Recently I made my way to Rochester for work and needed a place to get my hair cut as I was looking somewhat homeless.I made an appointment online with Lou and MY GOD is that man legit. This was by far the best service Ive ever received in a chair. Lou will not let you leave that place without looking better than you thought possible. The man puts tremendous time and effort into what he does and it shows.My only complaint is that when I return to my home state its going to be hard to find someone in my area who can deliver the same quality of service. Ignorance is bliss my dudes.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They’re gangsters and behave like it. They don’t take credit cards but do not disclose that. If you don’t have enough cash, they threaten you with violence. Nasty people.

Props to the barber who cut my child, very unprofessional owner argued with me as a customer right in front of the place.. wasnt expecting that just telling how i felt as a customer he passed my child off said he didnt have time and cut another person right in front of my face disregarded and disrespectful.. money talks he says. so if you coming in for a kids cut or anything under 100$ basically your chump change to him, hell pass you off because hes the owner and you dont matter.

Absolutely horrible experience! Not only was my appointment rearranged 24 hours before my booked appointment, pushing back my plans. Then the owner of the shop decided he does not take children haircuts any longer so he booked me with his newest Barber, whom I’ve never met or even seen his work beforehand. I’m then sitting 30 mins into my appointments time to be told I was re scheduled when the new barber went and took another client before me, when I was already waiting 30 mins! The owner then decided to get in a yelling match with me, letting me know it’s his choice whether or not he cuts a clients hair! I was then offered $10 Off my next cut if I promised to write a good review!! Ha!! I am offended and feel they handle their business very unprofessional.

Had an appointment with DJ. He did not show. Sat there for thirty minutes before I was told he would not be coming. From other review websites it sounds like this has been a problem before.

If you are getting braids, be sure to confirm the price multiple times with Aqua. She quoted one price and when we were finished, she went up 40$ She did not communicate this till she was done.
