I purchased a Groupon for a cut and color and am so happy I did! I have had Erica color my hair before and decided to have her cut it too. She did an excellent job with the color, cut and finish. She is knowledgeable, precise and very professional. I have paid twice the amount at other salons but have been happiest with the outcome atPure Bliss Salon and Erica. Will definitely be going back!

I never write reviews but unfortunately I feel the need to on this one. The price here is outrageous for the service provided and the website prices are extremely misleading. 200$ for a highlight, gloss and cut and it’s not like I have a ton of hair that needed to be worked with. Not to mention the stylist (who was very nice nothing against her personality) went against what I wanted. I said not too blonde of highlights I want caramel…they are blonde. I said please just a trim I don’t want layers or a lot cut off….I now have layers and lost 3 inches of hair. Very frustrated. And out 200$. Will never be coming back here

I had an appointment with Ellie. I am a woman of middle age that has never had my hair colored. I had full highlights, cut, blow out and a style. I absolutely love it. Im in awe that my hair could look like this and the color brought out diffeent features in my face. I love it and give Ellie 5 stars

Erica was great, she gave me a lovely haircut and was really friendly. And she didnt make fun of me for cutting my own bangs again........I will be back, thank you!!!

I was really excited to get my haircut since it had been about 6 months. I asked for the dead ends to be cut off with some layering at the bottom. She tried to give me some face framing layers and I ended up with the right side having this really short chunk that sticks out. I mentioned it at the my appointment that it didnt look right, and she got defensive that it was how face framing pieces look. Ive had the same hair style for 10+ years and it has NEVER looked like that. She offered to cut more off, which I politely declined. I now have the right side of my head evenly layered into the longer parts, and the left side with a huge chunk that is 4-5 inches shorter and wont blend. Ill be looking for a different salon after that. It seems like she accidentally cut all the hair to the short length instead of layering it on that side.

My hair is very difficult to work with but Ashley was excellent. She made sure to do what I requested and did it very well. My difficult hair is now manageable and healthy again, and Im excited to book more services.

Ellie is a very professional, young lady who knows all the modern techniques. It is a joy to finally have my hair styled the way I want! She was really thorough about making sure I understood her thought process and what she would be doing for my color and cut; this was really nice considering it was my first time here!! Tried and Loved! Purchased a Groupon, not expecting all that much, I was pleasantly surprised. I have been to much nicer salons in terms of appearance and location but the service here FAR outweighed those other salons. I had Erica for a wash, deep condition, cut and blowout, she was super friendly very energetic and passionate about her profession. She explained everything in detail, the products she used and was a perfectionist when cutting, checking for evenness and making sure I was satisfied. No high pressure sales for product, just a happy go lucky, professional stylist that I will certainly return to.

Quaint little diamond in the rough.I can’t tell you how many times I have passed by this little business park and never really noticed that it was not all doctor offices as I assumed.I purchased a hair cut and a deep conditioning treatment and was meticulously tended to by Ashley. She was detail oriented and professional as well as charming and pleasant to talk to.I would highly recommend this salon and look forward to returning.

Finally I found an amazing Salon. I was looking for a GOOD colorist and finally found one. I made an appointment with Ashley the owner and was very impressed. She knows color/highlights and is very professional. Great conversation and Beautiful Salon/Spa. I am new to the area and it is hard to trust just anyone to your hair. She listened to me and I have always had to leave my salons in the past and go home to fix my hair the way I like it.....but not today!!! Great Job

Ashley is very experienced, personable and will always work hard to make sure you get what you want. Her salon has a great staff and I love the Aveda products they use. I also get my eyebrows shaped/colored by Ashley because they come out way better than the other places Ive tried in the past. Highly recommend this salon for hair, waxing, nails, etc.!

Ashley is the only person that has successfully been able to cut and color my hair the way I truly wanted it. She also tints and waxes my eyebrows and I cant say that anywhere else would give me better results as I have been to many in the Rochester area! Best hair salon and spa ever

I love this Salon! Ashley has been doing my hair for over 10 years and I have never been disappointed. When Ashley has been unavailable I have been able to see Katie, whibalso does a fabulous job. I love that I can go to Pure Bliss Salon and get my hair cut, highlighted as well as get my eyebrows waxed and tinted and a mani/pedi all at the same appt. it’s an added bonus that this Salon carries Aveda products which are the very best!
