Chloe cut and styled my hair and she did a wonderful job. I picked her brain on what she recommends product-wise for my type of hair and she was so knowledgeable!! Also, I liked that she didn’t use a clarifying shampoo but a daily shampoo when washing my hair so I could see how it worked on my type of hair. Three days later and my hair is still shiny and grease-free! I will be back for more services here as they are fair priced and have a fun, energetic environment!

Megan and Madisyn are both incredible at lash extensions. This was my first time getting them and they answered all my questions. Madisyn is so sweet and not only does she do an amazing and impeccable job, she is fast! I was hesitant about lash extensions but now I’ll probably have an extra long, fluffy volume set on at my funeral lol. Love Sweet Peach and all the ladies there! 10/10

I have been here only twice. The salon itself is very chic and clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They worked with my schedule and requests. Also, I particularly like it when I inquired a certain skin procedure and Ashley explained it to me clearly and took time to answer my questions. She seems knowledgeable on her field and really cared for her clients so I feel comfortable and confident that I came to the right place. :)

I had my daughters and my hair cut and could not be more impressed. The atmosphere was friendly and professional. The salon was clean. And most importantly, our hair looks AMAZING now. I highly recommend sweet peach!

I was so excited to finally have eyebrows that I didnt have to draw in daily. I unfortunately went to a new girl at this salon last June 2020 for microblading and needless to say, it did not go well. The salon manager did agree to fix them as best she could, but every time I had to go back I had to pay more money. I went back for my touch up (another $131) and while I was getting them done, I asked her if she has had her own brows microbladed, she said she had not and said when you see how the sausage is made, you dont want to eat it. What? I still do not have the desired look, the color is wrong, I have dark lines within the eyebrow that look very strange and there are blank spots in the eyebrow that look like they were missed all together. I texted a week after the touch up visit to say there are blank spots, I was told to wait 4-6 weeks, I did, the blank spots are still there and now I have to pay again for a touch up. I have not had one day of not drawing in my brows and I am now looking into tattoo removal, which will cost me $1000s. I think the salon is adorable and all the staff is very friendly, I do not think microblading is a strong skill for them and they should probably discontinue this service.

Megan did a full set of hybrid lashes on me & she did absolutely AMAZING! I loveee them!! She made sure she asked what I wanted & did just that, as well as making me feel comfortable. She made my first experience at Sweet Peach a great one. I can’t wait to be back & would definitely recommend this business to others!

*****Revision 7/21......After leaving this review 2 days ago, which was a very honest one, the company sent me a text cancelling all of my future appointments. They stated that I had given them feedback multiple times, and yet this is the only review I wrote. Sounds like pretty bad business to me. If they thought I was upset, they could have been proactive, not respond in a rather unprofessional manner. My first review was for 5 stars and I even stated that they had redeemed themselves at my 2nd appointment, so I was ultimately happy with the company! I am very confused why they said what they said to me. **** I nearly cancelled all of my appointments here after my first visit. I was not impressed with the quality of work. I gave them another chance and it was a MUCH different experience. My lashes looked so much better. The first time, the appointment ended 15 minutes early and there was a lot more work she could have done. I was new to this salon and now sure how it worked. Now I know to get a mega volume fill not just a regular volume fill. I wish the first lady had looked at my lashes and suggested that. Now I know.

I have had a different person each time I have visited (my fault, had to get in when I could and have had different things done) but I have liked everyone who has helped me. Everyone is always very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I have loved my waxes and feel that they did a great job. I also love the wispy and full lashes that they do. Have seen several other lash techs and their hybrids are some of my fav.

Madison was by far the most amazing person Ive ever been waxed by.I had an absolute terrible experience years ago that made me too afraid to be waxed again. But I took the plunge and made an appointment. I told Madison about my experience and she went above and beyond to make my wax a million times better than my last experience.Her room was bright and very clean. I went to sweet peach to get my hair lightened and a cut. Grace did an amazing job doing just that! She was very attentive, and made sure I was comfortable for the whole process. She’s very educated and listens to exactly what you want. I was looking for a shaggy mullet and she executed the look very well. I will definitely be returning for her wonderful service!

I’ve been using this salon for about 6 months now. All the girls are amazing, sweet, friendly and all of them are always on time with each service. They are affordable and great quality! Highly recommend ♥️

I had an appointment scheduled for the 9th of September 2021 at 4:15 p.m.. when I made my appointment they asked for my credit card number and I asked her why she needed it if I hadnt received Services yet and she said it would be for a cancellation fee if I didnt show up. My alternator went out on my car that day and I was unable to show up for my appointment and they not only charged me a $10 cancellation fee but they charged me $20 for the haircut that I never received. Do not give out your credit card number to this place they lied to me about what it was going to be used for and now I have $30 in charges on my account because I didnt show up for a $20 haircut, due to my alternator going and my cell phone not having a enough charge to give them a call once I finished making arrangements to have my car towed. I will not reschedule an appointment with them and I suggest nobody else does either. It is extremely unprofessional to tell somebody that youre taking their credit card number for a cancellation fee but you charge them for a cancellation fee on top of the haircut they dont get. I do not recommend this Salon to new customers.

I was looking for an esthetician who was comfortable with doing male Brazilian waxing. Enter Sweet Peach, namely Ashley. From the first time we met, I was comfortable with her. She eased my anxieties about the process, told me little tricks to ease my mind and got me through my first session. Each session got easier and not as painful. Guys, if youre wanting your downstairs hair free, Ashley will get the job done.

Was looking for a new salon and tried Hair by Sweet Peach. Grace was my stylist and did an amazing job. I went in feeling like my hair was dull and heavy and came out feeling light and refreshed. Made an appointment for my fiancé to get a waxing done while she was in Spokane for work. She gets to her appointment 15 minutes early for the doors to be locked. No ones there and it’s 110 degrees outside. She heads to her car to wait and called. no one answered she left a message saying she was there for her appointment. Nobody called her back. Finally 20 minutes after her appointment was supposed to start she sees someone inside starting to vacuum she goes to the door and is told they don’t have time for her anymore. She said she’s been waiting for 45 minutes at this time and said yeah well that’s not how things work you should have been waiting right by the door. She was the only car in the parking lot right next to the shop. So I guess they expect their customers to wait outside in 110 degrees plus with no shade by themselves for 45 minutes. They also said the reason they lock the door was because the area can get a sketchy with homeless..... now tell me that sounds like a great idea. When I called and informed them about what happened they initially apologized immediately and said to call tomorrow and they will reschedule no matter what on a time that works with my fiancé’s work schedule. I said okay thank you. Went to reschedule and they said sorry we don’t have time. I would highly recommend having someone at the front desk who can let customers inside to get away from the heat and the supposedly sketchy homeless and not leave them outside by themselves waiting for their appointment.

There is NOTHING sweet about the peach at all. This place needs a stiff lesson on customer service and how to treat a client. Super shady, I can see charging for a bowl of extra color or even 2 at the max, but 5 bowls!!! At 55 bucks plus my Groupon deal isn’t a deal after that. Grace the stylist who didn’t say one word to me almost the whole entire service after I called her out when she left me to do a walk ins consultation, it was pretty much down hill from there, at one point before she started my hair I was so close to walking out and wished I had. My hair is not what I asked for at all. I asked her what she did to my hair, like what level and so forth. She says a magician never gives up there tricks! We’re not supposed to tell you. Definitely not referring anyone to this place. What a rip off!

What an awful experience! A few months ago my girlfriend got a Brazilian wax done here and it was TERRIBLE! We decided to give it the benefit of the doubt because of all the ratings and try again with someone else. We went in this last Saturday on 2/6/2021.. Though the girl was very sweet and made you feel comfortable it was the WORST Brazilian wax I’ve ever received! First off it was so painful and both my girlfriend and I experienced that and have had many before this one. Secondly it seemed she was ripping the wax strips off the wrong way... Upon getting home and being excited about this fresh wax.. We found so MANY spots that were missed! Not just on one of us but both and not just small unnoticeable places.. It was awful. Great for the people who have good experiences but we will NEVER be going back there and I would absolutely never recommend to anyone.

Ashley made me feel so comfortable as she told me exactly what she was doing, why she was doing it, and what the next step was. The shape and color are prefect, I am SO happy with the results!
