Dropped off work clothes to be pressed/ dry cleaned. They came out perfect. The staff is great and I received my clothes a day sooner than expected. The pricing is reasonable/affordable.I went to Jack Brown cleaners previously, but they were more expensive and I would have to have them fix the creases because I would always have double creases. Thats when I was told by a coworker to try Ricks cleaners and I have not been disappointed.

I had dry cleaning done on several occasions. The work was great, no complaints. But it is unusual to pay before the work is done. But the work is good.

Id had such a bad experience with Ricks at this particular location..... Id heard that management had changed and decided to give them yet, another try. Im really big on customer service annnddddd Service was great! Clothes done to my liking. Manager waited on me, who was super nice and customer friendly. Im a Ricks customer, again!

I go to Rick’s for dry-cleaning services. I’ve been using them for years. THEY are my cleaners! I like the quality of work, they always have them ready when they say, and they are one of the less expensive cleaners. Thank you Rick’s for great service!!

Clothes are always cleaned nicely and ready for pickup at correct time but the customer service needs a little more touching up! Never once had a friendly smile and I go there 2 and 3 times a month. But Im thinking about a change!

My comforter has never looked better. I will definitely be using Ricks again.

I have been using this cleaners for my boyfriend weekly for about a year. They’ve consistently given me the best service and on time pickup of my items. There was a moment for about a month or two where they had an inexperienced worker but they quickly identified the worker and their service skyrocketed back up to top-notch dry cleaning. Things happen and no one is perfect. My advice to everyone is if you’ve recently given up on them I’d reconsider trying them once again. If you don’t you are making a mistake.

Like their business, give first responders discount. One of a few that still give next day service during these difficult times.

They are great on pressing my jeans and the price is just right.

To me, dry cleaning is a regular chore without any glamour or fanfare. The staff at this cleaners is always friendly and makes this chore a little less mundane. My clothes have always been processed properly and on time, and they have excellent prices! Two reasons this store did not receive 5 stars: Customers must pay in advance and must walk into the store instead of pull up to a drive-through.

Dry cleaning is less expensive and just as good as the other businesses.

A little expensive and it takes a long time to receive your items back however I do think they do a good job so I gave them a 4 star

This place is a joke for a business. The only decent part of my experience was when I dropped my comforter off. It had to sent back to be reworked because it was dirty and stained, which I do not remember seeing brown stains on it before. Neither time when I dropped off or tried to pickup the first time did anyone actually look it over or ask questions. Each time I tried to ask the woman about it before I could finish my question her automatic response was I dont know, I didnt take it in, I didnt see it, we just send it off. She was very short and dismissive like I was interrupting her day.Next time I will stick with Jack Brown Cleaners who have common sense and are much more professional.

I have been going to this location for 11 years now. I am always greeted by name and if there is no one ahead of me, Valerie or Alanna usually have my pick up ready by the time I get out of my vehicle and in the door. Both of these ladies are always pleasant and such a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone.

Wonderful and always very pleasant staff! I love it they actually know who you are when you pull up in the parking to pick up dry cleaning. I changed dry cleaners due to previous company kept ruining my clothes and I’ve had no issues with this team and their services.

Been going here for 3 months. Maybe I’ve just been unlucky, but there’s always been “something” that has prevented service from being good. Today, the truck with shirts was late and I was expecting to have them back. Sometimes the staff members don’t know what they are doing on the computer.

Cashier wasnt listening; demanded $ in front & didnt provide what I asked w/o apology, or reparations. I was tired & hurried so I didnt make a scene. Luckily for this typically ill-bred American, he probably wont get another chance.

I picked up a polo button down shirt for a wedding that I was going to in Louisiana and when I got to the wedding I noticed a huge tear in the back of the shirt along the seam. When I got back into town I took it back in and was told that they cant do anything about it if I do not have the claim ticket. How many people when they are out of town getting dressed in a hotel would remember to save the claim ticket that comes on your dry cleaning when you pick them up??? I asked if the people who do the actual dry cleaning check the shirts for tears and was told that it is the customers job to check the cloths that you pick up. Since they do not have computers at any of the Ricks cleaners they can not look up customers, everything is handwritten. What business does not have a computer to store customer information. RICKS CLEANERS IS TERRIBLY RUN AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Barbara who deals with customer service is a joke and is no help!

If your sign says you are open until 5:00, stay open until 5:00. If youre going to close ten (or even five) minutes early, dont have a posted closing time.
