This nail salon is awesome! They take their time with services and do an excellent job. All employees are always kind and respectful and ensure that you receive the quality you pay for. Megan is great and runs an amazing business

I always enjoy going, the staff is very nice. The young man that works there gives the best manicures/pedicures! His attention to detail is the best! Never uneven or too thick with the gel polish! Last over 2 weeks for me!

Ultra impressed with cleaning/covid protocols. Place smelled great, not like nail polish which was ultra surprising in a good way. Staff ultra friendly and did a great job.

I went to get a regular mani/pedi this past Saturday morning and they were able to fit me in quickly and without a long wait. I had Lin do my nails and he was wonderful, efficient, and very kind. I will definitely be returning again!

Initially, the lady who greeted my cousin and I was friendly. The place was nice and not busy at all. The nail tech I had started off as nice but once it got to my nails, she started rushing as if there was a line of people waiting. My nails and feet are decent but I will not be going back.

It was my friend and I first time coming to this salon. The salon was very clean the lady who did my nails was very friendly and did a wonderful job on my nails. My friend also liked her services. They had great customer services and the price was affordable and I love how clean 🧼 they were with the tools.

Megan and her staff are extremely pleasant and clean! They are very adamant about Covid- and I’ve never seen any employee without a mask on or worn improperly! You must have your temperature taken and throughly wash your hands when you enter. The salon is beautiful and spotless!The basic pedicure includes many special touches such as, rose petals in the water, fresh lime rubbed on your toes, hot stones under your feet and hot towels wrapped around your calves while the toes are being painted!You won’t be disappointed!

This are my nails on the 3 rd day .I am disappointed, It cost me $34 without tips.They looked really nice just 2 days.I will never go back.I gave 2 stars because the person who did was nice, but her job isn’t so nice.

Nails were done very poorly and not shaped well, workers were rude and I was upcharged for a mani and pedi. Overall I do not recommend this nail spa to anyone. Me and my mom will never come back again!

The atmosphere is clean and the people are pretty nice, but the owner Megan did my full set and they were uneven and almost all of the tops of my nails were crooked. i also got a pedicure from a young boy who did not really know what he was doing. he put lotion on my feet after painting and put the warm towels on my legs after doing the lotion. overall not a great experience and i would not recommended them to anyone

Love this place! Very clean! Relaxing music and atmosphere. Pleasant staff. Nails always look great. It does get busier later in the day so try to go earlier to avoid wait times for walk-ins.

Went In for a spa pedicure, it was relaxing but my legs received WAY more care than my feet did. They did not use lotion, oil or exfoliant on my feet what so ever. It wasn’t bad but definitely not my go to place.

I followed Megan from Kims nails to her own salon because she was a great nail technician and the owner of Kims was rude and unappreciative of her business and rushed through every service. unfortunately, Megan is the same way now. She has a really bad attitude towards her customers and has no appreciation for her business. Her salon is clean however the atmosphere and over all experience is terrible. To add to that she is the only one that is somewhat good at nails. If she is not doing your nails, you are guaranteed a horrible job. I would spend about $200.00 each month and tip $10.00 for each service and the last time I was there she rude, unfriendly and gave me a horrible pedicure and manicure because she was mad that she was busy. I have not been back and will not go back. I now go to QT nails in gates, I have a way better nail technician, Lisa, who is not an owner and who appreciates my business and always makes me feel like I’m the only one there. QT nails is also is very clean, they put bags in the Pedi tubs and you get sealed sterilized tools for each service.

This is the best nail salon in Rochester! Megan and her staff always go above and beyond. Hundreds of nail colors to choose from both gel and regular. The salon is brand new and super clean. In fact, Megan uses all disposable products to ensure the safest/cleanest conditions. Plenty of parking and great hours. Like I said, the Best!

The salon is gorgeous and so clean! My nail tech opened a new set of tools for me so I can see that they have good health standards. She was friendly and competent. The background music was at a nice soft level. And Im so happy that my gel nails look great! They are having a 30% discount on all their services during their Grand Opening and I paid $20! Its so nice to know there is a place like this close to me.

I have had my nails done twice at Megan Nail Spa and I rave enough! The spa is BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN AND CLASSY! Megan did my nails with dip powder and they look GORGEOUS for a month! This was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. It was my first time going and my mom and sister’s nails came out beautiful but mine came out uneven, thick, and the woman cut me twice. (I went to Donna or Dana. I forget which her name was). She was rude to me, rolled her eyes at me multiple times if I asked her questions, and she kept slapping my hand if I got tense. If I mentioned my nails were uneven or looked different than usual she rolled her eyes and said that they were fine. She cut me twice using the drill tool as well and I started bleeding. She had me pay for a manicure but didn’t cut or shape my nails, clean under them, or do my cuticles. I have heard amazing things about this place, but I was so disappointed in Donna/Dana.

Today I went to get my nails done in preparation for my wedding on Saturday. I showed the nail tech a picture of what i want (a faded/ombre french look) and told her I was getting married Saturday. After my pedicure she put on white tips and I assume that she would be using the tips to create the fade effect I was looking for. After putting on a typical French manicure she asked if I wanted a clear top coat and I told her no I wanted the fade. It was then that she told me she could not do it. Please note that there is an image of exactly what I wanted in their gallery on their website. She was apologetic said she wasnt listening when realizing this was for my wedding and did something OK but not what I wanted. She did not offer a discount..I was way over charged. Nails are nails and Im trying to not let them get me down for my wedding day but it is not what I wanted and she should have told me she could not do it from the start so I could have gone elsewhere, despite being advertised on their website as something that they have done before.

I love my dip nails 💅😁!!! I have been looking for a new place for a while. It is gorgeous!!! Chandeliers, music playing and it is all brand new. The tables have a little fan built into them. The place is spotless. There was plenty of parking even for a Saturday afternoon. My technician did an amazing job and I will definatly go back.

Great experience! The last time I had my nails done this well was when my old tech did the for the last time over a year ago! If you are looking for a new salon I seriously recommend Megan’s nail spa 💅🏼

Ive gotten a medi and pedi here before and it was wonderful but this is the place where I get my eyebrows done and they always look sharp and nice. Loved the service.

Very disappointed with the salon I have given so many chances and this was the last straw at this visit. They charged me $45 for her manicure and $50 for her pedicure because she got gel polish. They also charged me $50 for a “spa” pedicure that lasted 15 minutes no massage no scrub nothing!!! I also got a full set of nails that I could not even walk out with!! When the woman that worked there cashed me out she charged me $189 I spoke with the owner Megan and expressed my concerns with my nails and the cost for the services that were provided she did offer to try and fix my nails ended up having to file them down to nothing. Even after seeing how poorly my nails were done did not offer a refund for the services done so poorly.

This was the first time I went there and it is the worst my nails have ever looked. The guy loaded on the acrylic making my nails way too thick, the file job he did is crooked, and the paint job was horrendous. It’s so bad that I just got them done and I already want them off because they are embarrassing. He was also very aggressive with how he was handling my hands and then rolling his eyes at me when I said sorry. There is also a ton of acrylic underneath the nail making my nails look even worse. The only person that seemed like they liked and knew what they were doing is the owner. The guys don’t do a good job so if you go there try to get a woman to do them. My friend also went with me and they had to fix one of her nails and they had a bad attitude about fixing it. Will definitely not be going back!!!

They were very rude as soon as we walked in the door. They barely talked to us and my guy was very aggressive with my pedicure. They didnt ask what kind of pedicure i wanted either since they have many different options. I was unhappy from the moment i walked in until i left.

Went to this salon and the one nail tech who did my nails was very rude and did not do my gel polish good at all, i left and let it go but a couple days later started noticing that the gel polish was coming off. I called and spoke with the owner who said she would redo my nails. Went back and in order to re do my nails she was going to charge me. Had her take off the gel nails and left very unhappy. Will not go back there again
