Love love this place. Rose is the best as is the rest of her crew. The wait time is worth it. She will not rip you off like other nail shops here in rick Hill. Definitely stop in and see her!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This place left my toe mangled. She cut my toenail so short that it is not only growing back painfully but it is infected at the cuticle.

Used to be the best pedicure in Rock Hill. They switched up who does them and shes not worth a damn. I left with my feet still rough feeling and my polished toes chipped in two days. This used to be my monthly treat. Guess Ill save that money until I can find another place.

I went yesterday to get a fill in and they did terrible Im am highly upset when I got my nails done in the first place they were pretty but after the fill in, oh no the are bad most of the are crooked, the paint is bubbled up in some spots on the nails and on top of everything she cut my finger. I was really hoping I found a good place because like I said the first set I loved, and was a good price. So Im going back to get these fix hopefully they do better.

The owner made sure we were comfortable and happy with our services. Great prices and superior service.. We will be back!

I sat in there 30-45min without any acknowledgement then 3 other ladies came in after me got acknowledge and started their pedicures. The 4th person came in they told her to pick her color out... Then they had flies flying all around. Remind you I was there to get a full set and pedicure. So I walked out and went to another salon that was much better.. I use to go there all the time but never again.

HORRIBLE!!!! The place was disgusting & not up to code! I broke a nail & went to get it repaired! The color did not match & it was painted on like a 3yr old! I nicely asked for a refund, the owner was RUDE! She said i could not get the same color since it was done somewhere else! She did not say that when we started! I will NEVER go back there!!!

I normally go here for my eyebrow wax I went yesterday for a pedicure and eyebrow wax after getting pedicure I waited on the lady for about an hr another customer jumped in front on me who had came in way after me and she service her 1st. I told the lady I was there 1st she told me 2 wait a few minutes I told her No she just lost a customer ..how freaking rude can 1 be I hate that it happen because she has been doing my eyebrows for 3yrs now but I cant and wont deal with the rudeness!!!

Was in Rock Hill SC for a wedding. Needed a place to get a pedicure. It was the same weekend as the prom. Called LA Nails Fri morning soon as they opened and got an appointment for myself and my sister in law. Nice people, clean and got in and out in just over an hour. Had a nice young man do my pedicure and Im very ticklish and was herky-jerkey. Im sure it was annoying for him but he was really great.

Walked in and they didnt speak. No type of acknowledgment at all.

I have been going here for years I received nothing but compliments on my nails and the prices are definitely reasonable

I really do not have words for the way I was treated here. I waited an hour to be seen for a manicure and they had me soaking my nails in a bowl that had some white residue on it. I asked if I could have another bowl to soak in and the owner, Rose was very rude and told me to leave. Poor customer service does not even begin to cover the way I feel right now. I highly recommend Blush off of either Celanese or Dave Lyle Blvd.

No stars!!! I had to leave without polish on my nails. Teresa said she didnt have time for this because the first color I chose was only glitter even though it was different on the sample nail. The past few times I have gone to see Teresa she had an attitude and was very rude to me and the other clients in the shop. The people I have recommended going there all refuse to return due to bad customer service. I will NOT be going back. I think this business should learn that repeat customers are important AND good customer service is a MUST!!!

Went here on Friday it is now Thursday less than a week later I got a full set pedicure and a full set on my nails the full set on my toe nails was awful the paint is chipping off nails are rising up where the chipped paint is looks brown I usually never have a problem here but I will just stick with STAR NAILS on cherry road from now on I will post a picture so everyone can see the terrible work

I will never go back absolutely horrible and the customer service is awful went in for a fill in and toe polish the guy took 30 mins for polish change and they sat a walk-in in the chair before me after Ive been waiting for an hr . for a fill in there not professional at all and they dont have a wide range of colors for polish nothing up to date !
