I had a wonderful experience and it was my first time using them I was really scared about it at first but I am glad I went there I am used to paying less from the other one I have used but she was booked and my boyfriend wanted me to get waxed again when he come home for my birthday

Best waxing experience I’ve had in about 10 years (from salons, spas, to just little wax specific walk-in places). A really super good and thorough job in a clean and welcoming atmosphere. I saw Maggie. In addition to being amazingly good, she also seems genuinely kind. I was very happy I went there.

This was my very first waxing experience, so as you can imagine, I was rather nervous. However the staff was extremely welcoming, and very patient with me. She reassured me everything would be okay, informed me on what to expect, and she was gentle.I must mention the spa’s ambiance.... very soothing and really clean and fresh. All in all this first timer booked her next visit and “Silky Smooth Wax” has gained a new client.

Updated June 2021: Ive been coming here over two years now and my experience has never faltered. Lorena does an excellent job and I have even added a leg wax to my regular service. Wonderful service!2019: Lorena does my eyebrows and she is so talented and professional; I love it. Eyebrow and upper lip prices reasonable and typical for a dedicated salon, the lobby and client rooms are neat and clean. This place is wonderful and I am so glad I found it.

Love this salon! By far THE BEST one I have been too, I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for years now and none compare to this salon! The price was a little higher than usual but it’s true when they say you get what you pay for! I had Raquel and she really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. I will definitely be returning, I had a great experience!

I have never had a wax before but my two close friends recommended Divas and I havent looked back since! The ladies are so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. This was my first trip to Diva Wax. I have been waxing for 6 years and this is the best experience I have ever had period. I was nervous even with all the reviews due to the fact I have had people mess up my brows more times than I can count. Raquel was phenomenal. A complete professional, put me at ease, walked me through the process, and in the end did an amazing job. I have finally found a long term specialist.

Ive tried just about every waxing place around and nothing compares to her services. I have been coming here for some time. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. I love going to Magali. She does an AMAZING job with sugaring waxes! Shes very meticulous and leaves nothing behind! Magali also has great conversation and is so sweet. I have always had great experiences with her. I will never go to another wax place!

Update: The owner of the shop came back and personally asked how she could resolve the issues I experienced and immediately got all my services arranged. Will definitely be coming back.

First time I came, Raquel was PERFECT! bikini wax and brows.. 5 stars... My second and LAST time, the owner Maggie (spelling?) Guaranteed me that Lorena would be just as good. And I regret listening. The bikini wax was ok, i liked Raquels personality better but when it was time for my brows, All I asked for was a clean up... First look was ok, but I decided to take a better look and theres a nice patch missing out of my right brow... Not only that, when I asked about it, she tried to insinuate that it was already like that.. WRONG! I have a scar over my left brow that doesnt have hair, but the patch over my right eye was caused by her hand. The other girl on staff recommended prenatal vitamins, which seems sweet in concept BUT I just got a bikini wax so to fix one problem, itll speed up another? They also recommended a brow tint? For what purpose other than to make them darker? THATS NOT A SOLUTION, ITS A COP OUT. I was going to wait for Raquels return, but I just wont come back.

I had an excellent experience. The lady who assisted me did an awesome and amazing job. She made me feel comfortable and she was very inviting. She explained everything before, during, and after.

My best experience with waxing has been here. She was extremely nice to me and talked to me throughout the appointment, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. She also had good tips for me for my time in between waxing. I am definitely going to go here from now on :)

Cut corners on waxing and don’t cover top-to-bottom of each body part, unless you specifically mention it. Who wants to keep requesting, “please ensure you get it all?” I needed to get re-waxed a few days later to get all hair removed. Overpriced. And then they try to push a large tip. Oh and they spam you with unsolicited calls & texts. My mistake for thinking they would respect my privacy when they handed me forms to fill out for service. There are much better waxing services elsewhere.

Exceptional customer service. I was treated as if I was the owner by the owner. For men who wax, this is THE place you should go. If you want excellent service, in a classy environment, at a very fair price, go to Divas. I promise youll be glad you did!

Okay, so first off I just want to say that I had an AMAZING experience here. Magali was awesome from start to finish. It had been a while since my last wax b/c I had an awful experience at that last place I went to in Kennesaw, but this hands down was the best wax in all my waxing days. Saturday was my first time visiting Divas. Being that I am 9 mos pregnant I was very nervous but it was so much better than I expected. I went there before my spring break and it was my first time going. I went with my best friend and she even came into the room with me as she was curious about the process since it was both our first time. I had magali and my friend had Lorena. Magali was very professional and nice ! She talked me through the whole time about what she was doing and while it hurt lol it looked soo nice after I felt like a real woman. Today is my birthday and I was given a Groupon to get a wax from this shop. My husband said that he knew that the place closed at 7pm on Saturday according to the sign on the door when he was in the area. That was great for me since I was able to arrive at 4:30pm. When I got there, a young lady came to the door like I was an intruder asking me what I wanted and I told her a Brazilian wax. She said we are closed and could I come back on Monday. I shook my head and said no because clearly the hours posted said 10am until 7pm on Saturday and yet they were closing early. She made me feel so bad that I literally sat in my car outside of the shop texting me husband just to make sure I wasn’t tripping. I could see the young lady walking back and forth in the shop eyeing me because I was pissed. There were workers there and a worker leaving shaking her head as the young lady made sure that I could not be seen. This is horrible customer service and it forced me to go to another business and lose my Groupon for my birthday. Closing early, being rude, and having the wrong times on the door cannot be a pattern for future customers. This part of my birthday was ruined. Thanks

I went to Maggie first time and she was really nice and professional. Today I was serviced by Angelica (I think thts her name) but she was really sweet and nice as well! Im in Marietta and drive 20 minutes faithfully to this place and it all began with a Groupon! Lmao but I love it! They make you feel comfortable and are gentle, professional and the facility/decor is really clean and pretty/girly! Ill always go here for my brazilian. Or whatever else! 👌🏽.. Also this is my second time. The hair grew back softer and my skin is sooo smooth I just am addicted. Temporary pain for long term results!!
