Why didn’t I read the reviews before heading in?? I just paid $50 for the worst gel set I’ve ever had done in my life. The paint was terrible. I noticed as the tech was painting on my polish that it looked GLOBED on. The tech said she would fix it. She used alcohol and rubbed it over the nail. I wish she could have just said “painting isn’t my specialty”, so I could have waited for a better tech. Do not go to this salon.

Do not go here! All in all the place is clean and the massage during the pedicure was great. But the gel manicure was AWFUL. The nail tech I was with did the absolute worst job I’ve ever had done and I have been getting my nails done with gel for 10 years religiously. Not only did she make three of my fingers bleed, she also was extremely sloppy. My nails themself were a different story. They were terrible she did not let any of the coats dry so they literally were layering off and bubbly and looked wrinkly. She sent me on my way as if everything was fine. They were so bad I stopped at the salon on the way home and the nail tech there could not believe how they had been done. He felt so bad that he only charged me half for the color change and proper manicure. My nail beds are now sore and cut, and I’m out a lot of money.

This place does the best pedicures in town!! Nails not so good.

This was the worse experience i’ve had at a nail salon. I was unhappy with the way my pedicure came out, I came back the very next day for a fix. They had to remove the gel and re paint them. I was still unhappy because the paint job was very sloppy. I had to have the gel removed three times because she insisted she could fix them. My feet bled at the cuticles they are now sore, red and my nail bed is extremely thin. I requested a refund and the owner argued with me and said that I was being picky because i was unhappy with the work. I will never come back here and I do not recommend.

Save your money and DO NOT GO HERE. My usual place was closed due to the holiday so I tried this out. The lady cut my finger, and I got gel nails and they looked a little girl painted them.

I have been going to this spa for my manicures and pedicures for years. I love the atmosphere, the staff and their products. I love how my gel pedicures look and receive compliments frequently. Their prices are very reasonable and less expensive then most spas I have been to in previous years. I highly recommend.

I was looking for something less harmful to my nails, I went with the dips; which ive never had before. I LOVE THEM! Im the kind of person that always complains about something when I get my nails done, not this time. I didnt have 1 bad thing to say. Also the prices are fantastic. Budget friendly! You could tell the kid that did mine wasnt super experienced with dips, however he wasnt afraid to ask for help. I booked him again for this upcoming sunday. He will likely be my new nail tech!!!

The technicians spoke/laughed only with each other, never to their patron the whole time I was there. They spoke Mandarin. The clear top coat used was very thick, she looked for another one which was even thicker. I didn’t see chairs wiped down between patrons.

I get dip nails and wanted to try a new place. I walk in and look at the colors, I found one that I liked. The color I picked was NOT the color I ended up with. The nail shape is not correct and they look dirty. Very dissatisfied and frustrated with the service. I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. $40 for the original job and $35 to get them redone.

I tried this place on a whim and will never go back. I had a dip powder application and the first technician I was sat with had no idea what he was doing. He messed up the first nail and I said I wasn’t comfortable with him continuing. Then a woman stepped in and said she knew what to do and would fix it. She had a better understanding of the process but the end result is severely lacking. There is dip powder all around the skin on the outside of my nails and when I asked for her to clean them up she used an Emory board to scratch the skin away. There was no cuticle clean up or basic manicure. Don’t waste your money here.

I moved to the area a few months ago and stumbled upon this place. It’s never terribly busy which is great if you’re on a time crunch but also kind of telling of the quality you’ll receive.1. My first major issue with this place is their gel polish selection. I always find that I’m compromising on the color I choose. If you’re looking for a super specific color I wouldn’t try here first. They also rush you when you’re choosing your color which again makes you feel like you have to compromise on your color selection.2. The quality of nails I received my last time here. Previously I had only been here for acrylic fills with gel polish. This last time I went in for a full set (because the last time I got a fill I was told for my next visit I should remove the nails and start fresh with a new set). She applied the acrylic very sloppy and I left with acrylic all over my fingers. She seemed to be rushing and did not want to take the time to file my nails the shape I asked for them. Every time I asked for a change she would say “they’re not done yet they’ll look better when I file the tops evenly”. She also said that she couldn’t file my nails the way I wanted them because my fingers were too large and it would look bad which I was pretty insulted by. I finally gave up and just shut up and let her work, knowing I would spend 30 minutes after my apt filing them the way I wanted.3. There was another worker literally standing over my worker watching what she was doing and also completely distracting my nail tech from her job. They talked and laughed the whole time. It’s not a calming feeling to have a woman with an electric drill file on your nails hysterically laughing almost to tears.4. My last issue was when I went to pay. The full set with gel was $45 which I expected Bc that’s pretty typical. I tipped $6 on the card which is less than I usually tip (usually I would give $10 for my fills) but still a fair tip considering how many issues I brought up during the application and how unhappy with the service I was. I know a lot of people probably wouldn’t have even tipped. When she saw that it was lower than usual she was like “you like your nails right?” Basically implying that if I liked them I should tip more.It was just all and all an off experience from what I was used to and I’m unsure if I’ll be back. I’m sure I can find Better nail techs in the area that listen to their customers more.

This is my favorite nail shop by far. Everyone is so nice and the Spa Pedicure with the hot stones is so relaxing.

Beautiful salon. Had a pedi which was nice. But after they pushed you out the door with your toes still wet. Then they had to fix 6 toes and I had to wait for them to dry. When they fixed them the polish smeared all over my toes and they did not do a good job fixing them. That took 11/2 hours and will never go back. I was in need of a pedi on a Sunday . Won’t make that mistake again I will stick with Vibe in Henrietta !

I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years from a local nail salon and are very happy with their service but sometimes I cant get in due to my busy schedule and their hours. Im always looking for a alternate nail salon and decided to try Brighton Nail Salon out today. The salon was very clean, neat, friendly, nicely decorated and reasonably priced. I was taken right in with no appointment and had a white fill done on my lunch. Phil did an amazing job! He was friendly, professional, talkative and did my nails just the way I like. I have found my go to place when I cant get into my regular place. I highly recommend this place and Phil. Than you so much Phil for a great job!

Great place and atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Ignore reviews about time if you didn’t make an appt they can only move so fast. Mani and pedi done in an hour. 👍

Atmosphere was nice and relaxing, they did a nice job on our nails. 4 of us came in, 2 adults and 2 kids and they were able to accommodate us quickly! In and out in an hour!

New. Clean. Great service. Nice legs and feet massage for the same price that you normally date for just a simple pedicure. Only drawback is they discourage credit cards and prefer cash but I understand because the exorbitant amount credit card charges.

Clean and quick. Never have waited longer than 5 minutes for an appointment. They do a good job and are prompt.

Huh I payed $100 for a pedi and full set .. And the nails look awful and nothing like the picture I had shown and said she could do! So disappointed my nails look like the candy good and plenty and the lady doing my nails was rude and seemed annoyed to be having to do them....I wish I was able to post a picture. Go to Carriage nails in Greece, are the best!

Worst experience ever! My mom and I went in to get dip powder nails. While we were looking through the color selection we were rushed . Once we came to a decision the nail tech made a snarky remark saying“ugh whatever, just choose one”. When we got seated my mom needed her acrylic nails removed before getting the dip powder and the nail tech refused to remove her nails the proper and most safe way with acetone. She insisted on clipping the nails off. My mom then asked to change the color and the nail tech gave her a hard time and put a color on her that she did not ask for.My experience was just as bad. I was there to get two nails fixed ( my real nails, dip powder) the nail tech filed my nails down so short they now look super unattractive .Also it is clear we were being made fun of as the nail techs spoke in their language and laughed and pointed right at us.This place is way over priced and very unprofessional. I do not recommend

Go somewhere else.1. The second time I came here, the entire gel manicure peeled off within 48 hours in full sheets. Complete waste of money.2. Although I was the only person in the salon, and going to be late because a gel mani/pedi took 1.5 hours, and there were 5-6 techs, the techs were sitting around groping each others breasts (Im not kidding).3. My pedicure took 45 minutes and another 45 minutes for a gel manicure. I told the tech at least four times that I needed to leave at a specific time, gave her 25, 10, and 5 minute warnings, and she still made me late. About two months ago, I came in with friends. All three of us had appointments, but we still had to wait 30 min. My friend had to leave the salon after her pedicure and come back for her manicure later in the day because they took too long.4. The color selection is not in any particular order, but a bunch of old bottles mixed up on a shelf, making color selection impossible. I also had two techs being pushy trying to get me to select a color and ended up settling on one I didnt like because I couldnt find what I wanted.5. While I was in today, an angry woman came in asking for the manager because she had her legs waxed and was dissatisfied.

Worst nail experience i’ve ever had. My nails are chunky and they used polish instead of acrylic powder, and used a fan to dry them resulting in air bubbles and my nails not drying properly. Very unhappy with my experience.

One of the worst pedicure experiences of my life! I paid way more money than my normal salon for a gel pedi. I was told it was extra to get any kind of massage to my calfs and feet which would have added $20 more dollars to the extra money I was already paying. The nail tech did not look at me or interact with me the entire time. The actual pedicure and cutting of my nails was also done horribly. My cuticles were not cut and pushed back like the usually are. He also did not paint all the way down to my nail bed so even though I got gel (which usually lasts me 4-6 weeks from my normal salon), its only been 2 and I need to get it done again bc of the amount of space at my nail bed. It looks ridiculous! The older woman I went with was also taken advantage of. She was told they had a Mani/pedi special for $40. She walked out paying over $100 bc she inquired about a few things that are normally included at our regular salon. The language barrier made it hard for her to understand that they were adding money for each of those things. Will never go back here again!

This place is terrible! Poor quality for my mani-pedi and when I asked for it to be fixed they tried to tell me it looked fine enough. The price was very high, the service was very slow and they didnt even match the colors. I will never come back.

Terrible experience. Doesn’t deserve one star but had to. Rude staff one told me I needed a lip wax. Other was cutting my friend’s hands. Half of my nail isn’t painted. Don’t go! I didn’t tip.
