Aman was awesome. My wife and I booked our honeymoon through his company a month ago. Little did we know a blizzard was going to hit on our wedding day. We contacted Aman and he took care of rearranging everything for us. He called the airlines, he called the hotel, he called the taxi company. Trust me when I say, your not going to get that kind of service from an online platform. I will use him for all future travels as I learned a very valuable lesson this time. You cant replace the human side of customer service with an app!!!

I have worked with Manisha for years now for booking flights for my entire family. We really like that she is available and always informative about the any travel information we need. Also, during an emergency, Manisha got me a booking within an hour and I was onboard withing 3 hours. I would highly recommend her service to everyone.

We asked them to change our departure date and they said it is done. One day before the flight while trying to do web check-in, we found that the ticket was not eligible for check-in. On calling customer care of the airliner, we were told no change to departure date has been done!Never ever again going to use their service.

Provided me the best service and got me peak season tickets on SQ when no other travel agent could get any.

Didn’t receive a great service. I was wondering if I can be generous by giving another star but not since the agent didn’t fulfill her basic responsibility of assigning seats for one of the bookings. She (Manisha) doesn’t seem to care for customers and not know much about her core job. Every time while we were on the call with her, she constantly checks with someone on how to do the booking stuff. I would say she’s sweet until booking and of course pressuring to buy right away. After booking, you will be captive customer and will be totally at her mercy. She showed utmost reluctance in helping change the booking though I would be paying hefty fees. She told me on my face that she won’t assign seats and she’s doing favor by doing the date change ( of course I paid over $600 for the change ) .My brother somehow had good experience with some other agent but I don’t know how other agents are at this place. And I learned my lesson and I would very strongly advise others to think before choosing this agent and check other reviews as well.

Really surprised by the bad reviews. I have been booking tickets from there for 4 years now and had great experience each time. I usually call 3-4 travel agents to compare the rates and ST always gives the better rates. Aman and Bijal are 2 people that helped me and they are professional and helpful.Keep it up guys.

I have used them several times before and always found them to be very competitive in pricing. First few times they were very helpful and courteous, but lately (for about 2 years) I have been seeing them to be very rude, they dont have the patience to talk about choices and I just had another bad experience. She wouldnt listen to my question completely and giae me a stupid answer (assuming my question was stupid) and when I tried to repeat the question in order to make myself clear, she stopped me again in the middle and started shouting that I am asking the same question again and even disconnected the phone. How rude!!

They are very curteous folks and did a fabulous job last time for my reservation requests. I would recomend them to anyone.

I should have trusted the online reviews and saved time before calling them. I still decided to call them. I spoke with someone called Jamila who provided me with a much more expensive quote compared to whats available on Expedia. I asked her to double check herself and she kept talking around the topic. She even asked me to email her a snapshot which I did and still she kept denying the quote that was available online and that it was much cheaper. I mean, this is common sense, a simple google search, why did she need me to send her a snapshot. My simple question for her was, can she offer me a cheaper price than that and the whole conversation was useless. I should have realized sooner that they suck. Finally, she must have run out of excuses because she gave up saying You can buy it online. Yes, sure I can and WILL buy it online. Why would I pay you for your horrible service missy..loll Im not stuppid.Save yourself some time guys and find a better travel agent if you can. Stay away from Sunnyvale Travel.
