnt been called since my jeans had not even left their store in this 3 week period. They had no answer. So now I have jeans I had to pay $30 to get back, that still need to be done correctly. Very disappointed in their concern and their customer service.

Incredible customer service from Sandra, she greeted me as soon as I walked in the establishment. She assisted me in getting my suits ready pressed within my desired time. I will definitely be back!

AVOID!! Due to location overlooked the so-so cleaning jobs they would always perform. Last straw was an alteration/repair that ended up ruining clothing. I simply asked for refund which owner refused. That was last straw, Id rather just drive out of my way rather than deal with their crappy service again.

Since I was told by a good friend about the good service and reasonable prices i came here and Im not moving. yeyyyyy.

Very poor customer service. We took some clothes for laundry and ended up losing some . After enquiring about the missing items, I was told there was nothing found. After a few days I got s call to go pick up a shirt. Am still missing one more item that I dropped to this location. I will never go back to this laundry again.

I was getting patches put on one of my shirts and I gave them the exact details and then the lady told me to just put a pin in it exactly where I want it and They couldn’t get that right!
