Didn’t even want to give them the one star. Service is horrible. Nails lifted not even a week after getting them. Place is filthy. When the acrylics came off it ripped off half of my natural nail. Do not go here! Your nails will be ruined!!

Got my nails about 3 days ago & one already fell off, the lady that did my nails did them in a rush. Acrylic is on top of my cuticle & my nails don’t look like I wanted them

Took my daughter here to get her nails done for the first time, and I regretted it. Two different techs did our nails and the BOTH shaped the acrylic to wide on our nails. One tech had an attitude when I told her to fix it and I still wasn’t satisfied.... they BOTH did a terrible job. I was charged for “gel polish” but the polish start peeling a week after we got our nails done. Never again!!

The one nail tech is rude and doesn’t listen to what you tell her about your nails. She tried to take my broken nail off with another nail & clippers instead of soaking my nail off. She ended up splitting my natural nail in 2. Then still tried to apply acrylic to it. My nail bled constantly while I was still sitting in her chair getting my other nail fixed.Not only that, the shop is dirty. There were flies flying, and sitting on people’s head while they were working.Never going here again !

They are very reasonably priced!! Loan and Phil get your nails done quick and they do a good job. Sometimes the wait is long but Ill wait because its worth it.

Eyelashes had way too much glue. Only went there because it was Sunday and needed them done asap. Wont do that again.

Horrible had an 11am appointment after 12 noon still no service. They double and triple book people and still dont take you in order. Would not go there again. Terrible service.

I went into this nail salon to get my daughters nails done and the minute i walked in first tech was very rude and had an attitude on her face. I asked a simple question about how long the wait would be and she immediately stated very rudely that there was no way she could tell me if it was going to be 45 min to 2 hrs, orher nail salons would give you a rough estimate or ask of you want to make an appointment, but nope nothing. The techs at this salon need need to learn Customer Service cause it sucks.. All i wanted was an estimate. There are much better places in rochester to get your nails done.

They are very nice here. I had gotten my nails done in acrylic for New Years and I payed $30 for a design which was worth it. When I went for my fill the owner herself took care of me and she noticed that the nail tip didnt seal fully which she explained it can happen at times. I didnt have money for a whole new set so she replaced that 1 tip and I only paid for a fill. I love this place even though it can get a little packed around the holiday time but they do their best. I do recommend making an appointment though. I will gladly go back to them when I can.

They don’t know how to paint and they told me to put my socks on to soon I went home and they were all messed up, they had a rat crawling around and it’s stains on the ceiling tiles. They hire anyone.

Every time I go there, there’s someone new doing my nails and mess up my nails every time. I wear a easy overlay with gel polish. How had is that to master? My nails are uneven and the polish is sloppy. I’m very upset I always give them chances and they fail every time.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called from their parking lot at 5pm and was told there was a wait but I could schedule an appointment for today at 6pm for my daughters 8th birthday. Some mom and daughter time for manis and pedis. We get there at 5:55pm and the woman tells me they close at 6pm that nobody would have scheduled me an appointment for that time and proceeds to ask me my phone number to check their caller ID like I was lying!?! She checks the phone but doesnt admit she sees I called. I told the woman we were in the shopping plaza waiting and grabbed a bite to eat next door while we waited for our time slot. She tells us sorry but we close at 6. Like get it together people. Will never come back again and we WERE regular customers. The wait was always longer than it should be anyways because they are always under-staffed.

I went to get my eyebrows done there, which I usually get on the thicker side and I informed the woman of but she made them very thin and they are misshaped, one is higher than the other, and I am honestly disappointed with the results

Very rude the owner is the onlyProfessional one there the employees are rude they don’t do what you asked them to do they do if they choose to do I would never go back and meet my grandkids and my daughter were regulars there they cut your nails when you ask them not to cut them amongst other things

Went to salon and requested a pedicure for 2We were placed in the water where we waited for over 30 minutes . When asked how long we were asked to leave. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired . Will not go back .
