You should definitely check it out for yourself. I have been a customer of Kevin for many years and he gives you what you want. His wife Lena has done my nails and she rocks. The rest of the staff are friendly and I like the atmosphere they bring.

This is my favorite salon in the Rochester area! Today Lena went above and beyond my expectations and I couldnt be happier with my nails. The nail techs at Orchid Nails take their time to make sure that each customer leaves with exactly what they were looking for!

Really appreciate this salon fitting me in on such short notice for a pedicure on a busy Saturday morning. I’m in town for a wedding and didn’t think about getting an appt until this morning, and they were able to take me. I think I had the owner, Tommy, for my pedicure. I struggle with ingrown toenails (sorry, gross, but wanna be honest) and he was so gentle in taking care of them. I’ve had other salons be really rough and hurt me. Quick, professional, and clean. Definitely recommend!

I’m from out of town and needed my acrylics removed. He ripped them off with a nail tip, completely damaging my nail beds and ripping through my actual nail. Painful to say the least. Gel manicure afterwards didn’t least a day before cracking. Smelled like they use MMA too.

I went yesterday for the first time after reading the reviews on Google. I made an appt ahead of time for a gel pedicure. I was pleased with the pedicure overall, the massage chairs they have are nice. I decided to get my eyebrows done at the last minute and they were very accommodating. The only thing I didnt like was that after I paid, I handed my nail tech a good tip (20% of my bill) and she just grabbed it from me without making any eye contact or anything and continued helping the 2 girls who had just walked in. When you are tipped well you should at least be gracious about accepting it.

Michelle is amazing! There has not been one time where she has done my nails, and I’m not happy with them. She always takes her time to do your nails right. I will always go to her. The salon itself is extremely clean, and has a nice atmosphere, and pricing is very fair for the services!

I was told to go get my nails done here by several of my coworkers. However, i was not told that i should only get the guy to do my nails. I ended up with a younger female nail tech. She was very friendly and made good conversation but NO! NEVER AGAIN. These are my nails that she did. less than 2 weeks and i really need a fill ( that never happens to me) i also did not notice till the next day .. my nails were no where near being the same shape! Absolutely never again.

I got a gel pedicure here and I dont like it at all. I specifically asked for square, he did round. I dont like the shape of my nails and I dont like how he half way removed the dead skin from my feet this was truly $43 wasted

They did my nails alright but they started right away without having me clean my hands or asking what i even wanted. Felt rushed. Not too expensive.

Tommy has always been great at trying to fit me in. Fantastic staff. Even fixed the botched job from another salon without sharing them. Pic is 1-2 weeks after. Forgot to post.

I really love the owners, Michelle and Tommy. They’re so very good at making you feel special. I’d recommend them to anyone. It is a pleasurable easy in and out and you pay less than other salons that do not do as good a job. I’ve met quite a few people there and I enjoy talking to them.

Husband has no customer service. Hes not pleasant at all. The owner is amazing!

Michelle and Tommy the owners are two of the kindest and hardworking people I know! They do an excellent job. I love the manicures and pedicures! They are prompt, thorough, and I would highly recommend!!!

My wife loves them because they know how to treat her nails correctly and they give me free durian candy from their village back home. They have very good customer service.

Orchid Nails has recently changed ownership. I was skeptical at first, but after my first visit, I was very impressed. The new owners, Tommy and Michelle are very good at what they do. They provide a friendly and customer oriented environment. They make sure the customers feel relaxed and pampered. In additional, the shop is exceptionally clean. The price is reasonable. I especially love the hot stone massage that come with my pedicure. I would definitely recommend to everyone who is looking for a new place to try.

Okay, so I really love this nail salon and would really recommend it. Ive tried many nail salons and this is my, now, regular nail salon. I get acrylics, and if youve ever had acrylics, youd know some times people can be hard and rough on your nails. Ive never had a problem with that here. The staff is always nice, gentle and super friendly. BTW Tommy is the absolute BEST!

1st time and so far Im not disappointed. my gel manicure lasted for a full two weeks without chipping. This may become my regular spot.

Went in for a pedicure. Michelle did a wonderful job. One issue I had was when I was ready to check-out she asked if I could/had cash-$25.00. Handed her my debit card/credit card. She came back with my receipt & I was charged $1.50 more for using credit card. No signage stating Cash only or additional charge for using debit/credit card. I wasn’t happy & let her know they should have signage stating they want cash only—additional charge if using credit!

Went in as a walk-in and as a business owner I was expecting to have the nail techs greet me at the door no one greeted me as well as everyone ignored me when I asked how long was the wait for a basic gel polish change and when someone did answer me they said they didn’t know poor Customer service and I advise anyone if you go anywhere and they don’t give you good customer service do not give them their money they do not deserve it customers are the reason why these businesses are open and they need to realize that

First time here and got great service. Glad we came in when we did because it was packed when we left around 5:00 on a Tuesday. Would definitely go again and recommend.

Well it was that time of the year to go in and get my nails done and a pedicure. I have been going there since the new ownership took over approximately 2 plus years ago. I work with Michelle, she is fantastic.

This is the only place I will get my eyebrows done. They know what they are doing. Theyre very kind and courteous. Number one place for me.

Honestly..... I get my feet done! It’s a nice experience fellas don’t be scared they’ll take care of your feet!

35$ for an overlay on short nails is too much nice job but I have had better done for cheaper.

For the past 4 years Ive been trying out different nail salons looking for someone who could do my nails like my old nail tech Johnny (he went back home) but I no avail, until I came across Orchid Nail. I am shall we say very picky when it comes to my nails and pedis. This place exceeded all of my expectations. Its classy. The staff is very friendly. The service is quick. My fills last for up to 3 1/2 weeks at times (not sure how they accomplished that). Id recommend this place to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

I sat here in this place to get a pedicure. I was told it was going to be a wait. So I waited till my turn. Once it got to my turn I was placed in the chair with water. But because it was someone they new previously I was left in the chair with water till it was cold. All while she serviced another individual while I sat in cold water. Only good thing was the guy gave me a cola to drink. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE TO SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY.

Disappointed because I really liked this place and have come here multiple times. Today my experience was very poor. I came as a walk in and expected to wait a little bit. I was not greeted at the door or was told how long the wait was. I waited an hour, trying to be understanding I waited for my turn. Finally got my pedicure done, when she painted my toes I realized it was more purple then I thought. I had to go to the bathroom so I let her do someone’s eyebrows in between my pedi and mani. When she went to do my gel manicure she set the colors down in front of me and I picked it up and read the name of the shade. I referenced back to the picture I had of the color I wanted. Needless to say I immediately realized my toes were wrong. I didn’t want to doubt her at first and when I did say something the response I received was not “sorry”. She said “Why didn’t you tell me?”, because of this I felt like my manicure was rushed through. It felt like she did not want to change the color of my toes and I’m pretty sure I was overcharged because of it, when it was not my fault? Sad to say I will not be returning to this salon.

This was my first time there, and I was very impressed. They are very busy, so I recommend an appointment.

Made an appointment the day prior for 12pm. Arrived on time, signed in, and waited a half hour before I was seen. 2 other girls who had appointments at 12 were seen before me. The files and buffers looked years old, worn and dirty. The tech left acrylic residue all over my fingers. He did not use cuticle oil. Spent over an hour and a half there and was charged $55 for a full set. The only reason I didn’t leave is because I had a gift certificate. Will not be going back.

Pretty good pedi. Clean. Have been to better places & would most likely not go back only because there are better places closer to where I live.

Poor service. We came from out of town for a wedding and had an appointment. We waited for 10 minutes. Then had to leave because no one was available and we were on a schedule. I guess having an appointment means nothing here.

I tried out this place on a whim and did like how my nails turned out - however, they were extremely busy and I did feel a bit rushed. While they were buffing my nails, they accidentally cut into my cuticles a bit and that stung. Overall, I feel satisfied, but not overly impressed.

I got a manicure and pedicure here and I was very satisfied however it is kind of pricey and the salon is very small

Safety measures in place!

I used to love going to this place, but yesterday was the worstexpirence Ive ever had at ANY nail salon. First, it took almost 2 hrs for a pedicure and manicure...then when I finally got my manicure, the nail tech cut my cuticles way too short and made my nail bleed. I got a gel manicure so now I have dried blood visable with my polish. I wasnt too happy with the color after the display nail looked a lot different, I called and asked for a color change and the manager told me I would have to pay $18 more ontop of the other $25 I already paid..... this is poor customer service, the nail tech shouldve told me the colors dont always look like the demos. With all the money I paid and after the fact this lady made my finger bleed during the whole manicure, I will never go to this place again, a waste of money and clearly they dont value customer service.
