I have been with ProRenter for about five or six years now and they are absolutely fantastic!I had another property manager in the area before them and had so many problems, but have had zero with ProRenter!I have been in the military for 15 years and have heard plenty of horror stories and experienced some myself.Ive spent four years overseas, and two more in another state and have had zero issues with them.They fix problems right away, they are patient and work with me at every step of the way, no matter my situation. Renters love them as well.I have deployed twice and have had zero worries.They are flexible and work with you depending on your style of ownership. Some people like to be more hands on and others like to let their property manager handle everything. If I want to be more hands on or if Im in a situation where I need to be hands off, they accommodate.I have 100% trust and faith in them as a property management team.If I could buy more properties to have them manage I ABSOLUTELY would.The only thing I would change is having them be able to manage my other property that isnt in Utah :).Do not go with any other team, if you can. ProRenter is the best in the area hands down.I have referred other friends renting from out of the country and they have had nothing but wonderful things to say. Holy Cow. Were a military family, and we moved from one overseas base to another overseas base. I realized I couldnt do this alone anymore... Our home, in Clearfield, was not being managed through a company until I called and spoke with Paul one day. We have been renting through Prorenter since September 2019 and have been blown away with their quick response times, professionalism and kind attitudes. Paul and Allison have both been so great and have done a wonderful job helping us feel comfortable in our home. Regardless if it is helping get approval for a microwave to be mounted or getting vendors out to our home to replace a water heater they have always been so willing to help and are great at following up with anything that has come up. We hope to renew and be long term renters where we are now but if not look forward to continue renting with this company until we buy because they have been the best company we have ever rented from! I could not recommend this management company enough especially being a Property Manager myself I am so grateful to be taken care of by this team!

If you use prorenter to rent your property don’t be surprised if you are not able to get many renters, they don’t fix things on time, they will find ways to charge the renters extra money and claim it is all in the contract. Renters beware!!! They will enter the apartment and take pictures of everything you own, they don’t give you a chance to schedule visits unless you want to pay extra money, they won’t fix required safety items like stair rails, or broken appliances that can cause fires. They will do everything they can to keep your deposit. Carefully read the contracts, their interpretation of the contract and their actions do not seem to match what is legally allowed.

We have used this company for years and Paul always goes above and beyond for us, taking the stress and worry out of owning and managing our properties on our own. He is always prompt and organized. So thankful we found Paul.

We were with ProRenter for 5 months before we decided to evict our tenants. During the extremely thorough inspection a leak was discovered in the master bathroom. Over the Christmas holidays Paul went to bat for us with our insurance company, got multiple quotes, and kept in constant contact with us and several insurance company representatives while coordinating the other upkeep and repairs on the home. From our previous property manager Paul is a breath of fresh air. He promptly returns phone calls and messages, is very thorough in his inspections, and does a great job with documentation. The only regret I have is not switching property managers years ago.

I would be lying if I said this hasnt been a tough road. A lot of the issues we ran in to were probably, honestly lack of preparation on our part. Paul willingly released us from the contract, no questions asked. We really appreciated his professionalism in the situation. Thank you.

Ive been renting for the better part of a decade, so Ive dealt with my fair share of property management companies. Some have been mediocre, others good, and still others utterly incompetent, but ProRenter is far and away the very best experience Ive had.The house I rented through ProRenter had an unfortunate and costly bout of flooding, and the owners lived out of state so I braced myself for a complete SNAFU as far as repairs and logistics were concerned. I was (quite happily) mistaken, however, as Paul did everything within his power to keep me up-to-date on everything from which providers were handling the repairs, when they would reach out to me, and expected completion dates.Because of the flooding, the homeowners decided to sell the property due to the massive cost of the flood repairs. Paul was very understanding and communicative about what the owners wanted and how we could work something out with them (wed only lived in the house for around 6 months of a year lease). I was so impressed with Paul that I even recommended ProRenter to a colleague of mine who is planning to rent out their home.ProRenter consistently exceeded my expectations and made renting a treat rather than a chore, and I learned that some property management companies do actually understand what it takes to truly delight customers.

The length of time for actuality meeting face to face was due to me being military and stationed abroad before making the decision to manage my property with a professional property manager. While getting the oppertunity to sit down over lunch today and discus my property I confirmed that the original reason I decided to rent my property through Paul and ProRenter was spot on in that he is very personable and carying about his clients and their properties. He does not rent so many properties that he cannot manage them the way that I personally want my property managed. Over the two years since ProRenter taking over, if I ever had to call for something im talking to the owner of the company! That i like! I am happy with the screening process among other things that he uses because it lessens the chance ill have someone living in my home that wont care for it the way I would if I still lived there. I was recommend to rent from this company and what a complete joke Paul is. I was extremely interested in renting a few different properties that were listed and Paul never returned my calls, emails, and text message within a reasonable time frame. When he did return my call he had nothing but lame excuses. Pauls attitude towards all of my questions was despicable. Im sorry that have questions regarding the properties, fees etc. Buts it your job to let me know what the fees will be. Since i was looking at the properties online (Live out of State) i wasnt able to look at the properties and had concerns. Paul was short and seemed very incompetent at his job. I finally went with a different company and I havent had any issues like i did with Paul. I will never recommend this horrible business to anyone. If i could give a zero star i would.
