They tinted my windows, and no clue how they got tar in the carpet, but they did. Also cut my leather seats. Had spray all over my truck. Horrible place. It was a brand new truck!

At first since it was rainy n moist it wasnt good but when we called them they said give it a few more days and when the sun comes out it will dry out the moisture bubbles and as soon as the sun came out they was rite the bubbles dried up and looks good. Id give them all my business and tell my friend and family to go to them.

So I was in line on St Joe to take a left on the Lloyd, it was 4pm so the traffic was terrible. Apparently Mark Cole was trying to get out of a parking lot to the left of me. I didn’t even c him. I’m in line with cars in front and back of me. He proceeds to put his truck in drive, and gunned it towards my car! Stopped short of the side of my car to scare me. I was startled to say the least, I looked over, he was screaming and yelling!!! Then he put it in reverse to get out of the way of traffic. I couldn’t believe someone could act like that. I would have called the police for road rage, but I had my 4 year old grandson in the car with me. What kind of man does that?? It was not just a small ordeal. He seriously almost slammed into me. Just to scare me

Got my tint done here and had to go back again to get it stripped and redone because I had bubbles still in my windows. I was told to wait 12-14 days before calling if I still had bubbles, since it had been cloudy so less sun-light was getting to my windows and evaporating them. The tint comes with a life-time warranty which I love. They redid the tint for me and it looks great but again... more bubbles. I got this done about three weeks ago and it has been incredibly sunny about 3/4s of this length of time. Im not taking it back. Good product but I dont feel like they value their customers. Also, they cut the fabric of my interior next to the windshield and didnt let me know or reimburse me. I will be getting it stripped and redone elsewhere.

Have gone there twice. First time did a terrible job. Second time was enough for me. Had my new 2015 mustang tinted and they left it a mess. There was dried window tinting spray everywhere on the outside and inside. And they were more than happy to take my money and get me out quick. Go to tint unlimited. Satisfaction guaranteed. Way more professional.

Done a great job! Would of gave a 5 tho if they wouldnt of left dried up water spots on my leather that I have to clean up now. Lol But they probably had a busy schedule tho.

They cracked my front windshield when they tried to put the strip across it and when I came to pick my car up they didnt tell me about it. Then when I confronted the owner mark he said they didnt do it they said it was already cracked before so I had to pay out of my own pocket for a new windshield I highly recommend nobody go there.

Owner is the most rude business owner Ive ever met, had did business with his company more than once in the past they did decent work had a few bubbles that wouldnt go away on every vehicle I had done by them but after actually meeting mark I will never return for business again I will have Tint Unlimited do my work from now on.

We recently had Mark tint our sunroom windows. When he came, he gave us an estimate for tinting which was agreed upon, and explained it would make approximately 23 degrees difference in the temperature in the room. We had decided on the tint to avoid the noise from the air conditioner. The tinting was applied and we received an invoice $500.00 over the agreed amount with Mark. After much conversation, we paid the agreed upon amount. The tinting was applied on June 14, 2016. Granted, we have had several extremely hot days, but differences in the room temperature have not been affected and are still unable to used the room. Again, we were told 23 degrees difference. It took several phone calls to get a response from Mark. When he came out this morning, what he told us today was totally different that when he was trying to sell us on it. He left after a pretty heated discussion saying he took care of his customers but had no solution for us. In other words, too bad you are not happy with your results!

We had to have one of our customers windshields done that had a crack in it.The job that make coles did was very quick and efficient. They had our customer done in less than 2 hrs and ready to go the same day. I will always bring my business back to them.

BIGGEST mistake Ive ever made. This place was recommended by a friend, and as a car person, I felt comfortable taking my vehicle there. How I wish I could turn back time; not only did they do a notably TERRIBLE job with my window tinting (visible to the naked eye from a few feet away), but they melted the plastic side panels on my BRAND NEW vehicle. They refused to reimburse us the for the poor job, saying that they know which guy in the shop did it and he doesnt do it like this every time. Im sorry, but that one guy needs to be fired, especially if this is happening to repeat customers. What remained was a brand new damaged vehicle and a VERY unhappy customer. Mark Cole himself has made excuse after excuse on the issue.This is the first bad review Ive ever posted about a company. But this one was just too great to let go. Please look elsewhere for window tinting.

Do not take your vehicle here. First time I had bubbles and hair under all of the windows and was left with smears from the solution all over. Brought it back in to have all my windows fixed and there are still two windows with hairs and bubbles on it PLUS now I have four scratches on my rear window of my brand new truck.Not worth the money or the time. Take your vehicle elsewhere.
